This is the story if how I embraced the 4 letter "F" word my parents warned me about....September 2023: I walked in to Quirk throwing around curse words about domestic made cars, and looking to Japan for answers, mind made up about a Honda, Hyundai or Toyota sedan, so when Eric called me up and told me he had a Ford Fusion for me to test drive, I was disappointed like my parents seeing a 17 year-old Courtney stumble downstairs the morning after senior prom (the first hangover is the worst,) However, he convinced me, as a savvy, skilled salesman will always do, to test drive the 2015 Hybrid, a Ford (gasp! ) Fusion Titanium and... I returned, proud as my parents when I made it to graduation with no arrests or warrants, and scooped the fully-loaded car up the very next morning, happy as could be. Thanks to ma Main Man Eric.Let me tell you about Eric, the first man that didn't disappoint me in like a full on decade... He is super easy to deal with, and he really saw me, man. The true Me. (Sorry, getting choked up ) That man, q�aS..???*9he saw past my hardened exterior, judgements cemented in years past by shady Escort station wagons and stuck-doored Focuses (what is a group of them? FOCI? FOCUSES? ) with hanger-rigged exhaust pipes. He saw I was a girl in need of a fast (yet environmentally kind) getaway ve- I mean family car- and he called around to have some cars brought in for me to drive, even though I'd wait until like 5:30 to show up cause I am truly The Worst and will turn up late way more often than is socially acceptable for a 30-something woman with all 5 senses in tact.. Eric supported me in my time of need, encouraging me to reach way down deep into my black soul and find enough light, enough compromise to be a little flexible embrace this wild little car, take that leap of faith, holler "Jesus take the wheel!" and drive the pretty lady instead of judging her by her family reputation or, well... Detroit. That Eric, he sure is a keeper.Oh other people at Quirk were nice too.

They try to convince females that unnecessary work has to be performed on their automobile, which on 2nd opinion wound up being 1/10th of their estimate. Typical auto repair scam.

2022:I just bought a new 2022 F-150, our second vehicle from Quirk Ford. Tim Selfridge was great in locating and providing the truck I was interested in for a test drive. Just as important, Tim's low key sales manner was most welcome. The buying process was very smooth and quick thanks to Deb Crabtree. I was actually surprised how fast it was. My service writer, Tim French, is awesome and has treated me well for the past 6 yrs. I know that my new truck will be in good hands whenever I need service. Travis Kelly, in parts, was most helpful in locating and ordering the accessories I wanted for my F-150. Everybody at Quirk Ford is just wonderful.

We took our 2019 Ford Transit Coachman Beyond van to Quirk for an inspection sticker today and the service folks, Adam in particular, couldn't have been nicer. He thought they might have trouble getting it on a lift but that turned out not to be the case. The inspection was done at the time scheduled and when I went to pick it up and pay, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Quirk does not charge for annual inspections. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

Great service department and overall service in general. Great staff, especially service advisor Tim Finch. Just bought a vehicle there a couple if weeks ago and the sakes staff was awesome. If you go there looking to purchase a vehicle ask for Johnny P!

I only wish I could gave this dealership zero star on the experience I forced to endure at the hands of the service managers of both Belfast and Bangor.I had made three different appointments with the Belfast dealership for a warranty issue and was turned away without attempting to remedy, or trying to fix the problem.I would not recommend having any kind dealings with this Quick auto!

AC on new truck stopped working second day of extended vacation. Heat wave in Boston area and no dealership would analyze problem for at least three weeks. Part of trip was to Maine where I got an appointment at Quirk Ford. They identified problem but had to wait for part . Two days later and one hour total wait A C is great. Thanks to Adam for getting me in, part ordered, and being professional. Been sweating for three weeks what a relief. Also they handled a recall my local dealer did not seem to be able to accomplish. Snacks in customer lounge too. Great Place.

The service department was FANTASTIC while I was stranded on vacation. Our Ford Flex wouldn't start and was towed after hours to the dealer. I called the next day saying that I was on vacation and leaving in 2 days, but had no other car. Tim at service modified his appointments and had his best technician chase down an electrical issue. They were so friendly, helpful, kept me update with phone calls, and solve the issue without a big cost. Just great people and service. Thank you

The driver s side door of my car was stuck sometimes. I brought my car to this service department. Besides they fixed the problem, they also did extra work for me without me asking. They did my car inspection which was expired already! I didn t know they could do it , so I didn t ask. When I picked up my car and driving home after work, I noticed the color of the inspection sticker changed. Then I realized they did the inspection and update the sticker on my windshield for me. Honestly, this is the first and the only service department who won my trust! I would drive here if my car needs something in the future although I have to drive a hour and half. Best service department ever!

All good until they decided that it doesn't matter what the Ford Warranty says. "If their computer doesn't cover it" he's not paying it. Refused to contact Ford to mitigate. Oh and they didn't have the part for the repair which was scheduled weeks in advance.I called Ford the next day, who called Quirk and Quirk said that they will no longer service my vehicle because I yelled at Tim French. Which was a blatant lie.Sorry Tim if questioning the Warranty was a challenge to your ego, but it wasn't meant to be.

Our car broke down while on vacation in Maine, and from my very first first call to Quirk to several days later when the part arrived to fix the car, Tim French, Quirk s Service Advisor, kept me updated on their progress, and was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant to deal with. I can t say enough about Tim s professionalism and courtesy. Thanks, Tim!

The technicians are very good but that's all I can say that's positive. The service department rep I dealt with (Tim) was not helpful and flat out told me that a part needed to be replaced as it couldn't be fixed. When I explained how I knew otherwise he corrected himself and said, "well it can be done just not here". I then brought my 77k brand new truck in to have a recall taken care of (step under the bumper) and I was told that since I didn't but it there and the dealer that sold it to me removed the setup that Quirk wouldn't take care of the recall and install the mandated part. I also went I'm and spoke to a salesman (John) about buying a new car and mentioned I had a couple of others I wanted to see before making a decision. I called him the next day and inquired about making a deal on a Mustang GT. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from him so I went and bought a Mustang GT convertible from another dealership and I was treated right. I do not recommend this dealer unless you're in a bind and need an emergency repair and every other dealer is closed for some reason.

My vehicle unexpectedly lost a wheel bearing yesterday at 5:00pm. Quirk's fit me in their busy schedule and got my car fixed today! So grateful...couldn't be happier with their service!

Placed an order for a Ford Raptor and it was delivered as ordered in perfect condition. I dealt with John and he made the whole process extremely smooth. As with any special order vehicle there are wait times associated and John was on top of giving me info on the vehicles progress. I didn't run into any issues and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from John and the Quirk dealership in general. There sales staff are very professional and friendly.

Over the phone no one is afraid to make any promise necessary to get you to come in, upon arrival they will quote you hundreds of dollars more then previously said. They re looking to swindle you for as much as possible, I personally received a lease price higher then the price of full purchase brand new. Good luck, don t go on with any expectations of honesty.

Worst dealership I ve ever been to! The service department is horrible! I moved to Belfast in January and have taken my car there 3 times and have never left satisfied. Save yourself the hassle and go to Waterville or Bangor. This place is money hungry. The only reason I give them a one is because one time they messed up by not putting my car back together (glove compartment) they gave a free oil change.
