Took my 2017 jeep with under 40000 miles in because it was leaking fuel when tank was full. Adam wanted to replace the whole fuel system and not address the issue. It wasnt leaking while running or even when less than full. Obvious what was wrong, but he insisted on the tank needed replacement. After two weeks and no solution I picked up the jeep and repaired it myself. In the rain while lying in the mud in December. He gave me the run around several times. Never called when he said he would and made excuses why my jeep never moved from where I parked it 2 weeks prior. Terrible operation. Honesty goes a long way. It was a bad o ring. That's all!

I took my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 5.9 Cummins to Quirk in Belfast. Issue was hard to start, likely fuel system problem. Sadly, after four weeks and $1500 my truck was still down. Conversations with Diesel Tech revealed he only knew what the computer told him and had no real clue as to how to troubleshoot the issue. The only bright spot was the service writer Tim, he did make every effort to get the problem resolved, but could not overcome an inept diesel tech. Finally reclaimed truck, paid the outrageous bill and took it to a real diesel mechanic, less than 24 hours had a repaired truck that ran like new. Sad that a Dodge dealership cannot work on a Dodge product.

Needed a check engine light diagnosed before leaving on a long trip. Same day service, quick, helpful and easily resolved. Thanks to Adam who said stop on by and they could check it right out!
