Wow, these guys rock. Best oil change ever. Nice guys with good attention to detail. Didn't try and sell me stuff I didn't need. In & out. Cost me $30 less than the Valvoline place I usually go.

I was traveling from out of state, from the southern border to the north, and decided I needed to take a pit stop. I was really worried about getting caught up at a shop for several hours and wasting the time I had off to travel, but they got me in and out in bare minutes. I've never had an easier experience trying to get an oil change - if only it was the same back home. Thank you guys for the great service.

We have a 2020 Subaru Outback. They put their 'universal' green coolant in it. After contacting 3 separate mechanics (including Charlies Subaru, Stanleys, and VIP) we now know that they should have known better. You never mix that green stuff with any other color, and this is probably what caused the issues we are dealing with now. The coolant flush is $$$ and when we called to just ask what coolant they used they where instantly hostile. I am not even willing to call back and ask for any kind of resolution because honestly that man sounded violent.

I can't say enough about these guys. They have helped me so much. My dad always took care of my car, so I learned nothing and he passed not long ago. (Sorry dad! Love u!) Anyway, these guys showed me what I needed to know. I even wrote corporate with praise. Can't say thank you enough and will always be their customer.

Fast, efficient service. Knowledgeable service people that helped resolve why the oil light wouldn't go off. It was an electrical issue not an oil issue.

This Particular location is usually fast and friendly. The workers are Inside, doing their job, Not out back, doing drugs. They are popular and can get busy, sometimes 5 cars deep. You can stay in your car and keep warm and Fair Price, compared to the old Texaco.

Super quick oil change, they deliver what they promise and do it as fast as they say.I came in for a standard oil change and they offer other diagnostic checks (tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, etc). Guys were friendly, work was done the way it should, and I was out and moving before long.Would recommend to anyone rolling through town or who is looking in the area.

Messed up my engine! I have had my oil changed here for a couple of years mostly for convenience of.On my most recent oil change one of the guys was having a yelling fight with his girlfriend when I pulled in.My car started misfiring on the way home. Took it to a trusted mechanic, there was oil spilled on the engine fouled a spark plug and ignition coil Cost me $125.I waited three months and 2500 hundred miles before posting this review just to be sure it wasn't a shocking coincidence and a manifold gasket leak. It was not.

WARNING I was a regular customer as of 11/1/2019 and most certainly will not be going back. I went in for a oil change and fluid checkup. Shortly after I checked my coolant level, it was incredibly low, almost ruined my engine.

After getting my oil changed here my check oil light came on.. so checked oil and there was none on the dipstick. Long story short oil doesn't like staying in your vehicle if the meatsticks at this garage don't tighten the oil filter down.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

These guys really go out of their way to help you! When I stopped for gas around the corner from Prompto, and I noticed my car had a really heavy oil leak, and Jim from Prompto happened to notice me looking under my car and he came over tightened up the drain plug for me. Jim told me to go right down to Prompto, and called his manager to look out for me. They had me drive right into a bay, and noticed that there was no gasket on the drain plug! (oil was just changed the day before in Mass!) They gave me a new gasket, replaced the drain plug, AND filled it back up with oil. The most amazing part is there was no charge. These guys are amazing, and I will definitely stop by next time I need an oil change. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!

When i showed up, No one was opening the doors. One guy was just standing there leaning over the tool box drinking coffee and possible on the phone. I had to honk my horn to get someone's attention and then he made me move to a different bay. When I got out of car didnt talk at me at all no questions like I am normally asked. I normally have no issues with any of the guys there but the ones working today seem more intetested in phones and whatever else.

Fast and friendly. Nice people working the Belfast shop had me in and out in 15 mins. $65 for Mobil1 in my Lexus vs $140 at the dealer.

Went toprompto got a oil change and to top off fluid. Instead of coolant. They filled only water which led to water in my radiator that got too hot and boiled through and melted the hose.i do not believe the employees know what they are doing STAY AWAY FROM PROMPTOService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Brought my car in for a oil change and all of a sudden had a oil leak so took it to the garage to be fixed and the workers at PROMPTO NEVER put the oil plug in tight was barely even in and the oil filter wasn't screwed all the way on either . NEVER will I do business with PROMPTO in Belfast Maine again! The workers were more interested in playing around.

I don't recommend this place was my first time going there my jeep was making noise come to find out I had no oil in it. So beware if you go there check your oil a few time after going there..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I usually go to Red's in Stockton Springs but due to scheduling I had to come to Prompts. The staff was quick and friendly, reasonably priced.
