Had tires order (4) showed up for my appointment time 7am no one was here once someone showed up service guy decided to do oil change on a walk in customer instead of doing appointment 30 min past my appointment time still waiting for them to start , it does not do any good at all to make appointment because they will do walkin 1st

Thanks to Nick my truck is riding smooth! He always takes good care of our vehicles. It's sad to hear he's leaving he will be missed he is a great guy! And does immaculate work!

Call the Auto Department and ask would they be able to do and oill change on my car . I also informed the lady that I would be there at 5pm . I arrived at 4:57pm and all the doors were closed and no one was there. I was told by a lady that there was no one there to charge my oil and that I didn't talk too her. I told her that I was told to come on because that Department didn't close until 7pm. This was last Satuday on 12/10 , I called at 3:55pm , I told them it would take me and hour to get there. I was told to come on in. That's why they get a one star rating from me. Was really ticked off !!

I needed two tires in hurry and Walmart came through on the price and on installation process.

I have made two attempts to get tires @ this location. The attendees were very helpful in the store. I called before I went to see if my tire was in stock is the reason I went. So the young man tells me the system shows that the selected tire is in stock but not in store, due to the system needs a update.

Always have to wait on either service or someone to check you out at the counter no matter what time you go.. I am hoping to have a decent experience ONE DAY after having pretty much all of my light weight service needs done for all 3 of my vehicles done by Walmart.. from lifetime rotation & balance to oil changes..

Overall a bad experience for me, and i would not trust them again. Left them a tire yesterday, and they said it would take 2 hrs. Meanwhile they put other vehicles, who came in after me into the bay to be fixed. I eventually went home and waited all night, but no one ever called saying it was finished even though they had taken my name and #. I had to call them this morning and ask if my tire was done. I was very dissapointed in their service and I would not bring my buisness here again.

I bring my vehicles here for oil changes and sometimes tire replacement.. I've even got a tire or two patched here.. the service is good and the wait isn't that bad.. the shop manager is very knowledgeable and helpful Mr. William palmer... if you have tire questions or questions in general give them a call they will help you and let you know what they can or can't help you with... great location...

Too lazy to rotate my tires. Said truck was too heavy for lifts and jacks. Chevy Silverado 2500. Must be some harbor freight liftsService: TiresService: Tires

The automotive never answer the phone I called from 6pm until 6:32pm and got no one on the phone then one of the customer service agents came back on the line to say she thought they closed at 7 or 7:30 but they are gone they left 16minutes ago what the heck how can they make money like that this needs to be addressed quickly because that is money and business Walmart is losing out on

Local store for me.....sure wish it was better. Iles cluttered, always, not just at Christmas. NEVER answer the phone, if you need info, you have to go to the store. Just today 12/15/18 I have tried from 4:55 to 5:55 to get tire info.......gave up!

They have policies that the public has no knowledge of and if you call and make a complaint and try to get help to resolve a problem, all you get is a im sorry ,let me call someone and ill call and talk to someone and you never hear back,customer service is a 0 on a scale from 1 to 10

VERY poor customer service, employees are rude, they do not do what they say they do. (Make sure you check all your fluids before leaving).
