Update: Looking for exceptional vehicle service? Look no further than MarketPlace Chevrolet! Daryl and Chris took the time to understand my concerns and delivered above and beyond my expectations. They even made it easy for me by picking up and dropping off my car while I was working. As my family expands, I'll be needing a larger vehicle and MarketPlace Chevrolet will be the first place I visit.Thank you.First, my battery saver alert came on and then shortly after my car wouldn t start. It is a 2018 Equinox that we put a new battery in last year. After triaging the issue, it was determined that I needed a new battery and an alternator. I agreed to get the work done and both were replaced about a week ago. Well guess what!!! After sitting in my car for about 20 minutes today the battery saver light is back on! I spent $1600 to fix an issue and it was not fixed. I am very unhappy.

This was probably the best experience that I have ever had when buying a car. All of the guys in the office were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. They worked with me to get my payment on my car where I wanted it. They made me feel like family. Excellent customer service!!

There are major communication issues within this dealership and they don't keep their word. My wife and I scheduled a test drive. The appointment was confirmed twice on the day of with Brad. We drove 3 hours to find that the vehicle was out for repairs and the engine had been removed. Lyn was kind enough to provide gas and a car wash for our troubles. We were told that the vehicle would be delivered to our address, for a test drive. The next week we were told the vehicle would not be brought to us since it was returned to the dealership. We left messages requested the VIN and part number that needed to be replaced and had two mechanics ready to look at it. We were promised we'd be given the first option to buy. On Saturday I called again (as our voicemails had not been returned) to find out that the vehicle had been sold wholesale on Thursday. Lyn tried her best to be helpful but it seems that no one looks at the internal communication or the vehicles on the lot. My call to the Sales Manager was never returned.

Roy did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the problems and the steps needed to fix it. I am from out of town over 500 miles away and he was able to get my repairs done rapidly so I didn't need a rental and saved me more by doing so. I have had some good and bad experiences with Service Dealerships over the years, and this place I would rank in my top 3 for sure. I will be back if I never need repairs in the future and couldn't be happier with the end results.

I considered purchasing from them. Initially I was pleased with the representatives quick responses however several of my questions required me to call the manager-Greg who was most unpleasant on the few encounters we had. The manager encounters started to make me apprehensive, but wasn't a deal breaker. As communication continued, I started to feel like I was getting the run around, then the ultimate straw was the manager quoting me a different/higher price then what was initially quoted. When I inquired about the difference, he became defensive and argumentative and kept insisting that I was mistaken until I revealed that I had both quotes in writing with different prices then ended the call. Hopefully my experience is isolated, but I felt I should share because their high reviews were a big factor that initially drew me towards doing business with them.*** Update 11/7/23***I received an outreach from Daryl Lynch with Marketplace. He was very concerned and apologized for the experience. He explained that they pride themselves on delivering good customer service and offered to pair me with another sales rep should I consider doing business with them in the future. While that was not my experience, I appreciate the concern and offer. He seemed very genuine, and I would be open to reaching out to him when I revisit the car buying market.

I have now been waiting over three weeks for a part to fix my gas gauge. They installed it to find out that it does not work. now, they have had to order another one. I am ok with the timeline, as things happen, however, I was asked to pay for the service that is still not complete. I explained that I was willing to pay for the tires I purchased, but not for the other item, due to being incomplete. Chris explained it was a warranty issue and that the warranty had to be moved to GM for processing. Not knowing the system procedures, I still don't understand, how you can ask for payment on work that is not complete. It's bad business and I now have to trust that my part will be ordered and then called to let me know it's ready to be installed, even though the ticket has been closed and settled. There are other items, that left a bad taste in my mouth about my service, such as poor communication but it is too much to explain in this survey. Just know, that I will be taking my business to a different Chevrolet dealership, as I have lost faith and respect for this dealership.

I have sent people to you guys because of Roy Simmons who is there in the service dept.He has always been cheerful and exited to work there and I trust Roy when he says it's a great place to do business with. Keep hiring and employing people like him. They make service that much better.

Mr.Bradley started off with great communication while viewing the car online. I drove 3 hours and it was the best time spent for the best service and quality! Mr.Brad ensured I walked away with a car of my liking while making sure I was educated with this being my first car. Not only did he bless me, he provided the best service and sale I could ask for with my first vehicle. Thank you Mr.Bradley. I will recommend Marketplace Chevrolet Buick to those in need!

Finally bought a vehicle from this dealer from Clem . Friendly Knowledgeable about vehicle. Got a good deal on my trade and new Trax . Only reason why I m not giving a full 5 . After I drove the vehicle off the lot they forgot my inspection sticker so I had to go back up being there for at least 2 hours . Other than this I hope to get some really good years out of my purchase .
