Excellent customer service and low pricing compared to other competitors. I was able to bring my car in for new tires, no appointment required, and left after one hour. I will return for future car maintenance.

The place is amazing! My friend recommended them to me. I went there without an appointment an hour before they closed. They put four new tires on my car and replaced two sensors in 45 minutes. They were so professional and friendly. I will definitely use them in the future.

Had a blowout and they took me in and had both my tires changed and rotated and it took just a few minutes. Staff was so nice and personable. Made me feel rite at home

Great business. Great service. We had a blowout on our boat trailer. They changed all 4 tires while we had lunch. I d highly recommend them.

I called today to get a price for brake replacement on my 2004 Chevy suburban and had a horrible experience. The guy was rude and snobby. He told me to replace my brakes only would be $400 per axle which totals $800. I repeated what he said back to him to confirm and he said yes $800. I will never use this company or refer them. I work for a service department myself and would NEVER treat my customers the way I was treated on today.

It was time to replace the tires on my GMC 2500 but I wasn t sure on what tires to purchase. The staff at Williams. Tire listened to my concerns and gave me their recommendations. I couldn t be happier with the tires they recommended they re perfect. If you need new tires the staff at Williams Tire will steer you in the right direction!

I purchased 4 tires from here which included unlimited tire rotation. They have g unbeatable prices and I also have gotten my oil changed here as well. The service of this business is AWESOME! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Also, the location for me is within a mile! Thank you all for all of your professional and friendly service. I highly recommend this company for your vehicle needs.

My cousin and I Had an emergency tire issue. All the guys here were so willing to help us make on meeting in new orleans with excellent quality and prompt service. It was raining and our tire light came on indicating there was a problem. With no appointment I feel they recognized our urgency and prioritize us shortly afterwards we were on our way. Great experience with the shop! I had my front tires due for replacement and they we re able to accomodate me quickly. Professional, hands on, honest and down to earth shop. Gonna come back here when my rear tires near replacement! Thank you Williams Tire of Slidell!

After a lifetime doing business with this company leads me to tell the story of the sheep rancher who would shree this certain sheep couple times a year until one day the sheep came in to get sheered until one day they decided to skin the sheep. I've been a coustomerMost my life only to buy another set of tires. Less then a month later I had a flat. Don't worrie about customer service. You lost a life time customer over 35.00. You skined your sheep

Has anyone else been told that it s $25 for a patch? Or is that the going price in Slidell? I m dealing with rebuilding after the hurricane, so I ve gotten several nails in different tires recently & I ve never paid more than $12 for my size tire. I went & a man in the office said it d be just a few minutes. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting for my patch to be completed. Each time we communicated, he said it ll be just a few more minutes. I wished he had just been honest upfront if they were backed up. He wasn t rude but I thought it was overpriced. When I told my coworker about it, he was shocked, too. It just wasn t a great experience altogether.

Got 8 tires on my semi truck changed (by appointment) I was in and out in around 2 hours. Staff is always nice and it is always a pleasure to do business with them

This place is Extremely welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond due to time Constraints. I also watched as they helped a few ladies out. As a husband, you worry about mechanical shops taking advantage of your wife.....I feel absolutely comfortable sending my wife and daughters to these guys. They will be taken care of the RIGHT way. A customer for life!!!!

Incredibly professional with transparency on fair pricing. Skilled work provided in a timely manner. I felt they went above and beyond what was called for to resolve a noticeable vehicle vibration, which developed this week. I greatly appreciated their service and will continue to support this company by having them take car of all my automotive needs.Thank you again to the Williams Tire company of Slidell

Great shop with outstanding customer service.I brought in a set of wheels and tires I bought for use at the drag strip and needed to get them mounted and balanced. I didn't want to trust a chain store with some young kid working with tires I am going to race on.Williams Tire took me right in without an appointment and answered all my questions so I was comfortable that they were the right place for the job. They were quick, very professional, and affordable.I highly recommend this shop and will be coming back to them for all my tire work.

LOVE THEM!!! This is the ONLY tire shop I will go to. They are the ONLY tire/auto shop that have HONEST people. If they do not believe you need a new tire, THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU...unlike other places. They, also, offer GREAT USED TIRES for cheap if funds are low. They will work with you and help you. You have free balance and rotation when you do buy tires there. If you get a patch done and it still goes low they will fix it for free. I busted my rim and tire because a curb jumped out in front of me and they helped me find a new rim, for wholesale price. They don't even do rims but they helped me find one anyway. All the mechanics there are very friendly. The owner and manager are very genuine, personable AND HONEST!! Wish they did ALL mechanic work because they are ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!

The guys here know tires. I was worried about a big nail in a back tire and Williams tire made repair and had me back on the road, safely. Thanks a million! You can count on them honesty and integrity in business is priceless. They have it covered..

Found the leak in my tire that another tire store down the road said, nope you don't have a leak, even though my tire only had 25 psi instead of 65 psi.They were fast and friendly.

Brought my truck to this place for a tire patch. They said they fixed it. 2 hrs later the tire was leaking air. So I then I had to go back so they could fix it again.They then told me I needed 4 new tires. So I got 4 new tires from them. Spent $650. After 7 days one the tires blew out from the inside wall of the tire. Said it was all my fault and wouldn t replace the tire. Was very rude and disrespectful about the situation.I tried to shop local during these crazy times we are in but I will for sure never be going back to this business ever again. They don t care about their customers.

This place is awesome!! Customer service is excellent!!! They went above and beyond my expectations!! The prices are by far the best! My Dad has been coming to Williams for years and recommended I go here. You will not be disappointed....trust me!!!

I am from Winston-Salem NC. We was having tire problems i got off this exit and a car dealer told me to go to Williams tires. I was so glad I did the customer service was the best I ever had and the employees did everything they could for me and my family. After I bought two new tires from them they rotated my tires to make sure my car was safe for the rest of my travel. Thank you all so much. I wish I could go to y all for all my tire needs. This world needs more people in it like you all.

this is one of the best tire companies in Slidell. The owners and staff are the friendliest people and they always give you the best deals. They do price match and try to beat the prices of the other businesses, and always try and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If by chance that you are very tight on time you can always call ahead and schedule an appointment. This is a local owned and operated business that has been here for years, and hope they will be around for a long time. God bless you Gene Williams, and thank you for always looking out for your customers, and that goes even more so by bringing in Billy to help keep the business the way you started it. I say this for the many years of dedicated service to the community that you have put in going all the years back to when My grand father Judson Donivan Murphy was doing business with you in the 60s .
