On the 8th of April at 10 am we called for help at Steven's repair shop. We needed 2 spare tires for a 20 FT trailer which turned out to be a very specific size. My family has been traveling from Las Vegas to Florida for three days and we were all worried about how to fix our problem. Stephen went above and beyond his professional abilities to help us. But what not every person carries in himself is the humanity in the heart!He is an employee who represents the company he works for as a professional, building customer relationships of loyalty and trust. Ultimate Automotive should recognize his skills and give him the opportunity to train new hires.Thanks from family Ware!!!

Let me start by saying that I NEVER let anyone else work on my vehicles; however, Jeff and the crew at Ultimate Auto are beyond AMAZING! I've never used their services until today, and they've got a guaranteed customer from now on! They saved me over $400 by properly diagnosing and repairing a starter issue that ended up only being my battery needing to be replaced. If you want to support a Veteran-owned and -operated business that you can trust, give them a call! Thanks guys!

This Place Is Legit! The Manager Don And Owner Jeff Are Very Knowledgeable And Take Pride In Their Work. Went In To Get One Thing Done To My Truck And Ended Up Getting Something Else I Needed Done For A Little Over The Price P Boys Was Gonna Charge Me For One. They Said My Truck Would Be Done In One Day And It Was. It Was A Plus That The Whole Staff Was Friendly. If Your Looking To Get Anything Done To Your Vehicle I Highly Recommend Ultimate Automotive.

First, I want to Thank Jeff and his team for getting me back on the road last Thursday. I was traveling from Florida back to East Texas when a rear brake caliper went bad, and I had virtually no rear brakes when I pulled into his shop at 4:30 on Wednesday evening. Jeff had one of his team members look at my car, diagnose and determine what was needed to get me back on the road. The parts showed up Thursday morning, and they made the repairs and got me back on my way to East Texas. Needless to say, the service was Fantastic and the pricing was Very, very fair. Anyone who needs any service work done in Slidell, Louisiana, needs to go to Ultimate Automotive. Thanks again Jeff!

They are amazing and so nice. I have been here twice for what I felt was an emergency but they made sure everything was ok and took care of quickly. Will definitely be coming here in the future.

Jeff, the owner, is great at communicating, and expectations are set from the start. Military veteran ownership as well is a plus.Don. The manager takes a hands-on approach to making sure your needs are met and concerns are validated.

When I showed up here it was the first time I had ever been there but I was treated like a loyal , long time customer. My husband needed to be to work out of state in 3 days it was a two-day drive to get to where he was going and even though it was a holiday weekend and I'm sure these guys were ready to get out of there and enjoy their holiday, they took our situation into consideration and fixed our car so that my husband could make it to work on time. We are so grateful. They have definitely earned our business in the future.Service: Electrical repair

The service was amazing, specials thanks to the technician that fixed my car and to Dom who was very helpful. My car had broke down on I-10 right outside of Louisiana and Dom went over and beyond to help me look for tow company that would tow my car to their shop. After getting it delivered, we found out that the technician had stayed an hour late for us. Needless less to say the car was fixed in about 1-2 days and they also worked out a payment plan. I am VERY happy with the services I received.I would definitely reccomend Ultimate Automotive to anyone who's looking for tremendously good and fast services!

First off the team is FANTASTIC! They are super sweet and really nice. I am going on a long trip and brought my car in for some maintenance. Not only did the two guys (Don and Jeff) help me understand what kind of maintenance my car needed, but they walked me through the whole process. You really can not find a better place to go to. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here. The team knows what they are doing and really shows how much they car for, not only your car, but you! I bought my last car.... Follow this review as I tell you about what happens..... Excuse me ....forgive me... This review was posted to the wrong business......The experiences that I had with ultimate automotive were more than excellent... Their technician Brandon completed the work and an expeditious and timely manner.....Well I've only had limited dealings with them if I'm back in Slidell Louisiana and have needed their services I will do so again these people are good people thank you...Sincerely yours Paul Rearick

10/10 highly recommend !! The entire crew at Ultimate Automotive are THE BEST. They're personable, professional, reliable, honest, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else anymore. I had issues with my check engine light, battery and brakes and they all went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and safe to drive. I can't recommend this place enough. We were on vacation and noticed a hard grinding and terrible feeling when braking. We figured it was the pads and rotors and found this place near the hotel we were staying at. Figured we should check them out and see if we could possible get in the same day or next day and they fit us right it confirmed it was the brakes and got the parts in twenty minutes and were probably done in about 2 hours. This was a great experience everyone was so nice and we were so relieved we were able to get this taken care of so easily. These guys are awesome! Cruise control went out on my 12yo Ridgeline and I didnt like using local dealer in past. They diagnosed the problem and ordered parts in 30 minutes. Also asked about changing bulbs in headlamps. Uh, Mrs C,, you need to change the whole part, i'm not doing a 1/2 a$$ job on your vehicle (my words, not theirs). Prices were better than dealership, services was completed in the timeline they gave me. When I asked for a minor adjustment from repairs, no problem. Done! Dont blink, you will pass them up on Front Street. Small local owed and operated is important to me. OH, and you may have a Fabio sighting.

Jeff and the service crew did an amazing job! Brought my truck today and left happier than when I bought it. Jeff and the techs installed a full on leveling kit and performed an alignment while still beating the time he estimated it to be completed. Not only did they get the truck back timely to me, they also had a better price than everywhere I shopped! Ultimate automotive will have all my business for now on!Service: Brake service & repair

We were on a trip from TX to NC when our van started to "wobble". It was Memorial day and Ultimate was the only shop we found open. They quoted us 4.5hrs to be out. They told us it was the tires that were bad. Flat spots and humps in two tires. They also siad we needed front lower control arms. Well we have a 2007 honda odessy EXL whisch takes control arms with non servicable joints. Well they put sevicable joint control arms on (which do not fit properly). They also didnt tell us that they could not get the tires until 1/2 hr before the job was SUPPOSED to be done. If we had known that, we would have gone somwhere else where we could have gotten everything done. AND it took 6.5hrs to do this job. The amount they charged in labor was UNBELIEVABLE and when we drove off, the van drove worse then when we drove it in. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! We all look for a relationship with an automotive shop where trust is the basis. That's what I've found here. I don't have to push for a written quote as I know he will be good for his word. Also I doubt getting a written quote would be an issue. He goes over and above providing customer service. This young man will be what you're looking for. Good Luck. Jack Henry

Jeff and his tech took care of me at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday when my car stalled at a red light. I started it back up, and I called last minute to see if I could come by. He immediately tested my vehicle and found out about an alternator problem. Unfortunately, I couldn t allow him and his crew to fix it because my car is under warranty, but his assistance helped me identify the problem so I would know what to do. It s Labor Day, following Hurricane Ida, we needed a patch on a tire. Called several places in Slidell. All closed except NTB on Gause. Person first asked if I had an appt, then told me it would be Friday before he could help me. In desperation I googled tire repair and Ultimate came up. When I called, the gentleman was glad to help out, said he could take care of it right away. That s the way to do business!We can t thank you enough! Great service and worked well with my insurance too! I came in with an electrical issue abd they diagnosed it and worked with my insurance company to take care of the problem promptly and efficiently! Very knowledgeable and fast service! Definitely recommend!

Fixed my Chevy traverse. Best mechanic and auto repair center in Slidell. He also balanced my tires and offers battery replacements. Five starts all around.
