Shawn and his team were wonderful! My daughter and I were driving back to Bay St. Louis from New Orleans and my tire light kept coming on. I pulled in to see if would help and they were so nice and accommodating. They made sure my car was safe for our trip home and even entertained my daughter during the short wait. Highly recommend to anyone. Great family business that really helped us when we were in a bind.

Life savers! They went the extra mile for us. We were broken down on the side of the road 3 states from home. They looked at our SUV as soon as our tow arrived. The owners wife gave us a ride to the rental car company. They went over and beyond. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, highly recommend!

I went here because my radiator burst and was leaking all the coolant out.. they gave me a quote on replacing the radiator and all the hoses which was higher than all the competitors but I thought you have to pay for what you want which was to get it done right,, they fix that and found out what was causing the problem and they fix that also.. very much worth it..I brought them my car Tuesday and Thursday I was back on the road.. THANKS guys especially the mechanic Jason and his fellow crew members, they showed true dedication to making sure I left there satisfied.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

I'm blessed to know the owners/management of this auto shop, for "hopefully not the last" this time my pumpkin "my car" need help. Late Friday drop off and early Monday diagnose... the speed, care, and respect that was shown and given; was better that the dealership auto center. I know where to take my car, from now on even if i have to walk.Thank you guys once again.

Thank goodness my transmission went out in Slidell. I got a recommendation from my AAA rep to try Pro-Auto repair and I did. Shawn, Jayson and their staff were able to replace my transmission for the quoted price as well as other services that were needed. True 5 star service. The alternator on my wife s vehicle gave out on us the day we were moving to another state. Jayson and the guys at Pro-Auto took the time to understand our situation and were able get the part quickly replaced and had us on our way within a few hours. The customer service was exceptional.

I have a 2007 Subaru Forester. The transmission gave out. I live in Diamondhead Mississippi. I shopped all around. Found 9 shops. Some wouldn't even work on a Subaru. Jason gave me a price that Noone even came close to, by a lot. Shawn and Jason told me when they could fit me in. When to expect the vehicle back. They beat the return time. Not recommended , Too expensive long time, wait, they charge me $321 for one hour work, changing three screws. They did not even ask me if I m okay with the price before they did the work l. I felt they rob me.I would never go back again

Paid about $500 to get a window fixed, once I got my car back the window barely worked and broke again in about a month. Expensive prices, poor service, poor quality. I would recommend going to another shop.

I called them to ask for an update on my vehicle so i could figure out whether i needed to find a ride home from work and whether i needed to find a ride to work the next day and they guy at the front desk told me. " Youll get an update when i call you" very rudely. Then they took longer than they said they would to check my vehicle out

Worst shop in North America. They show all Jasper Transmission awards but they do not install the same transmission. My warranty was void because of this. They never detail the service. They are really bad at diagnosing the problem. One month later my truck in bow in New Orleans getting the third transmission replaced of "whatever it takes transmission". My experience was a complete nightmare, service, parts and repairs.

My 99 Dodge/Cummins Ram 2500 broke a serpentine belt just outside of New Orleans. I was traveling through the area in my way to Florida. Pro-Auto Repair allowed me to drop my truck off after hours and fixed my truck the very next day allowing me to get back on the road.It turned out that the serpentine belt (a new one I had a mechanic put on in Arizona a few days before) turned out to be the wrong one because the pulley was for a different size. This was due to an alternator replacement with the wrong pulley three years ago. To save me some money, auto-pros assured me if they replaced the spindle and serpentine belt with narrower belt it would function fine. It has and my truck made the rest of the trip with no more serpentine belt problems.

I have brought my 2007 Jeep Liberty here for all issues. The owner Shawn is hands down one of the nicest people I ve encountered. Especially as far as mechanics go. I called for estimates several places with Mr. B having the best price. My a/c was repaired same day. I then had to come back because it s a 16 year old car and have the alternator replaced. Parts, labor, and warranty ran me about 120$ more than just the alternator did that I got less than a year ago at AutoZone. They gave me the alternator back at the shop and I was able to return my bad alternator for a refund. I have now brought my jeep back for the third time in less than a year because they quality of work, the honesty, excellent prices, and the genuine people who work there. I will never recommend this shop to anyone..They charged me $85 labor fee to put 2 new headlight bulbs in my vehicle. Bulbs in which I suppliedmyself. That don't make no dam sense. Now you do the math. All I needed was a 10mm socket wrench and I could have done that myself. I can imagine what they would charge for an engine repair. Stay away. Enough said.

I called in on a Friday morning after we broke down on the interstate the night before. We were driving from Houston to Pensacola for a family wedding. I explained my situation to Jason over the phone and I asked if they could get us in and out that day. He said, as long as there was no other major issues that he thought he could get us on the road. I limped my car across town to get it to them. They had me in and out with a new water pump, serpentine belt, and pressure tested my engine block within 2 hrs. After I went back to the hotel to pickup my wife and we ate a sit down lunch, then we were on the road by 1 pm making it to Pensacola by 4:30 pm. We made the rest of the trip without further issues and I can not thank Jason, Shaun, and the mechanics enough for making this happen in such quick fashion for us! This is by far the best service I ve received from any auto-repair shop and I highly recommend them. 5 Stars isn t high enough in this situation! Thank you!

We were traveling from Chicago to New Orleans for a fun road trip when we ran into some unfortunate car problems. We chose this shop as it was the closest to where we had broken down. We called early in the morning to see if we could get our serpentine belt replaced and we re told that they could have it in and out in the same day which is what we needed as we were 980 miles away from home and needed to get back. We were one of the first cars at the shop and they said they would get us in by lunch time and have an update. They never called with an update and we called multiple times to see what was going and the man answering the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. We waited around all day for them to do absolutely nothing to our car and they still charged us even tho they were useless. On top of this they took off our serpentine belt and didn t put it back on and we stranded in their parking lot as we couldn t go anywhere because of this. They knew we wouldn t be able to leave their parking lot without this and they sat and watched us struggle and make several phone calls for help. If you have the choice literally go anywhere else but this place! They left our car in worse condition than when we brought it in. The guy who towed our car from the parking lot said that this is one of the worse shops in the area!! This is the worst repair shop I have ever been to.Service: A/C installation & repair

"I am so happy to spend a big ole pile of money on my car, that I did not plan for" said no one almost ever. I will spare you the details, but I was 97precent sure I had blown my motor up, all the classic signs, oil all over the inside, reserve water boiling, ever light on the dash. And these folks, sure could have told me that. But, the motor wasn't damaged, and although the money is hard for me to come by, I will Happily pay it. This is my second major car issue I have brought to Sean, ( the other, I vdid have to buy an engine) and he has been honest, and totally up front. I had a small ssue after the last one, drive in without an appointment, and he fixed it while I waited. I will never go elsewhere. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and I am quite sure it's less than a dealership. Thank you Sean and your guys

The staff was incredibly friendly. Expert mechanic worked on my car. It runs so smoothly now and I'm getting better fuel mileage. I wasn't charged surgical prices either. They didn't come at me with an entire list of "recommended needs." It was straight up what was absolutely needed to fix the issue I came there for. The price was fair. It also only took about an hour and a half to get my car back. I definitely recommend this auto shop and will be going back for any future needs. I am truly glad I found it. My Toyota is an old girl, so I mean it when I say a grifter shop could have easily tried to have a whole list of issues ready for me. They were incredibly fair.Service: Auto maintenance

Unprofessional. This person, the owner, performed work on our vehicle that was unauthorized and threatened to keep our car if we didn t pay an additional $900 that we did not agree to. The company could not be contacted for any reason while they were in possession of the car for updates or timelines. I would highly recommend to take your vehicle elsewhere if you do not want to be swindled. His exact words to me were Pay the bill or leave the car in a very aggressive tone. I will certainly be filing a BBB report and reaching out on every single platform known to man to ensure no one else is treated so poorly as I was.Service: Transmission

Had an issue with the transmission on my 2015 Ford Focus. As with most places with high ratings, it took them a bit to be able to look at my vehicle, but they were able to get to it the same day that I brought it in. I felt like they were very honest in their diagnosis and I felt like their prices were fair. I am a big time supporter of local businesses, and I highly recommend that you use this one!!

I towed my vehicle to PRO for a diagnostic on my vehicle. I was hoping it would be a coolant leak, but It turned out to be much worse than that. The technicians worked quickly to diagnose the issue, and gave me a call to work through their thought process on what they could do to fix my vehicle. They were forthcoming with their recommendations, and helped me make (what we both believe) to be the best decision for my vehicle. I would happily use them again. They were fast, hardworking, and knowledgeable. 10/10Service: Auto water leak repair

Recently took my vehicle to Pro-Auto Repair Engine and Transmission for the first time for some engine repairs/ maintenance way cheaper then the dealership. They were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Thank god for Shawn the owner. For me he is not only the owner, he is like a family member to me. I was stranded in I10 near the border of Louisiana,& Mississippi going west bound. Called Shawn s shop to see if they can help, not only did they help, they treated me as if I was the king of England. Hands down this company by far has to be one of the top auto mechanic shops in the country. Shawn the owner is a straight shooter with no bull crab behind brand. I wish we had a Shawn in every county in this great country of ours. This company should have contracts with NASCAR.
