I hired Prestige to perform several modifications to my Jeep. One of the things I requested was a soft top because I didn't want the hard top it came with. I was given quote for the labor and material and approved it along with the other items I wanted from the quote.� They said the vendor they use is the best of the best with the tops.Fast forward to when I go to open my top and windows for the 1st time (I was told to wait some time for it to "set" so it was not opened until a few weeks after picking it up---which they've said oh we never said that).� They installed a top that does not fully retract. This is absolutely not what I wanted.Upon reaching out to the shop, no one was there that could help me get this figured out. Hours later the person that same person who is not an owner or decision maker called and left me a message very simply stating a refund isn't an option.I immediately called back and spoke to Stacey. I was extremely upset that she'd have an employee relay that info (especially since she's previously told me not to speak to anyone but her???) So if I have a problem I'm forced to go through you only. But if you want to dodge me, talking to a random employee is just fine. Needless to say I threw out a lot of curse words and demands as can only be expected in this situation.Long story short I'm being refused a refund because she "can't and don't want to take this loss ". The vendor they used Is unwilling to refund them because it's "used" now. However had I been told/shown what I got installed from Prestige we wouldn't be in this predicament. Stacey also tried to say she relayed the info regarding the kind of top I was getting. I was never told the top was not fully retractable nor given any options. They took it upon themselves to install something i did not ask for and now they do not want to make this right.The only resolution I was given was they can remove it and I can deal with selling online. And they'd put the soft top from my husband's jeep on there. I got extremely heated as can be imagined.This company has been awful with communication which makes everything that more frustrating.� This is not an acceptable way of conducting business. I'm now being ignored. Please think twice before letting them scam you. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars here between 3 different vehicles we've customized. This isn't how good paying customers should be treated.I'm trying to get this resolved and my email and texts have been ignored. They deal with customer issues by ignoring them. How is this acceptable? I have lots of proof of incorrect communication or lack of communication over the last couple months I've had to deal with this place. As a business owner, this absolutely blows my mind.Please do not use them.�And Prestige please don't respond to this unless you're taking accountability.

I brought my 2015 Ford Mustang here for a header install and everything went smooth these are professional and good people i recommend this shop to anyone looking to add performance to there car

By far one of the best true honest Mopar performance shops I have been to and will be back if I ever decide to do another build the correct way. Needless to say back when I was getting work done with Prestige I would drive from Mississippi sometimes central Florida, only because I got highly recommended to go there to have my issues fixed. My issue was I had recently gotten a 6.1(SRT8)300, procharged at a not so good and only "performance shop" in pearl, MS. They performed some shady work, going as far purposely leaving sensors unplugged, spark plugs incorrectly gapped/under torqued, fuel pump line slightly on pump, electrical issues and in the end resulted in car not being able to WOT and towed. After much arguing and going back to them I finally got the owner to admit that they primarily only specialize in general repairs and do not work on Mopars often. Prestige without hesitation, after 5hr drive took me in, identified issues, quoted me(a nice quality work tab), and gave me a rough but good turnaround time. They are very straightforward honest and blunt which depending on which part of the states you're from can be received as rude or neutral. But I can reassure you that when the work is done you'll be satisfied and if not they'll take it back, examine and then explain to you whatever it is that you are experiencing. How I know? is because I took a few 5hr trips back for "fine tuning" nothing that they generally repaired. To this day I am amazed at how I thought about selling my car of years to now enjoying every boosted mile of it without worrying about being broken down on the side of the road, like the last shop in MS did.

Best place for performance. They replaced the cam and lifters on my Ram 1500 Limited. Tuned the engine perfectly. She sounds and runs amazing.

I thought this place would do good quality work as it was recommended to me by another mechanic shop but upon getting my engine examined there were 2 missing bolts in my coil packs. One was left under my windshield wiper, the other was sitting at the bottom of my car, I found it when I started changing the cv axles, so you could tell he had dropped it when working on it and probably gave up looking for it. There s also a coolant leak on my water pump now since they replaced my cams and lifters but they probably won t take blame for that. I had thought I was getting good quality work done but I was wrong. They also tried upping the price 300$ when I got there then tried explaining to me that they had tried calling me to tell me but there were no missed calls from them. If you are considering this place for getting repairs done because the dealership can t get to you soon do not do it, I will admit it was completely my choice to go to this shop but I am only writing this review to prevent other customers from being let down on repairs. I respect all local business owners and I m not one to be a Karen and complain, but this is just poor quality work for what I paid. Be warned

I got my windows tinted here and they did an amazing job. Great customer service in and out as well as the technicians in office. I will recommend Prestige Auto Works to anyone that needs tinting or any car work done!!

It was absolutely by far the worst experience I've ever had and will NEVER go back! We brought my Dad's truck there for a tune after installing a cam, lifters, etc. because honestly I didn't/couldn't figure out how to make it run with the hp tuner software. 1st it was 1k for the tune, got a call from what we would soon find out is the rudest, most unprofessional woman (owner's wife) we have ever dealt with hands down with no exaggeration! She proceeded to explain that my dad's 2013 hemi ram had some nasty noises/knocking internally and approval was needed before they would continue. I of course agreed whatever was necessary to fix my dad's (Ronald Simoneaux) a 72 year old disabled Vietnam War veteran's truck after spending 16k 6 months before on said truck o ly to find out the lifters were chewing the cam lobes...... The next call I got was to inform me that his truck had 3 bent valves and they would do the work for $4,700 which is an outrageous price for any shop. After about 6 days they informed me that they completed the work and would need some money immediately. My dad gave $600 the day before and I paid right at $500 that day. Needless to say that horrible excuse for a shop owner (the wife) had her under qualified mechanics call us ever other day demanding more money and that they were charging us $25 a day in late fees until the remaining balance was paid.... I watched my dad cry telling me that he believed he wouldn't be able to get his truck back before they would sell it because of the sheer disrespectful and belittling phone calls my father had to endure with that woman whom should never have been allowed to have any contact with customers. We finally got the remaining $2,700 and picked the truck up only to be on the side of the road after driving for about 30 minutes because of the obviously inexperienced and so called mechanics forgot to put the bolts in the belt tensioner. If you value things such as respect, understanding, or decency towards others AVOID THAT HELL HOLE AT ALL COST!! Lastly to the owner's of Prestige Auto Works Llc, the way you treated myself Brandon Lee Simoneaux, my wife Desiree Simoneaux and last but certainly not least my father Ronald Simoneaux retired United States Army disabled veteran..... May I remind that the reason your allowed to STEAL hard working, tax paying Americans money is because my dad fought for your rights as an American citizen in a war you just might have heard of called VIETNAM! You as well as your husband (self named) "Mopar Mike" should be ashamed at the way customers are treated by you 2 money hungry jokes! With all that said I have proof of every word of the above In txt msgs, recorded phone conversations and witnesses that would be more than happy to back up every bit of what I said. What a great way to use your blessings to put curses, strife and struggle back into the world.....SHAME ON BOTH YOU!

my brother had some work done on his Corvette there. had to get it towed back to their shop at midnight after the Crank pulley bolt back out due to not being torqued down correctly under the technicians own admission. The owner, some lady, first off lied and said they replaced the torque tube. this has nothing to do with the engine work done. then refused to cover the tow bill that was incurred due to her shop making a mistake that was admitted to over the phone. I could hear the tech in the background say they messed up when she asked, and when asked again about re-imbursing my brother for the towing expense she hung up in my brothers face. HALF A$$ WORK DONE BY HALF A$$ PARTS CHANGERS. if you care about your car, go elsewhere.

Special thanks to everyone at Prestige great service and an even better turnaround time. I had to replace an engine for my ram 1500 and headers installed. Great work!!! Thanks Ricky!!! I ll be back for sure!

I wanted some more power in my TRX, I went to Mike with a budget and some unrealistic expectations. Mike sat me down, explained what would be the best bang for my buck and did an absolute awesome job making my wishes come true! I raced a stock TRX and dusted him. I would 100% recommend Mike to anyone looking for good, honest work. I did a tune, lower pulley, intake, injectors and thermostat.Service: Auto engine tuning

I heard about Prestige and Mopar Mike several years ago and he came very highly recommended. I just picked up my car yesterday after having some performance work done to my Dodge Charger and I couldn't be happier. Mike is very professional and a pleasure to speak with, extremely knowledgeable and you can't even tell any work was done under the hood, everything still looks like it came from the factory! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRESTIGE AND MOPAR MIKE! WELL WORTH THE 2 HOUR DRIVE FROM BATON ROUGE!! ILL BE BACK FOR SURE

I highly recommend Prestige Auto Works and "MOPAR Mike" for honest, reliable, and trustworthy service.I am a "car guy" and Drag Racer and know how hard it is to find a shop that will be honest, reliable, and actually stand by their work. I have have dealt with many shops in my day and none have treated me as good as Mike and Prestige Auto Works.I took in my '19 Hellcat Redeye to have a full AAD Performance front & rear suspension kit and HHP Drag Racing Springs installed. They did a great job on the Install, were more than fair with the price, and completed everything in the time promised. They even went as far as wrapping the front end & engine bay area to protect my custom paint work before starting the job.I was treated fantastic by the whole crew at Prestige, and personally wouldn't trust anyone else to do this kind of work on my Redeye. I am even planning to bring them my Ram Rebel next week for some general maintenance and diagnostic work.

Prestige auto works has worked on 2 of my vehicles in the last 6 months . I have definitely found my lifetime mechanic. Mike the owner has been honest, true and reliable thru all repairs. Prestige backs its work fully. I place full confidence in his shop.

Mike and Joey were very cool professional people and handled my car like it was there's. They fixed someone else's mess-up but did it the right way as well as installed my break kit. If your looking for someone (company) to install your gears in your rear end , they know what there doing here! I will most definitely be back with my cam swaps coming soon !!

I ve been out to this auto repair/maintenance shop on two occasions so far. The did a synthetic oil change and a coolant flush the second time. Amazing service. I met the owner on the second trip. The place is professional, quick and they make sure you get what you came for at a competitive price. I m old school, customer service still means something to me. That alone will make me a repeat customer. They definitely will be my choice as I get my Dodge Durango fully back 100%

Prestige Auto Works is the place to go to in Louisiana for your car s maintenance or any performance work big or small. Mike has only touched my vehicles and he s the only guy that I can trust with my cars. If you bring your car to Prestige Auto Works you will not be disappointed! They finished my hellcat build in a reasonable amount of time and it is going great, I m very happy with the result!!

If you're like me and you work hard every day, you take the time to do comprehensive research before you set out to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on repairs for your vehicle. Everyone is a mechanic these days, but not everyone is a good mechanic. Since having brought my vehicle to Prestige Auto Works, I feel a huge sense of relief knowing that I won't have to try any more mechanics ever again. I continue to be impressed by the expertise and depth of knowledge as well as the quality of work by Mopar Mike. Trusting your car to a car care service provider is just like selecting a primary care physician for your health or a contractor for your home improvement project and cannot be taken lightly. I m very happy I was referred to Prestige Auto and will continue to refer others in the future with confidence.

It s absolutely hard to find someone you can actually trust work on your vehicle, I m sure glad I did! I highly recommend you use this review to your advantage and get your vehicle checked out by Mr Annaloro. Not only is he knowledgeable about your car, he s also very courteous and treats your car as if it s his own. I live over 60 miles away and I won t hesitate to tow it to him or drive it in. If you decide not to tow, he ll come pick it up for you. Now that s service for sure.

His work on my HC was spot on, and the power gains speak for themselves. If you are on the fence about finally getting that performance upgrade or mod, it is time to get off and contact him! There is an old saying that goes "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" and with Mike up at Prestige Auto Works he's worth every penny. He really takes a lot of the guess work out when it comes to wanting to gain some performance out of your vehicle. We have a 2500 Cummings diesel mega cab and Mike always has the answers and cures for all that goes wrong. From DEF malfunction to broken 4x4 drive shafts. We also have a 2014 Charger that he keeps her going . He has great work ethics and is honest and helpful. We love our Mopar Mike
