I ve used Frank s twice for work on my Porsches. Once for a minor and once for a major repair. They are truly outstanding to work with in an industry where, honestly, you don t really even realize excellence is a possibility. They communicate, do great work, fight for you with insurance. If I could give Frank's more than 5 stars, I would. The service and quality of work is remarkable. When I went in for my consultation, they answered all my questions. Once I turned my car in, they would send constant updates. They contacted me when they had to paint the front part of my car and asked if I wanted to pay to get the hood painted too! They told me the out of pocket price and I immediately said yes. There were no secret cost. They handled everything with my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about anything. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company to anyone. The work, customer service, keeping you informed and staff made this process go by smoothly. Moreover, they detailed my car. Frank your stuff and service are priceless. I've dealt with them multiple times with multiple vehicles over the past few years and the experience was impeccable. Every. Single. Time. I must say, the customer service was excellent, along with the constant vehicle updates was a plus! I m all about great customer service and they delivered! Tiffany was very helpful anytime I called with questions. They re very professional and brought my vehicle back to its previous condition. I highly recommend them!

Oh. My. Gosh. My Tesla got messed up at the worst time possible (right before Thanksgiving). Not only did Franks fit me in the day after my accident. They got my repairs done in 3 weeks! All other Tesla repair shops couldn t get me in until Jan 15th or later. The communication on where my repairs were was amazing, the customer service was like no other, and they detailed my vehicle as a complimentary service . The staff at Franks are clear and concise with communications about repairs. They offer reasonable estimates on time of completion, while also giving you a pretty cool visual process as your vehicle is being repaired. I will specifically mention Amy, at the front desk , offers friendly customer service that settled my nerves about the whole car repair process. Another person who was a great point of contact, Cody, offered fantastic insight about my repair,and offered knowledge that was beyond any body shop I've ever been too!

Someone Keyed my truck, and I wanted the paint fixed professionally and perfectly without a bunch of up charges. I did my research and found Franks with nothing but 5 star reviews. I did their online estimate tool and then was immediately contacted by Frank the owner asking for additional information. My insurance company tried to push me to one of their preferred body shops with a lower rating, instead I told them to work with Franks. I brought my Truck in a few days later, and was met by their new super friendly receptionist. We went over some additional areas I was concerned with and I was quoted about a 5 day turnaround due to the weekend. I was kept updated as the work progressed and was contacted after 3 days that the work was done and the truck was ready to be picked up. The paint was flawless, and the interior and exterior had been fully detailed. They went over their lifetime warranty and answered all of my questions about the work they had done. Franks hits every customer service mark Great Quality, Great Service, Punctual, Accurate, Honest, Great People. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else. These guys are the best!

They were recommended because they were Porsche certified In working with my insurance USAA my insurance stated the claim was the most inflated estimate that they have ever encountered. My main issue was that the original estimate was around $8000 the final cost was $14000 I was confident that insurance would pay the cost because Frank said that they had documentation that Showed that USAA had paid before. USAA never receive those documents. I will say the completed work was good.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my Tesla in for a minor repair (bolt missing undercarriage), they fixed it with a smile and great customer experience. In the past 5 years, I have lived in California, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona and this is by far the best experience and customer support I have had. A gem!

As a Tesla owner, I can 100% say this is the best body shop in the state for Tesla repairs. Get your cocktail of choice ready because this is gonna be a novel of a review. I have the unfortunate experience of having damaged my Model 3 twice in the past two years. The first time, in September 2021, I took my car to Mercedes Benz's collision center on Hessmer Avenue after hitting road debris. They say they are licensed in Tesla repair, which is a bit like being a licensed dog groomer, because apparently it doesn't mean anything. After the repair, a panel began dangling from the bottom of my Model 3, and a Tesla mobile tech had to come out and fix it.So, when my car was damaged again earlier this year during a flash flood (front bumper ripped off and fender damaged) I looked elsewhere. Frank's shop is about a million times better than the Benz collision center. I'm not trying to be mean here, but a lot of money is involved so I'll explain exactly why:(1) Frank's keeps you updated at every stage of the repair, from assessment to reassembly and painting. You get text messages and a detailed portal with all relevant information, including any additional damage they find during disassembly. It's like you're tracking a package delivery. On the other hand, The Mercedes Benz center keeps you in the dark about estimated completion times and the progress of your repair.(2) Frank's has much more physical room than the Benz collision center, which means they have more availability for Tesla's (and other cars). In this case, they could take my car ~2 weeks faster than Benz (which kept delaying and delaying me). The really annoying thing about Benz is that they told me to bring the car in one day, then when I got the car on the tow and everything, they said actually, nevermind, they're too full. That was fun!(3) Frank's has a full warranty for all repairs, which Benz never offered me. In fact, while I was at Frank's, they were telling me that they were fixing another car that went to Benz first (and apparently Benz did a bad job with the repair). So, I am fairly confident that if something does go wrong with my repair somehow down the line, they will take a look at it.(4) Frank's has a bigass LCD television in the lobby, showing live surveillance footage from all their different stations, from detailing to reassembly etc. As a nerd who owns a Tesla, this was cool to me, and shows they have a pretty big and complex operation going. Mercedes Benz, on the other hand, looks like a dentist's office that's going out of business.(5) The people at Frank's are extremely kind. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond, negotiating with my insurance company (USAA) to make sure I was fully paid out. Also, they advised me on what insurers are good for Teslas (Geicko is the best) and which are worst (Progressive, Allstate).(6) Frank's worked fast. Once my insurance cleared (which took a while because USAA is slow), they had the car completely fixed in a week. Again, was significant fender and front bumper damage, which required new parts to be shipped. No problem for Frank's.(7) Frank's is Hertz's partner for Tesla repairs. They are trusted to handle Hertz's massive fleet of Tesla cars.THIS IS WORTH THE TRIP FROM NEW ORLEANS/METAIRIE AREA, if you have a Tesla. Get that tow if you have to.Highly recommended.

I had repair work done on the rear end of my Tesla at Frank s. This was far beyond the best experience I ever had with a Repair facility. Not only were they 100% responsive , kind, courteous, and respectful of me and my vehicle, but they also did amazing work! I received communication daily and updates. When I picked up my car, it was detailed and looked like the day I bought it! I never had to call and inquire about anything. I would recommend them and then use them time and time again. Thank you all for such a great job.!

Wow! Sometimes I forget what it's like to visit a business that really cares about customer service. All it takes is a visit to Franks to remind me. They are friendly and so helpful. After several recommendations, via a social media Tesla owners group, I had my windshield replaced on my Tesla Model 3. I was guided through the process, and how to navigate the particular way my insurance company handles it. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and extremely competent. They are eager to please, and seem willing to go the extra mile. Deserving of their good reputation. Will be handling my future Tesla work, if needed.

Frank's Accurate Body Shop is the best body shop I have ever experienced from start to finish. Professionalism, communication, transparency, commitment to customer satisfaction was ensured from beginning to end. They added a nice little touch of a thank you card as I returned to very clean interior of my vehicle. Do not hesitate to give them your vehicle. Excellent customer service!!! We received daily text messages with updates on the repair process. They were easy to work with from the initial first phone call to pick up! The people who work here are phenomenal! I came in with a family member who had a car towed in. Unfortunately it was totaled and they weren't able to work on it. But they were absolutely amazing at helping my family member to understand the process. Then we locked my keys in the car and BJ was fast to get it opened up for us and retrieved the keys. Jeremy helped us with understanding the process we were about to go through and assured us we could call on them any time. If they went above and beyond for us, and by the way they didn't make any money in this transaction, I can only imagine how wonderfully they treat repeat customers! I would recommend this place 100%. My husband s car was wrecked while parked in a parking lot the day it was purchased. We live out of state so we had no idea who to call. We picked Frank s Accurate Body Shop and it turned out to be the best choice in having the car repaired. Everyone there is a true professional and their service and work is exemplary. Jeremy kept us updated and informed throughout and handled dealing with the insurance company. BJ Penton and his crew did an amazing job repairing our carolla and Ashley Penton provided excellent customer service. A young woman ran a red light and left my Tesla Model 3 with some ugly damage. Much thanks to Frank's Accurate Body Shop, Her Majesty has been fully repaired and looks and drives like new again. I was involved in a hit and run. I did not have full coverage so I had to pay out of pocket, in order to put my Charger back together. I did most of the work myself. I found a used Drivers door on eBay that matched my paint color. I installed the door on my Charger and when I did, there was a 1/4 gap at the top of the door and I could not figure out how to get the door to seal properly. I brought my Car to Franks and I was helped by Jeremy. I explained to him what was going on. He was very helpful. He took my car to the back shop. 15 minutes later he had pulled my car to the front and fixed my issue for me. I asked how much I owed him and he did not charge me. I really appreciate the service and environment I received at Frank s Body Shop! I hope I never have to return, but if I do, Frank s is my new Body Shop! Thanks Jermey! I have dealt with several body shops in the area and thought the service was fine until my experience with Franks. I'll start by saying insurance companies can be a headache. After dropping off my car and the initial assessment was sent over I was impressed at their level of detail. Franks dealt with the insurance company to make sure my vehicle was returned to me as good as it was before my accident. Their service and repair exceeded my expectations.
