Lamark, the store manager, was very professional and curtious. Joshua helped us get all checked out and Austin changed the oil! All in 15 minutes! Oh and they checked the tires. Can't beat this.

Excellent place to bring your car! I went in thinking it was time for an oil change. They checked my car and told me everything was fine and that my car didn't need an oil change yet. They checked my cars fluids and sent me on my way no charge. They informed me when they thought it would be time for an oil change. I will certainly go back to them when it's time. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I was incredibly grateful to find such honest, helpful people working at Jiffy Lube. I highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube for honesty, integrity and great service. Special thank you to Austin, and the other employee who helped(I'm sorry I don't remember the second gentleman's name). I can't say enough good things about these people and this place. I recommend them to everyone.

Had to do a rear differential fluid for my Scion FRS and didnt want to deal with the smell or the disposal of the fluid myself so I went to Jiffy Lube on Gause. Lamark and Austin were super friendly and very knowledgeable of their vehicles. Awesome service.

Such incredible service this morning! I pulled up about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to open, fully planning on waiting since I got there early. A staff member, I'm assuming the manager or manager on duty, (I didn't get the name, I'm sorry! He was phenomenal!) was already there and offered me water and let me know it would be a short wait until another staff member arrived. He let me wait for what felt like no time at all (I had a book, so I was content!) before kindly helping me himself so I didn't have to wait longer. I appreciated this for several reasons but mostly because he didn't have to as I'm sure he had other things to do. I didn't mind waiting since I was early but the kindness of him (and another staff member who was able to assist) made my morning so nice.

Josh and Mr. Andrew were extremely great!!! They were pleasant, welcoming, and efficient! This was my first Jiffy Lube visit, and by FAR the quickest and most pleasant oil change I ve ever gotten from any company. I live in New Orleans, but will definitely make this my oil change location ESPECIALLY when those two are working!

Came to this location for a brake tag and oil change well after waiting about 45 minutes because another car was getting a brake tag and they were doing an oil change Andrew refused my brake tag because I had a small crack on the windshield passenger side crack wasn t big and on passenger side then asked me if I still wanted an oil change very rude with me from start I got the oil change only because he gave me the impression he didn t want to do it because of my race

This is my go-to shop for oil changes and tire rotation! The service representatives are well trained, knowledgeable, courteous and very polite. The work done on your vehicle by Lamarque s team is always excellent and it is well worth the price. You are informed of the price before the work is done. I have developed a very high level of trust and confidence at Jiffy Lube due to an employee named Dylan, who saved me a large amount of money by discovering a problem before it happened! As a single woman, car work has always been a scary experience. Thanks to Dylan going out of his way on numerous occasions, I don t have to stress about being misled into price gouging. I recommend this location with full confidence!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

This was the worst experience I have had at an oil change shop. It occurred on 04/21/22 at a shop on Gause Blvd. in Slidell, La. The only employee there was also the manager, and no other customers. I figured I would have no problems at all. As I sat in my car watching and talking a little with him things seemed to be going fine. That is until he pulled a funnel out of the top of my engine and dripped oil everywhere. I figured he would surely clean it up but no he didn't. He actually closed my hood. I got out and confronted him about it and all he did was make excuses. I told him none of that matters, you didn't wipe up your mess, didn't even try. He opened the hood back up and wiped some of it up but seemed to care less that he was having to do that. The manager, wow. I left the shop and drove down the street and pulled over to look at his mess and took some pictures. When I got home and jacked up my car to check even more I was even more shocked at what I found. Oil literally everywhere. I have attached some pictures.Service: Oil change

Horrible service! Unprofessional workers and over charged!! I will NEVER go there again. Josh and Andrew arguing about Josh not getting a higher position. I see why. I wasted my time and money!!

Awesome Customer Service! Fast Oil Change! I have a new fleet vehicle and didn't have the right paperwork for Service. No problem for them, they called the fleet company and got all the necessary approvals. That's called customer service. Need oil change? It was good besides I asked for my 4 wheel transfer case and my rear end fluids to be checked and I guess they forgot. When they told me I was done I asked about those fluids and he said oh I will do them now. Besides that the service and the manager was great to deal with. Although they did not check all of my fluid levels like washer fluid, brake fluid transmission fluid and power steering fluid. The Service Techs were personable, quickly completed the task at hand and serviced my vehicle for all I had in the package purchased.I have been patronizing the Jiffy Lube on Gauze Blvd, Slidell, LA for 17 years and have not been dissatisfied thus far.

Just had them do an oil change and fuel filter replacement in my RV. Great customer service. They were very courteous, explained everything without trying to get me to buy more, even gave me a suggestion for an inexpensive fix I can do later. They were fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely put this Jiffy Lube on my list of places to get an oil change when I'm in LA.

Love love love the guys here! They did a great job with our little Nissan. Lamark was wonderful and very professional. I believe the other tech was Dylan he was also wonderful! 10/10 will stop here whenever we need an oil change!

Seems more often than not they try and send me away because they are short staffed. If the doors are open you should be servicing vehicles

I had service done on my diesel truck at Jiffy Lube. They performed an oil change, fuel filter change, and fuel/water separator maintenance. The store manager, Lamark, and technician, Dylan, were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the work performed and the sophisticated systems of my truck. There were no high pressure efforts to get me to purchase other services (that I frequently experience at similar places). I will definitely return to this location when I need vehicle maintenance again!
