Avoid this place at all cost! Got a flat tire and called this place since they have my tire size in stock. Went next day morning and they changed my 2 front tires. However, they either did not reset my tires pressure sensors or destroyed them because they were fine before I dropped off my car. Call them again and they took no responsibility of that problem and said it will be 50 dollars just to look at it. Spent 500 dollars for new sets of problem. Completely lost trust for this place. 0 star if I could.

The worst. They over quoted me by 1000 dollars due to overpriced labor and held my car hostage for half a day to run a diagnostic. 6 and a half hours for a 30 min max diagnostic. I took my car to another shop and got another full diagnostic done and a quote lay out. And 1000 dollars lower then they quoted, no suprise there. They claimed they were just too busy but according to 8 people I've asked this happens all the time with over pricing, poor appointment management, never enough mechanics working, and false times. I would not recommend this place if you arnt willing to spend thousands and have your vehicle stuck for hours to days at a time.

We had a flat tire while traveling and they got us in and out right away- unlike the one where we live. The service was excellent and they replaced our bolts for us too. The waiting room was comfortable.

Had my rear brakes and rotors replaced as well as an oil change done and was out of there in 2 and � hours with great service. Was very satisfied and will be back. Slidell louisiana store

I've just about gave up on Firestone bc of past visits. But omg this one in Slidell we were in and out so fast and on a Sunday. Great service

I set up an appointment time with them, I arrived a few minutes early to check in. They took me right on time, an finished with my car about 30 minutes. Great job I highly recommend them for any tire job that you have.

NEW CAR OWNERS BEWARE!!!I took my car to get a tire changed (brought my own new tire). All they had to do was remove the wheel, switch tires, put the wheel back.And yes, they did that. But they also did something extra. Something shady.They adjusted my front alignment so front tires can wear out sooner. Car didn t have no alignment issues before. I had to schedule an appointment with dealership to check and fix.I ve been a loyal Firestone customer for over a decade. That ended with my last visit!If you bought a brand new car, just stick with the dealer. At least while you re on warranty.

i was there a few days ago getting my car serviced by my husband that works there. i was waiting in the lobby, and overheard the store manager Ronald, and another employee talking bad about my husband. talking bad about someone's husband in front of them is disrespectful by itself, but talking that loudly and poorly about one of your employees infront of guests is extremely unprofessional.i'm still leaving 4 stars as my vehicle is working as it should and had no other issues. but the environment between employees and management does not seem respectful at all.

It's one thing to be busy. It's another to have customers sit and watch while your crew laughs and talks instead of working on the vehicles .been here since 12:00. It is now 2:50.. I sat quietly and waited until I saw the crew screwing off instead of working . I don't have a problem with people being "busy" at work. But to actively talk and not be working.. I'll change the review of the next visit goes better

I went today with BMW to replace the right headlight for my car and they put light different color and i told them its not the right one before I leave the shop and they told me no it is just because its new light from (white light) to (yellow) like really !!? , when they couldn t come with a better comeback they said come tomorrow to talk to( Matt ) he s the one who was talking to me so what you guys doing there lying for , waiting to tomorrow for update to fix my car or put the old light for me and i need refund

Wouldn t recommend them right now! Make sure they test drive your car after you get it serviced. They don t. And when you bring up the issue they try to blame it on your vehicle. So if you decide to go to them, especially for spark plugs, make sure that after they serviced your vehicle they do their own quality assurance checks, because they won t for sure.

Firestone in Slidell told me I had a hole in my tire too close to the sidewall so they couldn t repair it, and even if they could they couldn t because the tread was too low. It was a fairly new tire. Took it somewhere else and the hole was not anywhere near the sidewall and my tread was fine. Tried to sell me a new tire for $211. They also tried to charge me $135 for an oil change in my car, VW Beetle.Needless to say I left there and didn t have them provide a single service for me. Guess they thought cause I m a women they could take me for $400.$87 later I had my oil changed and my flat fixed in Poplarville

My daughter and I broke down 300 miles from home. Not only did they get us up and running, but it was inexpensive. They could not get the parts they needed,but worked with a couple of kits to make it work. Matt was awesome, professional and very helpful. Firestone in Slidell should set the standard for all Firestones.

The first thing they did right was be open on a Sunday when we happened to be traveling by on I-10 and discovered one tire was leaking and we needed to find a place to fix or replace it fast. The next was they got it diagnosed and replaced in just over an hour and then we were on our way. Thanks guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

We got a set of tires there last weekend, $2000, they told us 2.5 hours, waited 5 hours, no big deal said they were training people, we understand. When we got the truck back the 3 out of 4 rims were scratched up, oil handprints inside of the car above the driver side window, then 5 days later a slow leak in one of the tires. BF called and they told him to come in this morning to speak to David. So he drives 30 mins to slidell to be there for 8:30 to be told their machines couldn t have scratched rims and they will fix the tire at 1:00. So his second Saturday in a row will be spent sitting at Firestone because of their poor service, poor time management, and total disregard.Service: Tires

I drove up knowing that I had bad brakes in the rear. They gave me a quote that included new brake calipers. I told them I couldn't afford it they removed the brake calipers from the quote. Thus I could afford to pay for the brake job. These are honest folks and they do great work. The of car I have is a 2009 Acura TL with four wheel disc brakes and the rear brake has a brake shoe for the emergency brake. They put two rotors in the rear to sets of pads for the left and the right wheel I got out of there paying less than $500. And I also financed it 6 month zero interest through Firestone. Had a really great experience

Came in on a Sunday at around 330pm, had a trailer tire blowout on I-10. Had a new tire and the old on the rim. Asked if they could help me to place new tire on rim so I could get my boat off the highway. Waiting and paying wasn t a problem. Was told by staff they couldn t help me they had 3 tickets in front of me and that was it for the day. Another staff member was stacking tires out front making a nice display, he didn t seem too concerned to help out with customers.Took my business across the street to Pepboys who were working on a vehicle before they closed at 4pm. Staff mounted my new tire within 10 minutes. I even bought another tire while I was there. So Firestone, you have lost my business..but I m sure you don t care.

Brought truck in from out of town. Needed a tire replaced and wound up here from another Firestone directing me. This location had the tire in stock. Was told it would be all day. When i said I would wait(out of town) was told I can't be there that long and told to go somewhere else.

My car was recently serviced for new tires,rotors and brake pads. The service was intentionally horrible. There was white glue on all my tires and rims and the psi tire pressure was 4 different numbers spaced by 3 to 20. Totally unappreciated of service from them.

They buy tires from other companies mark them up 10%, sell them to you and then refuse to warranty them. When I asked for the number to the company that makes the tires he laughed and said Google it . I have been using Firestone since they bought out expert tire. I WILL NEVER use them again. I ll go pay double at a place that behaves like professionals.

Had to take my work vehicle in for two tires. They said they were running behind and I'd have to leave it and pick it up the next day. I called about 2pm to see if that was still the case and they were almost finished with it. Got emails on the progress and completion. Thanks for the great service.

Just took two stars away. I originally gave them 5 stars and everything I said below is true. However, their credit card system double charged me. When I called them up and spoke with their representative (David), he said the problem was not on his end but mine. He refused to take the time to call merchant services and get it fixed. Leaving it to me to contact the bank. I deal with these issues at my work and it s only a five minute phone call to merchant services. I found it annoying that he was either lazy or ignorant. It is far easier for the business to get fixed than for the customer.Why I originally gave 5 stars:We were from out of town with a simple tire emergency. Even though they were busy they found time to get us fixed up. We went out to eat and by the time we got back we were all fixed up. Thank you so much!

The team was very busy and worked in some diagnostics on my warning lights.They were spot on with the issue, but are not transmission experts and provided recommendations on where to go.I have had Firestone service in 4 different States in the USA and have never had an issue!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

March 02 2021 I bring my 2007 chevy silverado in to buy new tires. Trying a brand I thought was a good brand firestone. I paid almost $1300 for 4 brand new tires. Even though I was quoted a little over 800 from the website. I was OK with the price. That was until March 27 2021 when I noticed my rear driver side tire was pouring air from the valve stem. So I called them and was instructed to bring it into their shop. I went in only to be told nothing they can do today come back tomorrow morning. So I go the next morning and was told that they will try to get it done before 5pm. So 4:15pm roll around and so I decided to give them a call and and check. I was told that they had completed the job. So I headed down there and made it there for 5:03pm and the shop was closed. My truck was locked up and that was that. I will never ever buy tires from firestone again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Hopefully in the morning when I call out from my job to pick up my truck I will not be charged for their crappie product.
