My friend Trey is one of the mgrs. I called him to help getting new 4 tires and front end alignment.He cares so much about customers and I set me up real good.Can feel difference on the ride n driving. I live 55 miles away for this great service and excellent savings.

I was going to write another review and give them another five stars. After the below service, I needed them quicker than I thought. My car was doing all kinds of crazy codes. Their service is beyond great. I easily could have been taken for a lot more money than I spent. I had 10 error codes. Instead of addressing each one independently, the master technician for these types of problems was well aware of these error codes. Rather than spending money on it each one independently he felt he knew exactly what to do to get rid of all of them with one fix. So far so good. I just appreciate the honesty of not trying to replace 10 different things and charging me for each. If something else pops up at least I know we're doing it by process of elimination instead of spending tons of money and replacing things that may not even need it. I'm extremely happy and I trust me I'm driving a great distance to come to them because I do trust them. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.I was in desperate need to have a tire put on and get off the spare. All places in Gretna were going to take 3-5 days to get my match. Long of short, I started calling in Slidell the first place to answer the phone said I could drop the broken one and come back later to install. I got there an hour before it was scheduled to come in. They knew I had drive 45 minutes and didn't want to inconvenience me to come back later. I am freaking stoked. They are awesome. I will definitely use them again. I love people who care about their customers

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to, Hands Down! The service started immediately when Ms Joy answered the phone and made sure that the could get my vehicle in that same day when others told me no. Service did not stop there, Trae and his team got me a quote that same day, a quote that made me very happy. I picked my car up next day as promised. The work is outstanding! I love driving my car now! It s like brand new! I highly recommend them & will use them always in the future! Thanks Guys!!

We had a great experience with having a tire repaired. All of the staff were kind and friendly. They quickly identified the problem and patched the tire. Highly recommend this shop!

They saved my vacation. In the middle of the night, on a 9 hour drive down to visit some friends, one of my tires blew. After getting towed to their shop and spending a night sleeping in my car, I was prepared for the news to only get worse from here. But that's where the bad part if my trip ends. The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting (even letting me in about 20 minutes before they were supposed to open), and the shop itself was cozy with fresh coffee and comfortable seats. They had my new tire hooked up and I was out of there before I even had time to finish my coffee! All of that aside, the prices were very reasonable. I don't live anywhere near them so I doubt I'll be making any return trips, but I can say that every repair shop could learn a thing or two from East Gause Tire and Automotive.

This place and these people are the absolute best!! Very nice to run across such a place when you're from out of town and need help immediately! They got us fixed up in what seemed like 20 mins! Greatly appreciate the service and the staff!

Excellent customer service on a rainy Friday afternoon when you re an out-of-towner headed to New Orleans for the weekend! Needed a patch on a tire & it was done in 30-mins or less. Great, friendly people willing to go above & beyond!

Appreciate Greatness! Service was great, I stopped procrastinating and decided to get my air fixed in my car to beat the Louisiana heat. Mr. Trey and the staff hooked me up. My car blowing ice cold air! Thank ya ll for the service.

Had a series of unfortunate events happen that ended with me blowing my tire out. Thankfully, I was right down the street from Goodyear. When I explained my situation, they immediately jumped into action to help me. I cannot explain how much of a Godsend these people, especially Trey Howard, were. Thank y all so much.

Needed affordable replacement tires for my 5 year old vehicle. East Gause Tire and Automotive was the exact place to go. I live in Mississippi but will travel reasonable distances for trustworthy, professional deals. Very happy I went to East Guase for what I needed. In addition to my five year old tires I also replaced the original battery when they rightfully recommended it! Be good to yourself, go where you can trust the mechanics! I'm very happy I did.

If you re worried about dishonest mechanics that will try to steal your money, I wouldn t worry about that here. They are very professional and will be honest with what the issue on your car is. Every time I brought mine in they checked stuff like brakes even though they didn t need to just to let me know the condition. They know what job needs to be done and will clearly explain everything. I highly recommend them.

These people are the nicest, most honest, down to earth people ever. Each worker is amazing. Any issues with your vehicle, big or small, they explain it to you before they fix it. This is my #1 trusted auto shop!

Always a pleasure doing business with Joe and the people at Goodyear. Don t like spending money but maintaining my vehicle is a must in the long run. Always impressed when they advise me against doing something because it isn t needed and will save some cash. Hard to find good honest people.

Joe and everyone at East Gause go above and beyond in terms of customer service and politeness! This business is forever great in my book. I've come here twice, once for a full set of tires - which they were able to get on a moments notice, and an alignment. I will continue to come here for exceptional service and friendly staff.

We stopped in because we needed air/new tire. This was our second stop as the first national chain provided no service. The gentleman here greeted us and took care of us. Even though they didn t have the tire we needed, he helped us to fill the tire and made sure we made it to the TESLA shop. I can t recommend this place enough. Service and care. All with no charge!

My car was having issues driving from Florida to Texas. I stopped at two place before them and they were not able to get me in. The kind people at east Gause took care of me knowing I was needing to get back on the road. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for being a lifesaver

I've only been there twice. Both times I had awseome customer service. With today being Memorial Day I was in and out with new tire in less than 30 minutes. Still happy smiling faces with good service working on a holiday. I'll be going back for all my tire services

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I brought it here to be looked at. They found the source of the leak, a nail in the sidewall of the tire. They didn't have a new tire in stock, so they sent me on my way free of charge. They were extremely friendly, very helpful, and made me feel like my patronage was important to their business. I will definitely be back when I need automotive services on my vehicles!!

Joe and Buddy have been servicing my personal vehicles and our Enterprise Van Pool for years. When I moved to Slidell from North Alabama six years ago I was really concerned about finding a honest mechanic. I had a great one back home. I really lucked out finding these guys after a few attempts with other shops. Finding a honest mechanic is like finding a freaking leprechaun. Nowhere near the closest mechanic to where I live, but I would drive even further then I do now to let Joe handle my vehicles. Seriously, it is like stepping back in time when your mechanic was a friend and someone you could trust.

Brought my F150 Limited in to have new tires installed and have them Hunter Road Force balanced. Original tires were Pirelli Scorpion 275/45R22 and I installed Hankook 305/45R22. East Cause Tire didn't even blink twice at me for installing oversized tires! Dealer recommended I not do it because it would not fit and ruin my ride. Tires fit great and amazing difference in road feel and ride! The truck rides smoother than it ever has since I purchased it new 3 years ago. And it's had the tires balanced at the dealer three times for road vibrations. Those vibrations are completely gone! I highly recommend East Cause Tire and Automotive and the Road Force balancing is definitely worth the premium cost!

Best place in Slidell for all your auto needs. I need 1 tire every other place was $$$$ not here they gave me a good price for everything not to mention quick service with a smile. Great customer service.

While traveling from California to Alabama one of my tires started deflating at a rapid rate. I googled tire shops and this one was the closest to me. I was traveling alone with 4 kids. It was blatantly obvious after they checked the one tire with a huge hole, that all 4 needed replacing. I was beyond blessed to have found these men. They were straight forward with me, found me the best value, and had us out of there within an hour and a half. Thank y'all again.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my Elantra here to get a quote cause there was something wrong with the suspension. The manager of the shop took it for a 20 minute spin to see how it was riding. When he got back he wasn t even sure what the problem was. He told me it was the CV axel and it needed to be completely replaced and did a quote for $838. I decided to take it to another shop. The other shop said it was a completely different part (sway bar endlinks) and the quote was only $238. We went ahead and have them fix it and the car is perfect. This shop just wants to make money. They don t care about what is actually wrong with the car.
