I ve been going to this tire shop for years and I will never use anyone else. I slid on ice yesterday into a curb and knocked my tire off the rim and I didn t have a lug nut key to take my tire off, couldn t find one anywhere in sbc. I knew that this shop had one because I just had a tired plugged a couple of weeks ago. The owner was hesitant at first to loan me his because of a past situation where someone didn t bring his back, but he did, and I am so grateful!

-There s just some things $ can t buy-I recently had bought 4 new tires for my vehicle. Before I brought it in I called to confirm they had my tire size in stock. I was greeted with a welcoming and polite tone, quick response to my inquiry, decent price (I called several other places before hand). When I arrived I was promptly directed into a bay. It is extremely hot outside, I was offered a water and a seat inside in the AC. Upon entering inside I was involved in small talk with who I assume is the owner. He was conversing with all the customers as the 2 shop cats and 2 shop dogs welcomed all the customers and accepted pets from anyone who obliged. Overall, I was treated very kindly. The service was a little on the long side, but in their defense they were super busy. Their customer service, price, and comforting atmosphere was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning. The owner said free tire rotation after my 5,000 miles. If I could give the place more stars I would. The men out in this heat, working hard are not appreciated enough. So a big thanks to you guys!

Good place to go when you can t get in anywhere else, pricing isn t bad but remember you get what you pay for usually always has tires you need used and new

Have bought many sets of tires here for many years. They aren't fast, but well worth the wait. Good tires, good service, great prices!!

They will work with you and are very quick yet great at what they do. Knowledgeable and dependable. Looks a lil ratchet but some awesome people... The workers I mean. The people in the office are nice, although they have a few black cats and dogs.

Gene has been there forever and still has the best prices in town. I had an alignment done on my escalade and it drives straight as an arrow. Indoor seating is Okay kinda dirty and unorganized ice cold ac when waiting though. Friendly service as usual and never disappointed. We will be back.

Fantastic service. Got two new tractor tires put on by the time I finished lunch. The other place on airline Mavis (new name ) had my rims for over a day .

Worst place I've ever been to! It's absolutely disgusting and you can't even sit down without dogs and cats jumping on you. There is no bathrooms, not even a vending machine to grab a snack or drink! He quoted me one and a half hours and told me to be here at 6:30 am and it is now after 2:00 pm and no where close to being done! Avoid this place unless your tire pops driving past it!

I was so very stressed after having to have to purchase a starter for my car as well as have it installed. I have been calling around today regarding prices, being told someone would call me back, however, no one did. I called Wholesale Tire. The owner, Jerry answered and said that he would have his technician call me back. I waited 10 minutes and Steven, the technician called me and did exactly what he PROMISED he would do. He was extremely courteous as well as polite. Now, this is exactly why Wholesale Tire has been in business being extremely SUCCESSFUL. They take care of their customers . I will definitely be letting them replace my starter!!

If I could give this negative stars I would, my boyfriend needed some tires and he was sitting there for almost three hours watching these irresponsible men laughing and joking doing nothing with tires while they knew he needed some, tried giving him two sizes two big like 80s I think when he needed 65s or 60s and then tried giving him one size to small and when he finally got upset and said nah then they said they don't have the right size yk this is after two or three hours I watched it all on life 360 on time frames oh and also for the wrong sizes which they knew they were wrong bc they had to know how to read tires and they got told what size they needed they tried charging 45 to 50 dollars on used tires I mean u can try to make up excuses for your workers up there but nothing should've taken two or three hours to look at tires, even with the power out which that was also going on apparently n they never said anything until a customer is like ...where is my stuff, really had someone waiting for so long and didn't even let them know what was going on til there was a problem NEVER GO HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH OR DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I hope I get a reply won't change the way I think maybe you shouldn't take two hours two work on three tires

My brother in law runs Firestone and they are great but I was on a tight budget and I've used Jerry for tire's as long as I've been buying my own tires. Well as always the price was great and I got there early enough that they were able to knock it out quick. And his guys were very nice and knowledgeable about their job. I was in the car service industry a long time and I've always recommended Jerry (area wholesale tire) and I will again and again and again. Thank y'all for the work y'all do and the prices y'all keep low.

I got there at 6:30 am and the nicest gentleman met me at my car, 20(ish) minutes later and $40 later, he was done! Never had to get out of my car!!! Definitely get there early because they get busy fast!!!

The owner (Jerry) will go out of his way to make sure your happy and get a good deal. He s a people person. Even if he breaks even and doesn t make a profit, he will get you what you need. Because he knows you will come back and spread word about his business, and he will make profit on the next sale. I ve been going to him for 18 years now. He s the one guy in the business that s still honest!!! He s there hands on every day!!!! Runs the business like it s still 1950! I know I ll get a good product, done right the first time for a honest price!!!!! THANKS JERRY!!!!!

I came yesterday because the guy quoted me a good price on 4 tires and free alignment.Said come at 4 no problem..Please waited an hour for him to give a different price and tell me the guy want be able to get to me tell tomorrow. Get here today around 7 and of course they take your tires off so you can't leave.Guy gets here at 9 with my tires. So finally get them on and another hour waiting for my alignment. The prices are good but service is terrible. The owner I believe only comes to collect the funds. If you have a day to waste come here.

I've been going here for years. Mr. Jerry and co always provides good service. You may have to wait a little while for but you save a good bit of money be a customer. The guys outside work hard year round also! I definitely recommend.

WORST tire shop I ve ever been too. The front desk doesn t communicate to their workers of what work needs to be done on your vehicle. You d be lucky to get out of here in 2 or 3 hrs and REALLY lucky to get the right size tires. Shady business and a bit too unethical for me. Hope this helps

We got four new tires installed in exactly 1 hour. The price is unbeatable and the service was excellent. The tires seem like great quality. Honestly not sure how they could have done that for such a low price... Thanks Wholesale Tire!

Called Jerry at 8:00am and told him I needed a service truck. He said he would have the service truck to me by 12:00 noon. I called Jerry every hr after that and he kept saying he s on the way. I last got Jerry on his cell phone at 5:30pm and he said the truck is on its way. It s now 7:00pm and the truck is still not here. Neither Jerry nor Walter answer their cell phone s now. You have nothing in this world but your word and these owners words don t mean a thing.

Great prices and friendly service! One warning, if you are afraid of dogs and plan to wait in their waiting room you may want to get a ride because they have two large friendly dogs that are lying around in the waiting area. They didn't bother me but I know for people who have allergies or who are afraid, that would be a problem. After shopping around and calling several businesses, I was able to save half of what the dealership quoted me and $100.00 off of the price at Sam's Club.

My husband needed 4 new tires on his truck and I called around to the usual tire shops in town. My Dad has always had nothing but good things to say about Wholesale Tires, so I called and got a quote and the price was unbeatable. Came in and got some new tires put on, but when it came time to leave, my truck wouldn't crank. Rodney who is an employee and also who did the work on my truck went the extra mile and tried several things to get it to crank. I was super impressed by his kindness and willingness to lay on his back on the ground, underneath the truck trying to unlock the starter. I knew this place was a great tire shop with great prices and family owned, but I didn't expect this guy to try everything possible to help me. This guy deserves some appreciation, so I wanted to include him in my review. These days you just don't see that anymore. Thanks Wholesale Tires. You've got some really great employees out there.

We were traveling and had a bad tire and had to look this up while we re on the highway. The place looks pretty dumpy, but the service was amazing. We called an advanced and they got us in immediately. They took care of us in 20 minutes and we were back on the highway. Definitely a place with great service. Don t let the looks surprise you.

Talked with Jerry and Walter. They quoted me a great price on two new tires with no BS. I was in and out in under an hour. The tires ride great and the wife is happy. I highly recommend this place for a set of tires.
