Krystal and Alec are THE BEST! A "check engine" light came on and I went in to ask questions. They were super helpful and showed me that my car was out of brake fluid. They helped me refill my brake fluid and then gave me guidance on what to tell my mechanic when I get my car serviced. That was my first time visiting O'Reilly's but Krystal and Alec have gained the company a new customer! Thank you!

I've ben going to this location for a while and most of the time I get good service, but the counter guy with the long beard 'I'll update the name soon' just acted like he didn't want to be there. All I needed was something small and he didn't want to take the time to find my part. I guess if it was his tool he wouldn't mind looking. It shouldn't matter what the customer is buying or looking for you should always treat every customer the same way whether there looking for a $3000 part or .70 part.

I'd rather wait a week for a part than use any other competitor. I was stranded and Derick went, picked up a part from bossier and brought it to me . He's amazing as everyone else there. These guys know customer service!

Guy at the counter not only wouldn't warranty a part that clearly stated on the receipt that it had a lifetime warranty, but then sold us the wrong replacements, all with an attitude and charged 25% more than the parts are listed for on the O'Reillys website.

I visit the day before to get my battery tested and it came back that I had a bad battery. Went back the next day to purchase a battery at whatever cost and the older lady was soooo rude to me only because I ask can someone install because I don't know how. She replied as if it was a problem for installation and wasn't eager to at least try to get someone to install. Mind u my car was barley staying afloat only because I just had a 750 dollar alternator put in a couple of months ago. So I explain to her that I can barely keep charge and she said we don't have anyone. So I left and went to Auto Zone and gave them 180.00 with a 2yr warranty plus they install my battery with no problem and wasn't hesitant at all. Bad Call O'Reilly.

Get use to the statement: sorry we don't have that in stock!Updated: I went to 3 different places to get a battery for my car before finding one that fit. So perhaps this was more of a item issue in my city instead of just this store. The staff were very helpful while I was there. Thanks!

The people who work at the stores in Shreveport Bossier are great. Now not every single one is knowledgeable, but some one on duty is! I'm putting together an old truck, I'm in there all the time. Buying stuff, taking it back, getting the right stuff. They are always helpful. I would recommend this store over the competition.

The store manager Kristopher went above and beyond for us. Our car lost a caliper bolt while driving in town from Texas, no tools and limited funds and we were still able to get back on the road safely. Can't thank him enough! Best O'Reilly's experience to date.

Great inventory of parts and if they don't have it they will get it same day generally or by the next morning they always have plenty of oil batteries and it doesn't matter they don't have it in stock still have it by the next day that's what I love about O'Reilly O'Reilly's is my number one choice for automotive supplies without a doubt so next time your car is in need Droppin I'm sure they'll have everything you need get you back up and go

Meh experience, didn't have code reader as advertised, I had to help a customer with a question the clerk didn't know, and they seemed apathetic in regards to helping me. Fortunately they did have the parts I needed for about 20% higher than autozone

It was ok didnt like the fact that I took a picture of a receipt and didn't have the paper receipt so they gave me store credit instead of giving me the cash back but besides that it was a great experience and I'll go back again!!!

Mike was sitting there on his personal cell phone whdn I walked in. I called before I went and there was no answer. Mike said. "We dont answer phones on Sundays. Like really? What if I had made a blank trip.
