Murrays Diesal Repair is a Great Place to Stop if your looking to get your Truck repaired they aren't that expensive and they really jump on and tackle the job!!! It's nice clean and pet friendly!!! The service was Above and beyond! I highly recommend if you have any issues PULL OVER AND BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE ASAP. THEY HAVE THE COOLESTVSHIRTS NICEAT CEO AND SHES REALLY PRETTY , ANYWAY I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS TRUCK SHOP VISIT MY YOU TUBE CHANEL AS THEY ARE ON SEASON 1 EP3 OF "First time here With America" they get 5 STARS and Wrench, fast, efficient and they get the job done for you and they Have like 9 Bays so stop.on in Today!!!!! I did.

They replaced a air compressor on truck. We drove the truck for maybe two or three months. All the bolts backed out the compressor and dumped all the oil out on the ground. I had to pay to get towed back to my lot. When they sent a mechanic out to look at it. He told me, that it was normal for these bolts to back out. REALLY!!!!! I had another truck we took there to repair oil leaks. Maybe a couple months later the truck is leaking oil worse than when I initially took it. Took it back just for them to put silicone around-the-area leaking. Another shop ended up fixing the problem. Thousands down the drain

Murray's is very friendly and professional with there customer. They showed great hospitality, and I was very comfortable in their workplace. The helped timely manner, and mechanics are awesome. Stephanie was very helpful and sweet. Justin was very helpful and a cool dude with knowledge and experienced with his position in part and service. If you happen to have a problem with your diesel engine...I recommend Murray's. I had a breakdown this morning and was gone by noon...Awesome place and highly recommended.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY . I took my diesel to this shop a month ago and they never did any repairs to it. They had my diesel for a month and never service it. They told me that the motor was lock and they had to find the price on a new one. I had to call them for a update and finally I just went and picked it up. l had to pay to get it towed to and from there. When I got my truck I realized they never troubleshoot it because it was a fuse that was blown. I lost a lot of money. Do not recommend.

My truck broke down and I m out of town ( Atlanta, GA) and I googled a repair shop near me and Murray s Repair came up as the nearest to me. So I called them.. In 10 minutes I was at their shop.. When I opened the door this two beautiful ladies greeted me with a smile.. In 2hrs my Coolant and a busted coolant holes to the turbo was replaced and filled my coolant fluid. The price the charged for coolant was even cheaper than the truck stop prices. Stephen and Tommy the Mechanic and the shop foreman came out their way to help me..Good people and good place.They even topped off my air tires .. Wo! Wo!These people are the real deal..I Recommend them to any body..

Chevy 5500 Kodak busI usually don't leave reviews, however I felt it was needed in this situation. We drove down from South Dakota and when we made it into town our a/c line blew. It was Friday at 3:30 so we were thinking nothing could be done until Monday. I called Faith at Murray's, and she had me send her a picture. She got with her mechanic and called me back in under 5 min. She told us she could help us out. We got there and everyone was friendly. The mechanic was awesome. He found the problem fixed it, and help with a couple other things as well. He even stayed past closing to help us. And the $$$ was super reasonable. I was expecting to pay twice as much for the speed, great service and fix. Thanks so much.

So I flew to Dallas-Fort Worth to buy a school bus and drive it back home to Georgia for conversion. The plan was to make it to Shreveport on the first night. Twenty minutes after driving a bus for the first time, half my gauges were going haywire. I didn't know what to do other than just make it to my hotel reservation. I woke up the next morning and called the folks at Murray's to see if they could get me in the same day to do a walk around with me to make sure my bus was worthy to finish the trip home. Sure enough, they kindly agreed to let me bring the bus in. Turns out my alternator was going bad. Stacie was ON it from the start. She worked tirelessly to find a solution so I could get back on the road. Amber was courteous to give me a ride to a local hotel. They had my alternator rebuilt and had me back on the road in less than 48 hours. Not only are the people at Murray's like family now, they gave me the peace of mind knowing I would make it home safely. I really wish I was more local to them so they could be my go-to mechanic. If you're looking for people who care and will get the job done right, I HIGHLY recommend Murray's. Trust me, you will be "M.A.D" about them! Miss y'all! Swoop Swoop!!!

This was one of the most pleasant mechanic visits I have experienced. I came from out of town and was in a hurry to get back home when my truck broke. I called panicked and Stephanie took the time to help me out and talk to Travis to help get me on the road asap. Travis was able to fix my truck that day for me and the cost was very reasonable. It's hard finding mechanics to trust and I would bring my truck back here again. The staff were all super friendly and professional. I can't speak highly enough of Murray's and would give ten stars if I could!

We were going on a road trip cross country on a tight time budget when we had some serious truck trouble.We found Murray s through happen-chance and they got us in same day close to the end of the day and they looked at the truck.The guy at the front, Justin, was able to get pricing for the parts we needed before they even closed that day.He gave us the estimated time they could get it done and we were only out maybe a day.Since we didn t have a truck or a place to stay, one of the employees actually drove us to a car rental place herself instead of making us get an uber over thereOverall, Murray s is a dependable, hardworking group and they truly knew what they were doing. If we had more time, we would ve stayed and have them do a whole comprehensive check up on the truck to make sure we were safe and ready to go.We are truly impressed with Murray s and what they did for us.If you ever find yourself on this end of the bayou, stuck in the mud, find yourself here.

Great diesel shop in the Shreveport area. They got me in on short notice and did an exceptional job. The staff is very knowledgeable and cares about what they do. Murrays was recommended to me by a friend. After my experience I ll definitely be going back in the future.

This repair shop was referred to us by Tim s RV. It is a 5 star facility. We had to have shock absorbers installed on an older Georgetown Motorhome. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The job was completed timely and on budget. Will use Murray s again and tell others how good the service is. Thank you!

Outstanding business! I have a small RV rental business based in Philadelphia and one of my RV s blew a motor while passing through Louisiana. I called Murray s and spoke with Stephanie who was amazing and took care of everything. She personally booked a tow truck and drove to pick up the family stuck in the RV on the highway and safely dropped them off at a nearby hotel while the RV was towed to the shop.The mechanic came in to the shop after hours to give me an assessment of the damage and called me at 7pm with all the details and even text me photos of the damage. They gave me a fair price for a new motor installation and completed the job ahead of schedule.They even offered to deliver the RV from LA to PA so I didn t have to travel all the way there to pick it up.Top notch place with the friendliest staff!

We have taken our cars to Travis Murray for as long as I can remember because he always fixes the problem, he charges a fair price and he doesn't fix things that aren't broken just so he can charge us more. Our most recent visit was for an air-conditioner repair. Murray's fixed my air conditioning last year, which required replacing the compressor. Earlier this summer, the A/C quit blowing cold air, so we took it back to Murray's. The part was under warranty, so we didn't expect to have to pay for that. But the warranty also covered the cost of the labor it took to replace the faulty part. We didn't expect that, and a less trustworthy mechanic might have taken advantage of us and charged us for the labor even though it was covered under the warranty. If you want your vehicle fixed by a fair and honest mechanic, take it to Murray's. Travis will treat you right.

This place will RIP you off if you don't know mechanics. They will take advantage of you if your young and from outta town. I highly recommend not to bring your vehicle here for any kind of service. Especially if you have a company vehicle they know you have to pay regardless of cost. They lied to our company about repairs they've done and refuse to take blame for what they done. we've spent thousands of dollars after what they've done to our vehicle. Total rip off! Dishonest owner. Liars! They shouldn't be in business. DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!

Took my freightliner there. They somewhat repaired it but broke the hood and didn t want to pay for the hood repairs. After giving me the run around they eventually paid for the repairs without admitting fault. Also had to let another shop repair what they were originally supposed to fix. They overlooked a few things but paid the other shop for repairing what was overlooked. I would not recommend them and will never return if I ever breakdown in that area again.

These guys are the real deal. I don't know if it can get any better than the Murray crew, and family. In my opinion the cleanliness of a shop is a direct indicator of what kind of work they do. Just like their shop, their work is clean and flawless.

Took them my 05 Dodge 3500, had it for 2 weeks and $3800 later, said it was fixed and it wasn't. Took it back to them it sat there for another week and when I called to check on it they were not sure when they would be able to look it. I work out of my truck daily and this kind of service is unacceptable

Took my truck there after calling and asking can they do the job which they said they can do the job, just to find out they had to pass the job to another shop which had a shop that looked like a retirement home full of old mechanics and they took 3 days to tell me I had the wrong part which I didn't.....said they could get the right parts in for 3k I denied and found the parts online for 700 bucks asked if I get the parts can they get the job done they said yes if they get the parts they could have it done in a day, got the new parts in to find out the bushings In the torque rods where the same ones I took to them in the first place, gave them a whole day to get the job done and I'm still waiting on my truck , called to see if it would be out around 3:50pm no answer which means they closed early and web shows they close at 5pm....this is actually gonna put me out of business

the best shop for any 18 wheelers. this place is amazing. they got me in and out in no time. they fixed my truck and truck is running smooth now. if your looking for repair on truck, you must go there. one of the best in Shreveport area

Fast super friendly. I just drove in late in the day with a turbo out & they got on it immediately. Had the new turbo the early morning next & switched before noon. Awesome shop, mechanics & staff.

Truck went in on 10/8/19 For coolent loss. (Egr cooler) Diagnosed The issue the right away. Truck was in the shop within 30 mins and started working on it right then. Very professional and friendly people. Highly recommended.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Murray s. The service is great, work was done efficiently, and you couldn t ask for friendlier people! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

AVOID this place. They overcharged for labor. They charged for 5 hours labor on a simple repair, while the ELD showed the vehicle being parked at the shop for UNDER 3 hours. We discovered later, that the technician didn't fasten the parts inside the dash properly. Try Petro or if you're going towards Monroe, go to North East Truck and Trailer.

They might advertise to be the best price, but unfortunately they are also the slowest. If you can afford to be without your truck for over a week, then give them a go. My opinion, I'd try elsewhere.

Ran into a problem out of town and the staff of this great establishment helped me with getting my truck back on the road, very friendly service and great people all the way around would definitely recommend!
