Absolutely great service. Good communication, prices are reasonable and on time at the quoted price. I would leave zero stars if I could It took a little over 2 months to fix our car! Communication was horrible. As a business, you need to underpromise and overdeliver. It was the complete opposite with Chevyland. What happened every single time that I tried to get an update was that the dealership would promise a quick fix and weeks would go by with no vehicle. Half the time I called to get an update there was no one available to talk to and when the operator said I d get a call back it would be 3 or 4 days before hearing anything. The dealership pushed back on getting us a rental vehicle until the last possible moment almost 2 months into the repair. The first remanufactured transmission was faulty so another had to be shipped out. Then out of nowhere they claimed my fuel pump was also bad. More $$$ out of pocket with nothing to show for it. The insurance, registration, and maintenance logs that were left in the car were lost too. The first time we tried to pick up the vehicle, the alignment was way off and the engine was worse than before. This was a constant battle to get info and get our car back at all. We are now looking to replace this vehicle and never go back with Chevy.

They refuse to call me back and finish fixing my car ! I have died 6 times since they did a simple routine check up on my vehicle for warranty and ordered parts to fix the car but refuse to call me to finish the car and when I call no one will talk to me I get left on hold !Been stranded 3 times this week .

The worst service experience I have ever had. Almost two months and thousands of dollars later, my truck is still not completley fixed. I was told several times "we aren't just a parts changer", but that's exactly what they did. Changed parts hoping something would finally fix it. Will no longer purchase or service with Chevyland.

Today was not a good experience. We had a 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It is 1:15 and we are just now leaving. It was a ridiculous long wait!!

Will never take my 2019 Silverado back had oil change done and advised them I wanted tires rotated and balanced. Well guess what tires were rotated but bot balanced. Who rotates tires and doesnt balance them. Hmmmmmmmm

Again my vehicle sat in the lot for 8 days not only that the detailing job wasn't done all the way as there was still dirt an grime all over my interior an in the cracks I also noticed the alignment wasn't done or wasn't done after they changed a part I also had trouble trying to pickup my vehicle when I walked in the kids at the front desk were just talking I had to interrupt them just to pick up my vehicle not only that they never offered me a discount for the many days it sat up their
