Randy saves the day Again!!!My wife was stuck in Shreveport with a blown fuse for the tail/dash lights and, of course it was getting dark. Randy was extremely helpful and was able to track down and advise my wife on what fuse she needed to get and, even helped her replace the culprit fuse.I'd like to personally thank Randy for Excellent customer care, when nowadays that is such a rare quality. If more representative were like Randy, this world would be a much kinder place!This will be my go-to for auto parts, advice and, help from now on!Thank You Sir!

Just wanna thank especially Randy for his acts of kindness, something as simple as changing a fuse in my car when i went to 3 places before and they wouldn't get off their butts!! And my son appreciates the Mickey mouse keychain.. something so little but went a long way.. will continue to do business there always and not anywhere else..thanks, Kelly and Kj

RANDY is awesome !!! I came in the store at the last minute and he was so nice and got me everything I needed and changed my windshield wipers !! Definitely my go to advance auto parts now !!!

The young lady, Haley, that assists me has the best customer service! She is very knowledgeable of items I inquired about, patient, willing to help all customers with anything she can to get their job done right.

I completed a mobile order through the Advance Auto app. It was completed quickly and tiwhout error. Upon pickup, employees were very nice, good sense of humor, and pleasant. Lead at the register asked me how he could help and I informed I had a mobile order pickup. He went to get it, knew exactly where it was and returned to the register quickly. He then asked the female employee if she remembered how to do this - meaning ringing out a customer with a mobile, pre-paid order. She was right there and completed the transaction correctly and quickly. He verified with her that she provided receipt and offered a bag which she had. I left quickly, content, and excited to finish the job. Thanks for great service and a positive attitude.

This is a great store with great people! I went there one time and they helped me out so much with tpms issues. I haven't been to another location yet. So far I've been to this location about 4 times and the people and service were great everytime I went. If you haven't been i suggest you check it out! Quality service is hard to find these days. Here at advanced auto parts you have a representative you can always count on to give you great advice and make sure you leave with right product that is best suitable for your needs!

As for the customer service and courtesy of the staff,they were great. However we did have to make several trips back band numerous phone calls trying to get the correct part . We have a Chevy that was made in a split year. Basically when they were going from the square body to the more rounded. Due to this ,there was a lot of confusion and /or miscommunication between us. But in their defense they gave us the right part for the standard 3/4 ton 99 with a 5.7.........just wasn't what we needed ours is a '99 3/4 ton w/a 6.0

Needed to have my battery tested for charge output. It turned out good. The store clerk was very accomodating.

They seem to always have products that the other auto parts places don't have. An example would be an AC line splice kit.
