Guys were polite and quick but I had to ask for them to check my tires and they didn't clean my windshield unlike all the other Take 5s i had been to.

My car shut down on the highway on my way back home to New Orleans. This was the nearest take 5 and I can honestly say God led us to the nicest and caring gentleman. I don t remember their names but I was having the worst day ever and they definitely flipped it around. The communication and friendly atmosphere took a load off for me. THANK YOU!!!

EXCELLENT Service , I came for just an oil change but they pointed out things that I ve been needing to get fixed on my car that I forgot about bad things I didn t even know that needed maintenance. Also I came here right before I had to go to work in Lafayette and they moved swiftly but precisely on fixing my car , this Take 5 was wayy better than the one I experience in Lafayette I definitely recommend!

When I did my oil change I had to wait 35 minutes for auto zone to bring a oil filter. Because they forgot to check first. But they gave me a discount. Everyone makes mistakes. It s all good.

I frequent Take 5 in opelousas, I bring my infiniti qx80 as well as my sister's Mercedes-Benz and my niece's audi, I have no complaints as far as service, techs may leave a handprint but always good experience, I've only had to wait for a bay one time, I usually go in the morning, I find it's the best time.

Saturday morning I was guided into the left oil change bay. I showed my veterans 25% discount coupon on my phone and the attendant told me he saw my veterans license plate and I was good to go. After discussing what grade oil I wanted ( didn t have full synthetic high mileage 10w30 so I chose regular 10w30 after getting home (5 miles) my wife looked at the receipt and asked me why I didn t get my veterans discount? I drove 5 miles back to Take 5 and asked the attendant in charge about why I didn t get my veterans discount. He was very polite and said that next time I would come for an oil change he would give me 50% discount. 25% off my oil change calculates to $15. so I asked why couldn t he simply add $15. back to my debit/credit card. He replied that only the manager could perform that transaction and the manager was at the bank and would probably be back within the hour. All I wanted was a 5 minute oil change which had turned into an hour. If I were to go back for my 50% discount I have no written proof that I was to get the 50% discount as promised. They did add air to my tires. Not much of an incentive to go back, is there?Service: Oil change

2 locations in town, BOTH ARE CLOSED WITH BROKEN EQUIPMENT. Staff has no answers about repairs or reopening. I am a monthly pass holder and WANT MY MONEY BACK. DO YOURSELF A FOVOR AND PICK ANOTHE CARWASH!

The service was great, didn t even have to get out my vehicle. Everything was checked and filled if low. The person writing up the service ticket was polite and friendly, for that I would give that experience a 5 star. However I won t be returning there for service due to the pricing. $100+ for an oil filter and 5 quarts of synthetic oil seem a bit much. That price was with no extra parts. If you don t mind paying that price for an oil change then I highly recommend take 5 they are fast and there was no waiting

Horrible experience. They "accidentally" drained my transmission fluid. If you don't know where oil reservoir is YOU DONT NEED TO BE CHANGING OIL!!!!!!

I pulled in the driveway at 12:00pm I waited 30 minutes before someone helped me. I was waiting in line and once I was told to pull in a vehicle pulls in behind me. Once this vehicle pulled in the crew that was supposed to be taking care of me never said a word to me and spent the entire time looking under the hood of this truck with another lady. It took a worker they called Franchise he saw me waiting and he was the ONLY WORKER YO ACKNOWLEDGE ME! He apologizes and I told him after 45 mins almost I was fixen to have to leave he said yes mam I m sorry he was in HIS LUNCH HOUR!! and he took it upon himself to change my oil almost all on his own. He was the ONLY WORKER TO HELP ME while everyone else helped whatever was going on with the lady behind me. I tipped Franchise $5 becasue the counter also didn t have any other change I tried to break a$100 bill becasue I wanted to tip this man who changed my oil by himself more but they couldn t break the $100. I was very unhappy at this experience I normally zip in and zip out but this time it was a mess and out of the entire business it seemed there was only one person there who actually cared no one else did. No one else checked on me , acknowledged me or even explained what was taking so long I didn t matter or exist to any other worker. This nice man they called Franchise was the only man that helped me and I think he should be acknowledged for doing wha he did to help me and get my oil changed but as far as going back to the Opelousas beach nope probably won t go back there

They were fast, reliable, thorough & service with a smile. The only problem I had was that they couldn't pull up the receipt from my last oil change but I produced a copy of it from my saved receipt I stored in my phone.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been going to Take 5 approximately 5 years. I prefer this place because of the courteous employees and free top of service. Most importantly, I enjoy the Veterans discount!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
