The buying experience was good and our salesperson Heather was nice to work with. The vehicle that we purchased though did not have a spare key. We were assured that the dealership would be getting us one ASAP. We talked to Heather a few times and she said they were working on it. It has been a couple months now and we do not have the spare key and are no longer getting a response from anyone from the dealership including the sales manager.

Heather really made my day with her AMAZING customer service. She helped me from start to finish during the car buying process. I went in originally to get a replacement mirror for my car (2016 Jeep Compass) there were none in stock so I went and purchased one from Advanced Auto Parts. She told me that she would be on the lookout for something more in my price range. Not even 10 minutes from leaving the dealership the first time Heather already had pictures of several cars that I could afford. We test drove the 2021 Jeep Compass and I was immediately in love with the car. Thank you Heather for making my first time car buying experience one to definitely never forget.

Stephen was our sales rep, and he was outstanding to us. He truly went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and we did not feel any pressure at all to move through with the sale. The atmosphere at Sterling was very welcoming, and we felt right at home. Any future purchases, we will consider Sterling first and ask for Stephen. Thanks so much Sterling and Stephen. We love our new jeep!!!!

Best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Ron was great to work with! He made the whole process so easy and seamless. David in finance was great too! Y all, everybody in the jeep building was so friendly and welcoming. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend going to sterling if you re in the market!

Purchased another Jeep Wrangler from Sterling. Their staff is second to none. Excellent Sales Service and Excellent Service after the Sale. They do care after the deal is done to make sure your entire experience with them is A+. I will not buy from any other dealer. They have treated me extremely well over the years. No games. Everybody was very cooperative helpful and patient especially my salesman David Hoffpauir. He made sure that my mom and I was comfortable and wasn t taken advantage of the whole visit and was available to answer any questions after hours. The day of the purchase on Saturday afternoon David and the rest of the crew stayed open after business hours to make sure I got what I came for which was a dodge charger R/T blacktop. I am a fateful customer for life well only if David hoffpauir is my salesman that is.

These guys were amazing. We was unsure about our purchase because of the monthly note and they took the time to work the numbers up to make it happen for us. We recently purchased a brand new Jeep at Sterling Opelousas CDJR and we were very pleased with the sales and finance team! They went above and beyond in finding the Jeep I wanted with the color and all of the packages I didn't want to do without. They were able to get me exceptional financing and a great extended warranty and other items. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Loved loved loved this dealership. Miss Tracie was such a big help along with her team of experts. Traded in my car and they gave me the most I would ever get for it and even after the fact they still tried so hard to get more money for the car. Not too pleased with service department at the moment. Set up appt for service to have windshield washer reservoir fixed a week ahead of time. Comes to appt day and no show to pick up vehicle for service. Call and scheduler sounds like they are confused as if I did not even have an appt. Asked me same questions that was asked when i scheduled. I am a nurse in home health. It is not easy to work around a day of not having a vehicle. Now asked to reschedule and try all over again......
