Purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu from Barley Lemon. He was awesome and took care of me. Mr. Roy came out and spoke to my wife and I and we had a good conversation. Richard Williams handled my paper work and was courteous and informative. Good people! I am completely satisfied. Like they say "It Is A Reason"!

Their customer service is subpar. I waited there for 6 hours just to be informed that I d have to wait longer because the mechanic was taking a lunch break! Unacceptable for the amount of money that was spent there. Members of my family have also had issues here. Find someone else to fix your vehicles and you ll thank me later!

Awful, awful business. I had to get towed here last week because of a blow out. I realised it was because of the allignment. First thing I ask when I got there was if they have an alignment machine. They do but they refuses to let me pay for that service. Well, fast forward one week and I have another blow out. Thanks for wasting $180 dollars. The thing in most angry about is that I TRIED to get my alignment fixed when they fixed the tire, but the guy told me just to call insurance. So in short, if you get towed and have a choice where you go, pick anywhere else. Or just stay stuck where you're at. Atleast you'll save $200 and 5 hours.

Very impressed with Mr. Roy. He reminded me of Mr. Gerry Lane who also owns several dealerships. I went with a friend to help him look for a car. He got a great deal !!

Worse place ever. Over priced. Sell you used vehicle without changing the oil and oil filter. Bought car at 28k miles car at 31K need two filter totaling 80$. Smh!!!!
