Totally unprofessional. I asked about a car on Sunday. He told me he still had it and to come Monday. I took off from work and paid someone to bring me. Asked him for address. He text it to me. Only to text me again 20 minutes before I arrived to tell me he sold it already. I lost $300 bucks and have no car.

Very friendly staff. They aren't trying to just stick a sale on you. They are honest and will help any way they can to get you in a vehicle! They have a large selection and will help you get exactly what you want

I just came into a few bucks and decided to look for a used vehicle for my daughter. I stopped here and was greeted by a younger male. He was NOT professional at all. He was wearing basketball shorts that didn't even match his shirt. (I'm not being petty...people in sales should ALWAYS look their best. If they can't look their best then that means they don't care which means they don't care for the product they are selling.) Anywho...I wanted to test drive a car and he told me that the only way I can test drive is if he runs my credit and I get approved. There is NO WAY I will let him run my credit for a car that I didn't even get to test drive. Besides, I am paying CASH! Then he said when his grandpa gets back we can test drive it. My husband said "Well by then, I could go to another dealership and buy something. You're willing to miss out on a sale?" The salesman replies "Go ahead, we got money."I'm glad you got money because you're NOT getting mine!This KID was very unprofessional & unknowledgeable. I am sorry but he should NOT be left alone to run a car lot or any other business! How many other folks left because of his lack of business skills, work ethics & common sense?Thanks, but I'll take my business elsewhere. Glad to know that "YOU GOT MONEY"!!!

The salesman was very professional and informative. I felt at ease speaking to him. The vehicle I was interested in had minor damage. I was reassured that it would be taken care of. I left the car lot feeling satisfied.

Started off great. Thought I found exactly what I was looking for until things started not adding up. When I started trying to ask questions, questions that a potential buyer of a vehicle that costs thousands of dollars should have every right to ask, I was met with rudeness and the cold shoulder. I tried to look beyond this and continue discover information about the vehicle I was interested in when I was basically told to take it or leave it. I left the sad city of Opelousas behind in the dust and haven't looked back. This is a town full of people who don't know how to do business, and what's left of it shows.
