This tire shop is locally ran & own, met the owner had a nice chat with him while the other employees took the time to look for the right size tire. Replaced and mounted it back in no time (within 15 min) very professional. It s in the heart of the big easy with great prices, it was a steal considering the rig I drive.

Very quick! Very reasonable! Called tons of places....they all trying to rob you without a gun lol...called Russell's, after speaking to Larry i knew right away they were the winner. thanks again Larry!! You're the BEST!! BEST

I was working in the city and noticed I had a screw in my tire. I came by and he checked it out and took the screw out and apparently didn't pierce my tire but he didn't charge me to check and he was really nice! I'll definitely come back any time I need a tire shop in the city.

Great repair and tire service. Patch on tire was reasonably priced, the labor for additional work I needed was priced low, so I was able to tip appropiately. IT'S A SERVICE, ALWAYS TIP FOR SERVICES. The total was low enough that I was able to save $150 by not having to buy a new tire now. Add in wonderful customer service and this is the BEST place for tires!!! Only tire place in NO we will give our business to. Plus if there is an issue with a patch or a tire, they honor the guarantee they put on certain work and repairs. Excellent customer service experience every visit.

Best tire shop in AMERICA! I rode in today on my rim, and rode out, back on all fours in a jiffy! I was treated with respect and fairness. Not only were they able to salvage the tire...they also bent my rim back into place and made sure that all the rest of my tires had air. Did I mention it was cold, and raining...and that they ONLY CHARGED ME $10 BUCKS FOR THIS SERVICE, PLUS they were POLITE AND EFFICIENT! This is a gem of a shop!(Used tires for my car usually run about $35-$40, depending on the quality/tread left...and yes, I DO think it is polite to tip whomever provided the service...be polite. It pays to be nice.

I like to support local businesses when I can. I got a flat and had to get my tire patched. It was $20 cash. The guy fixed patched my flat very quickly and swapped out my spare. He was very friendly, and I will go here again if I ever have any tire issues.

After getting a flat, I found Russell's. The entire staff made me and my friends feel at home, and when it was discerned they didn't have my size tire in stock, took it upon themselves to go get one from a distribution warehouse. They gave us a discount, and very quickly got us on the road again. If I could, I'd give them twelve stars!

While on vacation, we had a flat....called up Russell s and they said no problem. They drove to us, took our tire and fixed it, and then brought it back. Amazing service! The gentleman helping us was so kind and fixed our tire for a very reasonable price.

Russell's is a very popular used and sometimes new tire shop. At times they are very busy but depending on how many employees are working the time goes relatively quickly. Everyone that I've ever dealt with were pleasant and helpful. This is a very casual business and a lot of locals and Friends of the business are usually hanging out there playing chess and talkin, don't let that intimidate you at all nothing but good people.

the best, nicest, most professional workers! Came in on a whim because I was nearby and my tire light came on unexpectedly (thought I may have had a nail or leak in my tire). After careful and thorough inspection, the culprit was the dented rim. They lightly hammered it back into place and my car tires have been running like a DREAM ever since. All this happened in ~20 mins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My family and I were in NOLA on our way home from vacation when we ended up with a flat...on the interstate. We called Russell's and they sent a guy out to help. Within an hour he had taken our tire off, patched it, and had us back on the road. They could have taken us to the cleaners but they didn't. They gave me a VERY fair price. I will be forever grateful for the assistance they provided us.

Had a leaky tire, on Fourth of July thinking I had little hope of finding anywhere open to have it fixed. Russell's was open, with friendly, nice people who found four nails in my tire! They sold me a good used tire and I was off in 1/2 hour!!

Fantastic service, great work, amazing prices. I ve been here multiple times to have tires repaired and/or replaced (New Orleans roofing nails are ubiquitous lol), and every time they ve done me right.

Early Friday am service was efficient, professional and friendly. Two woman from out of town, stranded, with a flat tire, unsure where to turn, were directed to Russell's. Flat was replaced in 30 minutes at a great price. Couldn't be happier

Discovered a flat tire on my Mini at about 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. Jimbo came out about 30 minutes later, took off the tire, took it back to the shop to fix it. It was shot but they sold me a new tire at a great price. He was back out in a flash and had me back on the road in less than two hours for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. BTW: cash only but worth it.

This is the place to go for your tire repair. I had a screw in front tire and was told by walmart auto center that it will need patching for temporary repair and then get the tire changed.Found this place somehow and the guy just took out the screw and said it s all good. There was no air leak. Saved us so much time and money. Rare to find such honest repair shops.

This place was a life saver!I was in downtown New Orleans and hit a curb and my right, front tire ruptured (so I couldn't use inflate-a-flat). I googled "tire repair" and Russell's Tire Repair Services came up.At first, when I saw the location, it wasn't much. But I was impressed by how fast and how inexpensively Russell was able to replace the irreparable tire with a used one.The only drawback is that he doesn't take credit cards, so you'll need to use the ATM in the gasoline station down the street if you didn't bring cash.Two thumbs up!

Very rude employees... Replaced a 16in. Rim, used tire. Paid $40 which is kinda high... I have used them in the past due to location, and have received the same HORRIBLE ATTITUDES ... They seem to HATE their job... Plus they charge an EXTRA $5 TO DISPOSE of your current tire... I suggest y'all go.check.out the spot on S. Claiborne and I10 around the dome right off interstate on right, next to gas station.... WAY better experience!

Disappointed doesn't even cover it. I really thought Russell's tire repair service would be able to help me out. Not only was I told to call back for three days to "get on the list" but when it was finally my turn, I waited over two hours! When I called for an ETA I was literally told, "I don't know, I can't locate my guy soo..." Which was strange because after the first hour when I called I was told that the man was leaving then and would be to me in 10-15 minutes. WASTE OF TIME

We are from out of town so we didn t have anywhere to go. We found this tire shot that stays open past 5:00. They took care of my flat tires right away. They were friendly and polite.

Not concern about the customer at all. I need more assistance, he never bothered about to ask were there something else he could assist me with. So we went elsewhere. He was not worthy of my $25.00 dollars. I could never go there anymore

The tech took no time at all in pulling the replacement tire from the rack to removing the old tire to putting the used tire on, which looks to be in very good condition.I plan to return in the near future for 2, maybe 3, more tires.

I had a flat tire one night. I called the next morning, unbelievable service! I had to go to work the next day. The went to my home. Took the tire off, went back and replaced it and then went back to my home and put on the tire all while I was gone. Thank you sir.
