Crew didn t look like they knew what they were doing. Worker stripped the screw fastening down the air filter using the wrong tip on his drill. They didn t fastened down the air filter cover after they installed a new air filter. Dropped oil on the engine. And over-filled the engine with oil. Brought the car back. James replaced the stripped-out air filter compartment screw and removed oil. But, there is still too much oil in the crankcase. Bad experience.

I needed to find a new oil change place (our old one we liked closed) & preferably that would be open past 5 since it was 4:35pm. Google directed me here and the reviews were mostly very positive so I took a chance. I did find a coupon on the website and I'm glad because I didn't remember non-synthetic oil changes being quite this expensive - but apparently that's everywhere and not just here! The employees were very friendly and attentive, and I really liked my experience here. I was even offered an ice cold bottle of water right after I drove up, which was great! Kudos to your crew; I'll be back.

Jazz and the manager were extremely polite and friendly. They got the job done quickly and chatted with me to help the time pass by. I've been to other locations and was never told about the top off service. Won't go anywhere else for an oil change now. These guys deserve a raise!

Quick, professional, helpful, courteous service. Every time. I also love the convenience of not having to get out of my car! I appreciate being able to stop in at other locations in Texas when I work out of town and need to check tire pressure or fluid levels etc.

I have been dealing with Take 5 since they opened. I never bring my vehicle anywhere else but there. The Hospitality is amazing. And they do Excellent workmanship. Very Professional. I highly recommend the New Iberia Location.

I don t do reviews a lot but these guys deserve one. They were more than nice offering me water and complimenting my ride. These guys seriously are the best crew any take 5 on the planet could ask for.

These guys are competent thorough and pleasant.The process is done quickly and all fluids and air filters are check and a sticker with mileage and next oil change date is affixed to the upper left of the windshield glass and also logged into their database so the next visit they know your parts and preferences and as a bonus the tech's are friendly and respectable.Im an auto collision tech 54 years and don't mind dust and solvents but I hate grease and oil.I have been a customer at Take 5 for a long time.Trust me this is the best place for quick efficient service for your vehicle.GIVE THEM A TRY.CHEROKEE NEALNEW IBERIA,LA.

Service was not good. The worker forgot to put screws back to the oil pan. Car had no oil and they acted like that's my problem .So I wouldn't recommend them at All

I had a wonderful experience. The guys were very sweet, very polite. They offered me water while I waited. They were also very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I was especially impressed with Trevor. He was very polite and very respectful. Ryan also impressed me as well. And of course the manager Nathaniel is very knowledgeable about all vehicles which makes me feel very comfortable. Tie rapped my skid plate back on an broke the plastics where the bolts screw into the skid plate and I was driving home and it started dragging the road so I had to pulll it off my car

I've been going there for years with my three vehicles. Thanks to the new ' manager' I encountered yesterday I will NEVER return nor recommend your business to anyone else. Something I had ironically done just the day before. I quickly rectified that though. Was able to recommend one of your competitors that appreciates loyal customers. Y'all screwed the pooch with me.
