Very unprofessional business. I ordered a brand new part. When the truck came and I went to pick up the part it was used. When I asked him about it, he got very very upset and told me to get off of his property if I had to ask so many question about the part. He is always trying to sell used parts at a brand new part price He also used derogatory language towards me as a customer. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Romero s Electric on Lewis Street in New Iberia. Worst Experience EVER!!!!!

A good friend of mine, who always does good business, was screwed out of his fan because he was quoted a price on the work would be done, the work was never done, and the price doubled. He said he s not paying it because that s not what they agreed upon, so roMeros ended up keeping his fan. Anyone who does business like this, doesn t deserve to be in business

I personally know and have done business with Dustin Danos. He is an impeccable, upstanding human being and for a business to take advantage of him and basically steal his fan is incomprehensible to me. Just for these facts I would stay clear of doing any business with these individuals!! Im hoping they do the right thing and return his merchandise the way it was given to them!!!

Felt like we were bothering him .. we ended up buying a used electric 3/4 horse motor.... ended up being bad but because of the feeling we got the first visit we just decided to not even call about it.. it's to easy to be patient and nice to customers.. 1 star it's all I can give

This is the absolute worst buisnessI brought a fan to have the motor checked out on a Wednesday he told me it would be a couple of days and would be less than 100 called back on friday told me that he changed some bearings and the price of my fan would be 250 not working and wen i question him about the service he hung up on me i went over their had to call the police they told me it was a civil issue but i wanted them their because of how belligerent he was geting any way lost my fan hope some one sees this review and saves them the trouble of loosing their stuffService: Electrical

Treated my father horribly, tried to make him pay $170 for something he didn't even ask for without solving the actual problem,save your time and go someplace else with your business.

Stole my buddies fan. Couldn t repair it and wanted to charge him 170$ For a broken fan. Horrible place. Take your business somewhere else.
