Jeremy Broussard is hands down the best car salesman I have ever had. He has put in more than his share of work into getting me into a vehicle. And went above and beyond there after. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very genuine, kind and trustworthy.

I can't say enough about the staff at this dealer. This was the first time my daughter bought a car in her name. She's making big strides in this world, and I'm so happy to have looked at this dealer. Rick and Jacob were especially helpful in securing this loan. My daughter and I were able to get a camry for a steal! There were no other dealers offering the same car at this price. We were about to buy a 2018 and decided to go new since the price was at such a deal. The financial personnel was amazing and super down to earth. Jacob followed me all the way home to Milton from Lafayette so my daughter could sign and so I could surprise her with the car. I've never experienced service like that! If you are looking for new, then Musson Patout is the place to go. They are top-notch!! Oh, and no, I did not get paid for this review!

I purchased a car for my daughter and unfortunately it only came with one key. I had to pay to have another one made myself. Justcarkeys helped us out and was amazing!! Thanks Gerard with justcarkeys!!

This review: Strictly regarding the service department RUDE! I had an oil change appointment for my Escalade, pulled up in the service lane and was not greeted or acknowledged. I waited around, went inside and still was not greeting by the two people sitting at the desk. Several service technicians walked back and forth and didn t even ask if I needed assistance. I walked out, backed my vehicle out and left and I will not be returning back here for service again.

They have some of the best people in the service department, if you ask the mechanics a question they will give you the best answer they can and still ask you to bring it in so they can even just check it out.

I am a hurricane harvey victim that lost my car, and house flooded, so in desperate need of transportation we drove almost 3hrs to get to the dealership. I had prenegotiated the deal over the phone so that part would be out of the way. Upon arrival the car was completely misrepresented, not having equipment that was clearly listed on their website. The sales manager after arguing back and forth making up all kind of excuses finally decide to drop the price slightly. While the price was not what I thought was fair I agreed to go ahead and get the car. They continue to tell me that the battery was bad so I would have to buy a new battery and replace it myself (because they were incapable of loosening 2 10mm bolts to change it)....so I continued to the local auto parts store to test and buy a new battery....Autozone does a free battery test diagnostic...the battery tested out fine and the test revealed the alternator was out...the salesperson was there to witness. We returned to the dealer, all Mr BJ Gerrard (sales manager) had to say was autozone was wrong it is just the battery....but if it wasnt they couldnt give me any kind of warranty....I asked to speak to the general manager, he just replied he is not here, he is out of town, and we cant call him....all lies confirmed by other employees. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE WITNESSED IN MY LIFE!!!!!

RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE FOR MY BUSINESS AND I GOT THE BEST DEAL!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! I TRULY FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND NICK DUBOIS THERE!!! NATHAN HEBERT IS ALSO A GREAT GENERAL MANAGER!

Wouldnt never buy another vehicle from this dealership again.if it was the last one around here id walk first.bs ass. With no follow up customer service.purchased my jeep from them.with only 1 key.been promised the 2nd for 3 months now.also one after another lights started burning out.but tge vehicle was completely serviced so say.forgot my salesman name on used car side but talk black guy.no follow up on my key with him either.get your money then f***n kite on customers. Go somewhere else.avoid here

The people over there rip me off on a 2014 Chrysler 200. I had five years to pay it off but, I had it for 2 years until I had a accident. So I want back to Musson patout and had my down payment for another car and the the man who owns the place laugh and said no. This makes no sense I had my down payment for another car and my credit score was good. This car dealership is the worst. Take from Lotus which is me don't let the advertisement or commercials fool you. Unless you want to be treated like a nobody by these people, then go ahead.By, Lotus.

They tell you they have contacts to get u a good financing deal, and encourage you to a credit check, then u get out with no car and a hard credit inquiry
