Daniel and Amanda were the greatest. My license plate screw broke at the car wash and I m am so not savvy with vehicles lol. They went out their way to get me fixed up and had so much patience with me. You guys are definitely the best. Thanks so much.

I get my parts on time at a good price and good service with the right part!11/22/22 store is still delivering good service and most parts you need.3/21/24: Made an online purchase stopped for food to go, then parts to go and on my way home! Great service!

Overall, this store isn't the worst Advanced Auto I've been to. But, it isn't the best either. It's hit or miss with this one. Sometimes, customer service is awesome & other times I will have to wait 5-10 mins for help with one to two other people in the store.If you need something & don't want to, or can't shop around, the likelihood of this place having what you need is high. But, don't come here expecting much guidance in figuring out the simplest of mechanical issues you're having with your vehicle. Most of the employees are just cashiers with little to no knowledge of the trade they're selling.Most are commendable & try to be helpful. That's always a plus in the world we live in today!

The store is very clean and organized. Unlike autozone the staff is very polite and willing to help. They were very informative and went out of their way to help me and my mom. Definitely coming back here again. They know what their doing.

My favorite place. Always have bacis supplies you need and in New Iberia La, there are very knowledgeable people. Prices are very reasonable.

Plenty of well lite parking. Easy into and out of the parking lot. Some road work in the area, be careful. The store was very clean, shelves well stocked, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Sometimes not enough workers available to assist customers in store and on the phone. All in all a decent store.
