Going home for the holidays and ran into some tire issues 2 hours from my destination. I called and was met with professionalism and quoted immediately. They had a tow-truck on site and we were on the road again all within 30 minutes. Very fair price and great customer service. Unfortunate circumstances but we are beyond thankful to have found a great business to help us out! Highly recommend.

TOWING: I have a 42' Motor coach that needed towing 61 miles to freightliner repair. They were called at 10:00pm and responded at 11:49pm. Steven, the driver was outstanding an knew exactly what to do on a Diesel pusher for towing. He was very professional. After an extensive hookup we reached Freightliner at 2:15am. Price was more reasonable then any other company. A BIG thumbs up for this company and this driver !!

My truck decided it wanted to stop working for me at around 11 o clock at night on my way back to Leesville from Nachitoches. Truck got there and in now time we were on the road and back in town. Service was timely and professional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

They wouldn't help me on a minor problem same day. And their tech was not an expert. I went and had my scratch sanded down , they applied a coat of clear and then buffed it out and it worked perfect. They told me at Tony's that I needed to have my entire hood painted. That was not true one bit..

Went for a battery. The guys at Tony's are the best. Had me in and out in no time. Professional clean shop and the best prices in town. Beat AutoZone price by 65 dollars and they installed it. Thanks for great local service. Will recommend to everyone

Most auto body shops in this area are real busy and booked out for months. They got me in in 2 weeks after taking to manager. They are very professional and nice. Didn't do like the other auto body shops and say they are booked out or you can drop your vehicle off and we don't know when we can get it worked on. I was expressed with the work Tony's did and would recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

This is the worst body shop around!!! They did a horrible job on my truck and I had to bring in back several times and never got it fixed properly. Would not recommend then to repair a hot wheels car!! DO NOT get your car repaired here unless you want the paint to be several different colors, body lines not to match, clear coat to peel, over spray on everything and no quality to the work they do!!

Had to get a new battery for my husband's car. They gave me a great price on a barely used battery. After taking the battery home and installing it, some of the connectors were a bit loose. My husband took the car back to them and they replaced a cable and tightened all the connections up for us!

We ran over a piece of tire on I-49 which caused our air guard to fall down and drag the ground. They fixed it up for us in no time and the price was very reasonable. Everyone was super nice as well. Highly recommend!

These guys drove 2 hrs to tow me off the side of the road couldn't believe AAA had 2 get them but the drive got there and he was so nice he apologized then I found out where he came from there was mo need 2 apologize. If yall need a tow call these guys the go above & beyond for their customers. They are awesome!

John, the tow truck driver, came to get my family and I off of I-49 today where we had a major tire blow out in an unsafe spot on the highway. He towed us to safety, helped put on the spare...which didn't fit. Took us to Walmart, got the correct tire, put the new tire on and called us 30 minutes after we got on the road to make sure we were doing Ok. To say I highly recommend this company and Tony personally is an understatement. Good people, fast service, safety first attitude. 5 out of 5 stars doesn't seem like enough!!

Hit a deer and had my car towed there. Arkie the adjuster suggested they do repairs, big mistake. If I could show pictures I would. The glass, blood, and hair that remained in the car was hideous. The winshield had a seal problem, rubber piece missing up inspection. Driver reviewed mirror scratched needed replacing. Air noise on driver side was awful. Had to pay for new inspection sticker also. Insurance will refund. Still scratching my head on that one. Please becareful chosing repair work for your cars.

The worst people to deal with. No customer service. Will take all your money. Won t tell you what you need until the last minute so they can charge you double. Very disrespectful and degrading. I would never recommend this place to anyone and always will steer someone else in a different direction. Will never do business with these people ever again. I told them I would be there at 5 and everyone was gone and they made me wait 45 minutes to come back and wanted to charge a gate fee.

Where to start! So this company is something else. They have a contract with Frog Pond Apartments to tow any car, truck, or van.The tow truck driver must have a 1st grade education. He s dumb as bricks.So we visited some friends at The Frog Pond. We parked in the visitor parking and got towed anyway. The bad thing is that they singled us out when there was 3 other cars and 1 truck that did not have a pass on their car and truck.The owner of this establishment is horrible. She does not do proper business. They have a scout a frog pond apartments to call them and inform them about a vehicle that is there. The. Frog Pond get a little bit under the table.I would bet money on it that Tonys Towing has their feet pedicured nicely by frog pond. Hmm I would bet the media would love to get ahold of these two place. Okay now I m just rambling because I can and there s not a thing the company can do about it.But anyway I wouldn t let my worst enemies vehicle get picked up by this company.Okay googlers here s a joke for you.How far does a crappy additude get you when dealing with customers?The answer you ask: about as wide as your behind and as long as your legs.
