We had a great experience at Jimmy Granger. I was able to contact them by phone with what I wanted and they called me when the deal was ready. No wait time no pressure. Absolute pleasure !!! FRANK is an absolute amazing sales person.Love my Truck!!!

I would like to thank Paul Maher for his coutesy and professional service. He worked his magic for us and made sure we got the vehicle we wanted and in the price range that we could afford. He was very open and honest about pricing and deals to make sure that what we got would fit our needs. We have used him in the past and loved him. I husband told him that he was our salesman and we would follow him wherever he went.

Mrs. Delores and Cowboy were very nice. Although I did not get a vehicle I respect cowboys advice. However, I will say there was a gentleman who did not introduce himself who wanted to give his own opinion on what I should do. I went to Jimmy Grangers just to see what I could do, and I m okay and understand the situation I m in. But, there was no need for this other gentleman s opinion when he wasn t the sales person that I was dealing with. I say all of this to say that the only two people who were very nice were Mrs. Delores and Cowboy. This other gentleman who joined in was not helping and kind of annoying (rude). I can say that overall my experience was nice. If I had the other gentleman who I m not sure of his name, as my sales person, I probably just would ve walked out from the beginning.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment a week in advance, on March 9, to have my car serviced on Friday morning, March 15 at 8:15. They didn't even bring it to the back to LOOK AT IT until Monday afternoon, and that was after I called 4 times to remind them about it. Then, I had to call multiple additional times to get them to inform me on my car's condition. By far... the worst place I could have ever decided to bring it in to.

The best experience ever. Please go pay Jessica a visit...They (the entire staff) was Extremely, genuinely nice. But the most important thing Jessica was patient with me and she let me explain what I could and could not do even before driving down from Ruston. I highly recommend them and I'm definitely sending family and friends to them. They were God sent

My wife and I just returned home from purchasing a pre-owned 2018 Lincoln MKC from Jimmy Granger Ford Lincoln. I called Jimmy a couple weeks back and told him exactly what we were looking for to upgrade my wife to a larger, nicer and safer vehicle than what she had. He found the perfect car matching exactly what we requested and gave us a great deal that only Jimmy Granger Ford Lincoln can. He also gave us a fair price on the trade in for her Toyota car. Frank Swafford took over and saw the deal through the finish and took care of us on pickup. Frank is a great salesman and would be happy to get you in your next vehicle if you give him a call.If you re in Shreveport, East Texas, the surrounding area of Natchitoches, or heck even in Houston, Texas like us - Jimmy Granger is the place to go. If possible get another mechanic shop ,they had my vehicle for seven months,I asked for the air in the front of my vehicle to be repaired,I still dont have any air in the front of my vehicle, I asked for a tuneup,it still has the same air filter, I was charged almost $1800,I'm not sure what they did or didn't do.

Easiest and fastest deal we've ever made. Our salesman was the greatest, as was the others getting this deal sealed. We've bought a lot of vehicles in our long life, but this is our first Ford. Do not recommend, shop managers and mechanics too busy looking at their cell phones. Was their most of day, vehicle in the shop but never worked on. No one spoke to me but one young man who was a car salesman. Buy a GMC, that's what I did.

Worked very hard at a deal where I was trying to come up with a down payment work very hard to get it done and did. Called and informed the dealership that I had the money and everything was ago because he still had the vehicle that very same night they allowed the vehicle to be sold. And today's economy the way how are people have to work to come up with down payments it shows a lack of integrity on this dealership's part when dealing with a customer, As a retired United States Army soldier I find this disheartening and And shows a lack of integrity and follow through on the Management. I cannot say that I would recommend this dealership due to their lack of integrity and follow though and customer care!!

Went with a friend to buy a vehicle. Staff was nice and helpful. Had the no hassle feel most dealers are going for these days. The lot had plenty of inventory even though most don't. They even had a new Lightning pickup. Overall a good visit.

I ve ordered multiple parts directly from Jim Granger s and they never come in. I ordered a USB part from them last year which never came in so I called to figure out the issue and they had no history of the order ever being made. I ordered the same part 2 months ago and have still received no word from them. I called them 3 times today and was forwarded to the service department and no one answered. On top of that I couldn t leave a message because their inbox was full which is obviously apparent of a place that doesn t have their stuff straight.

Don t do business with them. Ordered a truck through them after confirming they took x-plan(discount plan). After truck was ordered we found multiple things were ordered on the truck that we didn t pick out . 4 months later the truck comes in & I confirmed from 3 people (Cole, Matt, & Paul) about my x-plan before arriving to get it and once we showed up to the dealership to buy. They said they don t take x-plan and low-balled on trade in. The owner was called and he didn t own up to the multiple mistakes. Unfortunately we did buy due to the market with diesels. I wouldn t recommend. We also drove around on a expired dealer plate for over a week after due to we were not giving a temp tag when buying. We called multiple times about sending one and it wasn t send out until 10 days after buying. Our family has been a long time customers and we will never come back. Look around before buying cause the deals ain t there.

You'd be greeted as soon as you drive into and start looking around the cars lot. The sales agents (Kirk and Charlie) worked with my budget and got me the car I could afford. The rest of the manager tried to work out the car loan with the bank without any issues. I have felt welcomed, Heard from with the needs I want from the car. Most importantly, being appreciated for my business . Subsenquently, I've came back for car services and maintenance. The repair department manager, Andrew, seems like a sincere guy and patiently answered my questions. He gave honest assessment and not trying to skim anything out from their customers.There is no need to look at anywhere else but here for your car buying and maintenance needs.

Read this carefully. I had a problem with my f 350 diesel, brought it to them on a su day , because I broke down, left description of what happened on envelope, they called me during the week to tell me something was rubbing on theharness , I wrote on the envelope something caught on fire, they tell me i needed a wiring harness, cost was $2, 500 to change it,so I said change it, I get a call the next,week,and they tell,me my engine is blown, waited 2 months for them,to find another used or rebuilt engine, no luck with that, I decided they are not helping so,I went to pick up my truck, they wanted to,charge me the $1,600 for the wiring harness and labor, I asked why, it's a blown engine, I don't need a new wiring harness , they,got back to me and said I would have to,pay just the labor, again I was paying for there mistake , people find another dealership to go to be ause they don't know what they are doing over there.

I don't normally leave a review but this time I will. Don't buy from them. I went to buy a vehicle from them and even called the day before. I told him what vehicle I was coming for. I show up early and start talking to the sales guy. Before I can even test drive it another salesman comes up and sells it to someone else as I'm standing there. That was a slap in the face. Then they tried to sell me a different one with more miles for the same price. Not the one I came for. So I left went to a different dealership. Got a better deal, more on my trade in and put down less than what they wanted.

We bought a new 2019 Ford Ranger this week and couldn't be happier. The entire deal was handled over the phone, which I know can be challenging, but Mike, Steve, Delores and Janet all were fantastic. They even delivered the vehicle to our driveway for a test drive, and we were able to sign all of the paperwork at the same time. We love the truck and really appreciate them accommodating our busy schedules!

When i came in i got greeted, it was great customer service with everyone and very helpful people. Frank Is a great car salesman he was very patient with me and i left with a great car, and he will work his tail off to get you what you need... you will leave happy and satisfied... i will be back again to purchase another vehicle. I bought a 2019 F150 from the salesman Frank. These 5 stars are for him! He did everything right & didnt waste any of my time. Got top dollar for my trade-in & got into a new truck within a few hours. This dude should get paid more for the entertainment alone. Very friendly service & I would definitely recommend going to see Frank if you're looking for a new car or truck.

I have never had a more pleasant experience when buying a vehicle like I did at Jimmy Granger's in Natchitioches. Our salesman Frank Swafford was absolutely fantastic. He made the entire process a pleasant and memorable experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The environment was physically comfortable with great music, drinks and they grilled burgers. I highly recommend Frank and the entire staff at this location.
