Would give ZERO stars if possible. I used them once before and they replaced an alternator on my tuck. They also replaced a belt and charged me $60 that I didn't authorize but I paid it anyway. They also had different prices if you paid cash. Fast forward to today. I had my car delivered there via tow truck due to another alternator. The woman asked if I had an appointment and I told her no, that I just had it delivered there. She went to the back and came back and said they couldn't take it. I asked why. She then returned to ask and a man came in and was making "shooing" gestures to me like you would to a pet to get them away. He said "I'm not dealing with no alternator and I'm swamped and I just hurt my back so take it somewhere else. I don't mean to be rude but that's just the way it is". I can only assume this man has enough family and close friends to keep his business afloat with customer service like that. He shall not have to be burdened with my measly business EVER. Darren's Automotive is right across town and they took it willingly and happily. Ham's is a total disgrace.

These guys are your A1 Mechanics. No guessing they know how to diagnose the problem to get to the root cause. Tired of spending money on parts that doesn't fix the problem. Let the Mechanics at Ham auto clinic save you time and money. Highly recommended! And very reasonable.

My experience at Ham's was great these guys pride themselves on quality care of your vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who cares about care and safety of their vehicle.

Awesome locally owned automotive repair shop. They were super nice and extremely accommodating. They dont advertise. Only thru word of mouth and I see why! I want to tell everyone to go to Ham's. They will tell you exactly how it is. This is what you need to fix and why, also you should look at fixing this too but it's not required. I like that. Get the word out.

My 2012 F250 had Death Wobble that was fixed else where a year ago, but wasnt right. And now its back. My daughter said go to hams He new the solution is a Ford steering damper not the hyped aftermarket type done a year ago.Its wonderful. it drives like new. If u ever experenced DW and you dont think you could ever trust your truck. Take it to Hams. I just drove 800 miles yesterday and love my truck again. Drives like brand new. He is honest, smart, and cheap.

Stay away from these Yahoos!Answered the phone rudely and I had to ask if it was a mechanic shop....told me they were closing soon and told me to hurry and tell her what was wrong. Asked if I could have my car towed and left over the weekend so they could fix it and she checked with some other guy there and said nope the mechanic is not here until Monday.I m not from the area, vehicle is stranded on a job site...she was told this. Did not care, I hope the owner sees this and realizes his people are driving business away.

Very rude woman working the front desk. I was so put off by her attitude, I just went to Hauk s in Alexandria. Sure, it s less convenient, but I ll go where I m treated respectfully.

Absolutely the best Mechanic Shop Around they are friendly honest and upfront about everything and very reasonable pricesI don't trust my vehicles with any other shop!!!!

Seriously if 0 stars was a choice... Owner knows my husband very well, says he will help us out and to bring him our vehicle, after keeping us strung along for a week he tells us there isn't much he can do and charges us $300 for labor... So we had to pay them for our car to still be broken and have no clue what's wrong with it... Now I get to go pay another mechanic to possibly give me a quote and attempt to fix it... Pissed!!!

Always gave me a fair price and most times charged me less that the quote. Everyone is very helpful and very happy to answer any and all questions
