I went to auto zone a couple of weeks ago to pick up some diesel coolant for our generator because it was reading "low coolant level." Lost power at the facility and generator did mynot engage. Ended up not needing it. Went to do a return and the manager Mr Craig was super duper nice. Great customer service. He was amazing.

I needed a specific battery for my Prius hybrid. Tammy Bell went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly which one I needed and helped me order it. It came in on time and she was there to help me again. Tammy did her job with a smile on her face and a quick laugh that turned my day completely around. Thank you, Tammy!

Kent and Shena were so awesome!! Traveling from Oklahoma to Florida when the exhaust blew off. I made numerous trips in and out of this store with returns and exchanges, had to borrow a power outlet, these guys were so nice, courteous, and willing to help, thank you guys for making Louisiana one of the best stops!!!!

My son recently had to replace the motor in his truck. His mechanic and he decided to order one from autozone. The mechanic went to pick up the motor and it was the wrong motor. So they ordered another one. This put everything behind and my son without his vehicle. The next motor finally comes in and when the mechanic gets it, wrong motor again. So then they ordered the new motor and told him it was 5 days out. Now my son has been 2 weeks without his truck because they can't seem to order the right motor

Had issues with my daughters battery right before she had to return to school. Thad was able to help us diagnose the problem in an inexpensive manner and got us in our way! Great service!!

Always had Great Service in my years but recently "Cody has taken care of me twice now & he's just been super ! I mean as soon as I've entered the door he helped me with my problem! Kudos to Cody for great customer service!

The person I dealt with had no idea what she was doing. Didn't know how to look up a part on their computer system. God bless her. But she needs more training before she is put out to wait on real customers.

They had a shelf full of shop paper towels on clearance marked down from five dollars to one dollar. They also had a shelf full of six packs of those towels marked down from $14.99 to $5. I stood in line forever, excited about this sale price. I wondered if they would ever wait on me because it seemed like everyone who came to the cash register had a surprise that the attendant didn t know how to handle. When it was finally my turn, they said that those towels weren t on sale and that some customer must ve put them on the shelf. I m not sure where else in this store a customer would have found paper towels and then moved a whole bunch of them over to where the paper towels were on sale, but I didn t have time to argue with the manager and insist on the price. But that s messed up. It was just one of many visits to AutoZone lately that have resulted in disappointment. Head to O Reilly or Napa or tractor supply first if you have the opportunity.

Cody (manager) is absolutely amazing and deserves some recognition after a tiring night last night. I m from Shreveport and my car broke down an hour away from my house. After getting the serpentine belt fixed at a tow shop (again, exhausting night), we had to take my car to this autozone for a hose and possible fix to a relatively unsafe to drive car . Cody worked relentlessly to help us fix my car and get it working so that we could finally put an end to this night, helping us more than he could know! Not to mention he was great company for me and my group, keeping our hopes up and being super funny and amazing the whole time. Without him we would still be stuck in Natchitoches. This guy deserves to get a huge raise for his great attitude and knowledge of cars. 10/10 for this autozone and their employees. Thanks again, Cody!! :)

I have been coming here for years. They are always helpful and kind. They work with you to give you the best experience. They have come in clutch for me many times when I needed a part right then and there.

Service was outstanding in Natchitoches, La. The young lady that help me was very friendly and they had everything in stock that I needed. The young that install my headlights was also very friendly. Once again the service outstanding!!!!

Helpful within their limits. I don't understand why they sell ASB diagnostic tools, but won't use them in store. In any event, not the staffs fault, and they did what they could to help me.

Never have what I need it seems, and not all staff seen to know much about auto mechanics to aide you in getting the right part. Only seem to know what the computer tells them which is not very helpful if you don't give the right or exact info (problem) or part you need:-(

Very, very poor service. They have kids with no training. I asked the salesman for some vacuum lines and he brought me a spark plug wire
