Acknowledgement, Friendliness, Helpfulness and being Informative are key when it comes to a customer such as myself. I love to walk into a business and be greet with something as simple as a smile which speaks more than words could. I asks quest because I need to know and they answered with no problem. Letting me know ahead what could possibly be such as the wait time, without me even having to ask, is a plus. I felt comfortable and that alone increased my trust. Service Tire Pros will always receive my business.

Great service! Professional, timely and friendly! I don't ever want to take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend! NICK and his crew were great...very personable and friendly. Didn't try to coerce me into getting extras done that were not needed.

Very nice and professional. Darien let me come in a day early to change my tires plus they did it on my lunch break in less than a hour! I would definitely recommend them!

Bravo Company LLC had been using Service Tire Pro for all of our tires and maintenance for years. They are friendly, professional, always put their best foot forward and treat you like family. Doug, Devon, Cameron, and Marvin are the best in the business. We won't go anywhere else

First of all very impressed that they were even fully operational, considering how cold the weather was. It s really great to know you can count on somebody in these kind of conditions. Got my vehicle in almost immediately. They were finished within the hour. And completely put the spare away and I didn t have to worry about the thing. Devon, Darian, and Nick (sorry if any name not spelled correctly) were helpful and ready to go as always.Just great having folks that I can feel confident that they are making the best recommendations for my vehicle!

Wonderful professional service! Helping out a relative I walked in at 8:30am, and requested oil change, possible tire rotation, & over all check of SUV maintenance systems. All completed within an hour! Now I understand why they get great reviews, they deserve it!!

Always friendly and professional. These people address you by name - how many places still do that? I went in late one evening and had a tire issue that I didn t know about. They said they could have my tires here the next morning and I got my call first thing in the morning. Very reliable. Thanks for your excellent service! Devon is always a pleasure to do business with!!!I had an issue with an oil leak - didn t know they work on valve cover gaskets, but they do this also!! Again, I was greeted by Nick today and taken care of promptly in a resonably priced manner. Thanks for your service!

I was in a pickle. I am from Houston and had a flat. They ordered the tire right away, and it turned out my rim was cracked. They were able to take it to a welder and fix it. They went above and beyond to help me. Top notch customer service! No wonder they have amazing reviews!

Staff super friendly, conversational and helpful. They even took me to my house to get my old tire to make sure they swapped the sensor and got the emblem from the old rim and put it on the new one. Also their prices are better than anywhere else. Highly recommend and will be going back for an oil change. And I didn t have to wait long.
