I assisted my niece who is from San Antonio, TX. So upon her arrival at Lake Charles Alignment; she couldn t move her vehicle to travel anywhere else until she got a front end alignment with a special part needed to get this car 2002 Chrysler Sebring to become operable again. The people were pleasant to us, thoroughly explained all they did to fix it for it to be drivable to come from LA to MD (roughly an 18 hour drive). And I was given a receipt via email as requested along with a breakdown of all parts needed to fix it and labor charge. I recommend this small business auto shop for your needs that they give you their word that they CAN and WILL do! Thank you Lake Charles Alignment & Brake for helping my niece get back on the road. I paid for the total amount of $750 and it was worth every dime I paid! Go to Lake Charles Alignment and get treated right!

I waited about 2 hours after my appointment started to be lied to, to my face, that they wouldn't align or balance my wheels because my "tires are in such bad condition that they are showing wire". I dont know if they think im stupid or something, but im the one who rotated the tires mere weeks before this and knew their condition.I wanted to get it aligned so that when I put my new set of tires on, they wouldn't get worn uneven before i could get to an alignment shop.The man, sadly i missed his name, or else i would address him by his name, said specifically that my front tires were "showing wire" which is clearly not true (attached pics are of my front tires immediately after being told they are showing wire). None of my tires were "showing wire". Terrible overall experience.

So happy that they were able to fix my car! I feel like I have a brand new car all over again lol!These guys were respectful , honest ,reasonable with the pricing. Went in for a quote. Other shops had quoted me $3k for repairs. David was honest and showed me the parts that I was told was bad and said some didn t need to be changed. Saved me a ton of money. Great honest people here. 10/10*update: had the repairs done today, dropped it off before they opened this morning and they were done before noon. Great mechanics, fair price, honest people.

I needed an alignment so bad bc it had worn my 2 front brand new tires almost bald. I bought new tires on a Friday from a shop in Sulphur who was going to put them on (free with purchase)but I didn't want them to wear before I got my alignment on Monday. So I said I'd wait till then. Monday I go to LC Alignment was quoted $55 for alignment, which was great & significantly cheaper than other shops. My tires were $400+ tax and in this economy I wasn't looking to spend a lot on an alignment. My car goes to the garage and about 5-10 mins later I tell the guy outside at the booth who took my keys that I had forgot there were 2 new tires in the back I needed put on. He said "ok, I'll tell them"After the job my total is $120.00. I told the lady I was quoted $55 for alignment & that's when she said that it was $60 to put the tires on WHAT!? $30 a tire! Ok, I'm a woman and was expecting to pay something, but $60.. no! More than the alignment!?? I paid it and left! It just bothered me that I would've brought them back to the shop I bought them had I known LC Alignment was charging $60! So I call the manager, who happened to be the one I told about my tires in the back. I told him that I should've been told about the tire price when i mentioned it to him! As a woman who isn't familiar with tires, & him KNOWING that this was going to cost me more than the alignment I was there to get, I felt like he should've mentioned "Sure, we can put your tires on but just so you know, they're $30 a tire". I took some of the responsibility for not asking but this guy wasn't taking a lick of responsibility for it! We went back & forth for a moment & he said he "assumed I knew"! Yeah, okay. Bc it's common for women to know these things I guess I just felt ripped off is all! As an employee, a MANAGER at that, when you know your customer is going to be paying more than what they're there to fix the vehicle for, you should not assume and absolutely mention the cost to your customer & the fact that he argued about it & took zero accountability for not doing so, was imo, bad business! So I guess don't assume a small job is a small price and don't think LC Alignment is going to mention it if you don't!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Monday night mybwife hit a curb......again. changed the tire, but it wasn't that easy. Took it to LCA and ended up being more than a busted tire. 3 hours they had it fixed, and didn't charge a crazy price. I was figuring in my head around 600. Nope, 190 for parts and labor. Hope she doesn't do it again, but if she does, I have them on speed dial. Thanks again LXA

Needed a caster/camber adjustment done on my Jeep xj rock crawler. No other alignment shop had the knowledge or skill to get the job done. I was able to talk to John at lake charles alignment and he was able to get me fixed up . Highly recommend them.

This place is awesome The guys will make a list of all parts for repairs you need before doing the alignment for no charge .OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I TAKE ALL MY VEHICLES HERE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AND THE PRICE CANT BE BEAT BY ANY OTHER PLACE IN LCService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I came here for a alignment i didn t even get it because the lady in the front is so rude and disrespectful, the mechanic is very unprofessional and don t know how to talk to people , i dropped my car at 9:45am it s 2pm they didn t even call me to tell me they couldn t do it or anything they are all over the place and trying to scam me out of money! , DONT COME HERE

Staff extremely nice. Took my car in for an alignment. If you want it done quick get there when they open and before noon or there is a possibility of being turned away til the next morning. I would suggest setting it up where you drop it off and they will call you when it is ready if they have a few cars ahead of you. Once they started aligning my car it went pretty quickly!

I was told Lake Charles Alignment was the best place to go. So I did bring 2013 Ford Edge in for a alignment. Now the 4 almost new tires are needing to be replaced do to these people. Do not trust them at all!!!!!!!!!!

IV gone here for the last 20 years. It has now gone to sh#$. I don't know if it's new ownership or new worker in the front. I own 6 personal vehicles 4 company vans I can't get them in for nothing. Use to you pull up the nice lady in the front say what can I help you with then you sit and it's done. Now you just wasting your time making the trip. Good things don't last this is a prime example.

I only let these guys align my vehicles. They do a great job. Don t always expect to pull in though, they stay booked.

The price is always right and the service is right on time. We have never had them raise a price or take a week to get a repair done. They have taken real good care of us. Very honest.

I've brought my truck here several times, and Every time I go in for a simple alignment they say my truck needs 800 dollars worth of repairs. And I mean every single time. Being pretty mechanically inclined I know better. So I go down the street to Automotive Alignment. They seem to be pretty straight shooters.

Opened late and the guy at the front desk wasn t very friendly at all. The guy who took my car back for the alignment seemed nicer. Alignment was done in about an hour. More than likely just going to go to automotive alignment next time.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Called and spoke to someone days ago as I have commercial truck that needs alignment. They don t do appointments here. Says first come first serve and to get there early. I send guy today at 630 am to get in line 730 rolls around we r next vehicle to go and they pull a few vehicles from back of line and jump ahead of everyone. Guy says to my employee yea they were here yesterday they are going now he asks what s the deal as you don t do appointments and it s first come first serve then you don t follow that. This mechanic shops is a joke. I ll find someone more professional than this place.

A part had to be obtained. They wanted $95 for it. We got the part for under $15 at Auto Zone (however, that was a special mechanic rate.) A normal customer still would have paid a lot less getting the part from somewhere other than LC B and A.LC Brake and Alignment Service were very curtious, even though we decided not to do business with them.

Terrible place to get work done. Got estimate done then was told work couldn't be done until 2 weeks later when mechanic came in. Changed one part that was said to be one of the problems but problem still exists and is getting worst. Went back after those 2 weeks to get rest of work done and was then told to come back the next week because they were too busy. Do not go here. Now I'm left with a vehicle whose wheel could fall off at anytime.

Don't be fooled by the name; they are also a full body shop. Honest & friendly - will try to work with you and your budget. From now on I intend to go there first when I need work done.

This is one of the worst places I have taken my vehicle to. A few days after getting my vehicle out of there and drove off 2 hrs off, my tire came off the shaft and customer service there it is so terrible that old lady there she's just so rude and nasty and those other guys there they just gave me this angry nasty look this place is just full of negative vive I would not recommend it at all.

Friendly staff and honest workers, very reasonable prices and knowledgeable mechanics. They can also handle any size vehicle and are fast! Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

This was my first time there and I have no complaints. The office worker was friendly and was joking around with me. I got an alignment and was reasonably priced.
