Was in a real bind with 3 blowouts on our camper. These guys not only fixed us up, they did it quickly, and above all, they are probably the nicest people I ever dealt with. They seen we were in a bind and I didnt have to beg, they just said let us fix it. Im from Illinois but am considering getting all my tires from them!!!!!If you work there and read this, thank you

Mr. Brian was a sweetheart and the rest of the staff was welcoming. Took at least an hour and a half to get my tires put on, and I was rollin' after that. Great service, great staff, overall good environment. Also, reasonable pricing for all four, brand-new tires!

Terrible customer service after calling 4 times to try to get schedule for tire service. I support local services but Johnny was very rude and aggressive and did not care about customers!I reached out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Johnny told me they were just delivered today (Wednesday) which was not true as Goodyear tracked an reported delivered Monday. I stated I would call to check on Monday and asked for a call when they can in. I received no call. I understand you have no control of you supplier but you should of your own staff. Also I would image you have control over whether or not you participate with the online Goodyear installer program or not. if you are not going to do it, you may want to remove yourself from the list. If you are, Then I would expect good service. Also we have direct discounts with goodyear that you did offer through other memberships.When I called and asked for an appointment today, he could have simply state, " Why sure, we have XYZ available what works for you!" instead Johnny wanted to get ugly! This is the main reason for the review, on top of no call when the tires came in!

We thought we had a nail in a tire. They took us in immediately and checked out the tire. Couldn't find anything wrong. Just added air and said if it goes down again, bring it back in. No problems.

Had two valve stems failed on my new tires towing a 30ft rv luckily made it here these guys did an awesome job and got ne back on the road . If you're towing a trailer or rv they definitely have the space to turn your rig around.

Not worth going there. They are not eager for your needed car repairs. Seems like they dont want to do any work.!!
