Went there Friday around 11 and got a wash and vacuum. Gave the guys a 10$ tip before they started to make sure they do a good job on top of paying 35$. When do it wasn't cleaned good on the inside at all. Every time I go it happens. They don't take pride in there work. Not going back any time soon.

Chipped my car s paint and couldn t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.Services: Tires, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I took my daughter's car to get washed detailed, and it was fast but not detailed at all. All they did was vacuum it and put her stuff on her seats. They did Not clean her cor inside smh. Total waste of money . Would Not recommend

Very dissapointed got an oil change guy sayes u get free car wash,well free i dont know bout something free,he said we have turbo witch is best for 35 dollars,boy was i wrong my chrome was dirty,inside windsheild not touched back mat not touched, Take it to Todds,never again sorry Todd u seem like a nice guy,good help is hard to find,but i will not pay 35 dollars and go home to finish what ur people didnt do

When I pay for something I would expect a better job. This is after I went back the first time. I was told for $5.00 more everything in black will get wiped down. Well... it didn't.Not pleased at all.

Glad I found the other location of this carwash company, they take pride in their work. Don't understand why they other location closed. Great prices you get your money's worth. Best carwash hands down.

Just left from getting my Jeep washed where I got the carpets shampooed, leather seats conditioned inside cleaned as well as the wash so I sent quiet a bit of money. At quick glance everything looked ok but as soon as I started looking was a bit a very good job. Aside from that, someone took my iPhone auxiliary adapter. The woman at the front desk said she would look at the cameras and get back to me. For the amount that I spent this is sub par quality.

Detailing was way below acceptable, brought to owners attention and acted like it was minor issues, not to me . Just received a response about issue being resolved and no it was not and when I got home that same afternoon, both sides of my car had overspray from armorall or something splattered on lower panels so I had to redo sides of my car due to not being completed. I won't go back , will just use another detailing service

I had the super deluxe wash because I needed to get the front seat steam cleaned due to a spill. There were spots that were missed during the wash & my instrument panel was smeared instead of clear. When I got into my car the next day there was a definite foul odor emanating from the back seat. The floor board had a spot on it that was not there before. I called and left a message for him to return my call but he never did call. I have before & after photos of the front seat.

Car wash and oil change were good, but I didn t know what the heck I was doing or who I should be talking to at first.No one was at the desk and I was standing at the counter for a while. I was told different directions. Maybe add a check in station that is clear to anyone going for the first time.I d rather go to Take 5 and wash my car myself to be honest.

I don't think I'll go back... they're always short handed so the employees don't clean as well because they're trying to keep up. Had streaks in the windows and my floor mats were soaked when I got my truck back. No telling how wet they were when they put them in my truck. Wish them luck... long time customer but, time to move on.

The wash itself was good, but when I got in my car, there was a bad smell. So I started walking back inside to get an air freshener. The woman Manger asked me what was wrong and I told her there was a smell in my car and I thought it mite be the water from washing the floor mats. She told me they use soapy water, so it couldn't be that. She then told me if there was a smell, it was there when I came in. I proceeded to buy the air freshener and politely told her that my car did not smell before I got there. I mean I went back into buy air freshener. Wasn't asking for money back or anything additional from Todd's and she was soooo rude. Told her I wouldn't be coming back and she said that's fine. How the heck do you stay in business like that. I even tipped the workers $10!!! Not going back!

After hearing so many great things about Todd s I decided to try them and got the $30 Turbo Wash. I was very disappointed with the work. The windshield is still dirty, the cup holders and dashboard look like they were barely wiped down. The floor mats still have debris. Once I got home I had to dust, vacuum, and wipe down the interior myself which is what I was trying to avoid doing by going to Todd s in the first place. Overall just made me sad.

This was my first time here ever since the beginning it was bad I will admit Im slow and I was not understanding what the woman was telling me about the cleaning so I wanted her to explain to me she did not have a good attitude from the begging i pay a lot of money to get this it was not clean at all there was so many things undone and not clean there is even a footprint never going back way over price and not good at cleaning this pics are not even half of it.

I went in today for an oil change as I have for about 6months. I was told my last oil change was in January so it was time for another...okay let's do it was my response. After the tech was finished he told me my price which was $20 more than my visit in January. I was hesitant but I paid and stated this would be my last time because how you go up on your price with the horrible service offered? The owner Todd was present and immediately started in on me. I said it's a wonder why you have bad reviews...he said " who has bad reviews" and I replied you do sir. Not only do you offer bad car washes and high oil change prices, but your customer service is not the best either. I understand no place of business wants to be told their business is not good business, but your response should never be disrespectful, distasteful, or with an attitude. The customers are the reason you have a business but with customer service as I experienced today, I will not be returning. The owner, manager, supervisor etc,. is a reflection of the staff and how they act/respond to customer issues is how you're supposed to lead the staff. I don't have an issue paying for what the services are worth,but the thing I draw the line with, is customer service.

The sad part went there before 5pm and management couldn't have been more disrespectful. She wanted to go home early so she decided to shut it down. As she was yelling and complaining the entire time. This is the 3rd time I came her and the women manager disrespected me. Definitely not worth my service

I normally don t leave reviews but this one is a must, I went by Todd s today and purchased the $30 wash and I wasn t the happiest when I left. My cars rims were still very dirty I had water spots on the car that had never been wiped, and my windows had streak marks it was just a rushed job and I was highly upset and will never return, and not to mention the guy wiping the car down broke the center cap of my rim. My first mind was not to go but I thought let me give this place a try, do not walk but run from this place.

1st and last time goung here, paid $60 for a car wash with vacuuming. Went outside once vehicle was done and my vehicle was pull up to far on curb where my front bumper was pushed up againt the crub, car full of water spots, rims full of break dust, looks like rims were never wipe down at all. I see two guys outside that work there, showed them what i had a problem with. As they begain to correct problems , i walk back in building to talk to manager and she comes outside for me to show her the issues i have and one of the guys cleaning my car, is ready to fight with me because im unhappy with my service. The manager then tells me to stop talking to her worker thats looking to fight with me the customer. And tells the other guy that was still correcting the issues on my car to stop working on my car. So i asked for a refund and the manager said nope! Your service is done!! Do not go to Todd s Car Wash!Brought our truck there, the workers didn t even fully clean our vehicle. Worst $20 I ve ever spent, spoke to owner himself and he would be even make it right and refund us knowing his employees didn t do the job correctly. Never going again or anyone we know.Service: Auto detailing

Todd's was a good place to go for a car wash. The quality of wash isn't what it use to be. I watched a young lady with a nice looking car. She called one of the workers back after they called her outside and said her car was done. She had them go through it properly and finally was ok. You would think that after the workers going through that would have been ready for the next vehicle. LOL, I was the next vehicle and what a bad job. That's my experience good luck, they're a hit or miss right now.

I was going to be a first time customer at Todd s Carwash but the rudeness and ignorance from the mechanic who does the oil changes made sure that wasn t going to happen. Being a first time visitor and not knowing where to go and who to talk to wasn t ideal. After a few minutes I found the nice lady who takes the payments, advised me to go speak with the mechanic for a ticket I walked inside to see about a ticket. I announced myself and no one responded I waited and announced my self again and yet again nothing. As I am walking through the garage I come to a guy under a vehicle and I said hello, are you the man I am suppose to speak to about a ticket trying to figure out what I m suppose to do and instead of replying with yes or no, and a give one moment to assist you, I get a do you not know how to hold on. I don t know where he learned customer service skills from but bc of this I will never be a customer.

They do OK, but lately I have found they seem as if they are finding ways to up charge customers for anything and everything. What once was a turbo wash at a set price and a good thorough wash and covered pretty much everything is no more. Now they seem to charge extra for everything such as if you have a little dirt or mud splashed upon the vehicle fender wells, or if you want it dressed it will cost you more.

Todd's is perfect for my needs! Easy to get to, easy to get through, easy to follow up with wipe down and vacuum. It's not touchless, but the equipment works well, and there are plenty of attendants to help you from start to finish. Professional, convenient, and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I had my car detailed here so it would be clean and ready for my baby girl who is coming this week. Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. My car looked brand new by the time they were done. I definitely recommend and will be back!

This trip was good, better than the one before. This trip there was a large drop of leather cleaner on my dash that had not been spread. I have always had great service at Todd's Car Wash.

Visited just recently and was so impressed with the friendly staff. They did amazing detailing my Jeep and even found a couple specks in my windshield and called insurance and fixed them while I was there! They have a day for veterans too! Support Todd s

The car wash cleaned my vehicle very well. All good except for my mirror that was broken off by one of the workers by accident. The mirror has an issue of not folding in and he pushed it to move the mirror in and broke it loose from the truck. He did put me some nice blue tape to hold it on the truck though. All good.

We have to travel for my niece s chemo appointments and there was a day when her counts dropped extremely low (meaning she was in danger of catching a fever/sickness easily) so I took our car to be cleaned out so that it would be a safe environment for the long ride home. I requested they use a Lysol spray I bought to wipe down the vehicle. These people went above and beyond for us! And it was so quick. By far the best service we have received for interior and exterior cleaning. I want to wash all our vehicles here and we live over an hour away!
