The staff was on top of everything except communicating all the up charges I'd be hit with. I know you pay for service which was good but 100$ more than the usual 120$ I pay for almost same service, agin the staff was on their game with the job done. This is why I would recommend to others if they have a small capacity oil.

They failed to reset my oil change warning on my car and over filled my cars oil which can cause severe engine damage. On top of that I spent over 40 minutes inside the shop having my cars oil changed ( a lot longer than their name would suggest ) I would honestly recommend taking your car to its respected dealer or completing the simple task on your own than returning to another take 5. Very professional and friendly.Prices were fairly good. The wait time this last visit was longer than usual but still relatively timely considering they seems shorthanded.They offered courtesy refreshments. And overall I would and likely will go back.

It seemed like everyone was trying to do a good job. But it's different service than I've always received before beforehand. I was apprehensive of the service I was getting although everyone was nice and seemed like they were trying their best.

Was grossly over charged for an oil change. Paid at least twice what I would normally pay. Plus my receipt had a check list that said they checked my tire pressure, filled wiper fluid and a few other things. I watched everything they did and none of that was done. They checked air filter and changed oil that is it. I will never go to another Take 5. They could have at least bought me dinner if they was going to screw me like that. The convenience of not having to get out of your vehicle is not worth paying that ridiculous price. The cost of living is bad enough without people robbing you of your hard earned money. Please, tell family and friends to avoid Take 5 at all cost. Unless you have money to just throw away and if that's the case, my bank account would happily welcome it.

They damaged my car and don't pick up to the phone or respond. Don't go here, they ripped off my wife's splash guard and won't pick up their phone or respond to messages. They must use bots for fake reviews cause there's no way they've got that many good reviews. There's lots of other people who've got the same complaint here. If you call the number posted here on Google it routes you to an answering service. They never answer at the location tho.

Crew was very efficient and very professional. My visit was done quickly and everything was clearly explained. This was my third time at the Pinhook location and I can highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change. It cost me 150 dollars. Then the attended was upset because I didn't want to spend more money changing things I didn't need. I didn't have another 50 dollars for a filter for my ac which doesn't work and after I didn't agree to spend more money he was very short with me. He didn't even put a sticker to remind me when my next oil change was due. The service wasn't good and I will never return to take 5 oil change ever again. And if any one ever asks I would never recommend take 5 oil change. I was very dissatisfied with service.

I was not happy how my bill went from $80 to $100. I was told after the work was done. They should discuss with the customer before so that it could be the customers decision. And a shop fee was not where a customer could even see it and was also told about this fee at the end. Not happy at all!

Highly recommend this place. I always get my oil changed here. They are all incredibly nice. I have no car knowledge, and they are very patient and explain everything to me. They also never push me to pay for extra things. They may suggest other stuff, but they are honest with me if it is not necessary.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Knowledge of employees is a must in this business. Employee suggested a coolant flush. Little did they know, I had one done a month and a half ago. So I know it was based off commission when they suggested it. No thanks. I stopped years ago going to Take 5 for a reason. Only went due to a rush. I'll be sure to go to my normal place to get my oil change from now on. Had issues with Take 5 in the past...no chance I'd use them again.Service: Oil change

I ve been going here for years with no issues. This time new girl. McKenzie was the rudest person I ve ever encountered at a take 5. Barked orders at me, wouldn t even let me finish talking before she d talk over me. They didn t check my tires or even ask and she slammed everything she touched. Never said hello thank you or anything remotely related to customer service. I will never go to this location again. Maybe even stop going to take 5 s in general since they are willing to employ people that act like the only thing they want is for you to leave. NEVER AGAIN. I better not have any issues with my vehicle leaking oil or anything either or I will escalate further to your corporate office.

Jerimiah was very thorough, knowledgable and kind. It was the best experience as far as an oil change can go. He even offered and gave me a bottle of water. I was thankful and he explained everything.

Assistant manager greeted me, with a joke, which made my entire day. The service was prompt and they checked out and changed theoil and necessary filters my car with care. I'll definitely will be returning

Rip off and took 30 minutes not 5 and charged over $100 for standard engine oil change. No transmission oil or filters. We learned an expensive lesson. Will go back to Jack Gardiners or Dave s.

Unhappy with you guys. Your guy didn t tell me the sticker was a top-off never heard of such a thing. The sticker to me means when to get oil change. Pissed away $105 only had 2,600 since last change.Guy Ellison 337-278-920 Lafayette, La call me.

This place is a well oiled machine, pun intended. They work quickly yet efficiently. They had 3 cars being worked on at the same time and seemed to be smoothly making it happen.

Brought it to Take 5 for a last minute oil change needed before a work trip.Techs torqued oil filter and drain plug unreasonably tight and possibly didn t use any oil on the O-ring. I tried wrenching it out in the subsequent oil change and am having to bail on an oil change to bring it to a different servicer because I can t trust Take 5 to do this job right again.

Waited 50 minutes for the vehicle ahead of me. They forgot to tighten the cover back on (see photo)Did not put a sticker showing mileage for next oil change.Staff was nice though.They were very busy but the cover should never happen.I won't be back.

I recently got an oil change for my car, and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff at the service center were knowledgeable and friendly, and they took care of my car in a timely manner. The price was also reasonable and affordable. Overall, I highly recommend getting an oil change at this service center. McKenzie was very friendly and helpful. I came In November 23rd for an oil change for the first time with this company, I ve never had issues from Goodyear in the 9 years I ve owned my vehicle.Exactly 1 month later on December 23rd, my engine seized on the highway. It had to be towed from a different parish.Come to find out the filter was severely misplaced or not placed correctly at all.Your location has seen an entire tech change since these dates and I can only imagine why. Malpractice.I have MULTIPLE stories of this company or location absolutely ruining people s vehicles or causing damage from simple mistakes, like plugging a pan. Hell, I didn t even get a sticker on my windshield after this oil change .Now, the district manager doesn t want to claim the responsibility of the provided and required cost to fix the vehicle.My car is destroyed. No one should EVER come out of pocket for trusting a mechanic ever.Service: Oil change
