I don t want to give this company any stars because this place is horrible. The worst experience I have had with any body shop. I have had nothing but problems since I brought my vehicle to get repaired the first time. The paint job doesn t match, they cut the inside of my vehicle for no reason. And did not repair it when I asked about it. And the windshield has been leaking since they replaced it. Today I brought it back for the 3rd time to get the windshield fixed. The so called manager which is a lady was very rude and obnoxious like every time I have been in there. She has no customer service whatsoever and she must hate her job. She is very unpleasant and rude to the customers. She does not care about this business and I can t believe they let her work at this position. She got an attitude with me again and told me I can just leave. Which I did. I needed them to replace the windshield which was never done right in the first place. And of course they don t stand by their word again. I will let everyone know how I was treated here and I will never come back here. The service is horrific and the workmanship is horrible!!! The doors needs to be shut and never opened again!!!!

Absolutely great service and awesome work! They were so honest with the repair and even stayed late to allow us to pick up our vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of service to their vehicle.

I paid them to fix my door handle which they did. But then they return my car with no central locking system (which was functioning properly until it met Landry's Collision Center). When I asked how they were going to fix their mess, they just wouldn't take responsibility because it is a used car. Not to be trusted: you enter to fix a problem and you come out with a new one

I continue to send my customers there. They helped a customer of mine who wrecked her Prius and they did a great job on it. I am not sure who the other reviewers dealt with there, but I have never had an issue with Landry's Collision. Our dealership doesn't have a body shop here and we utilize them to the fullest and have yet to disappoint our customers.

I don't know who they dealt with but I have had nothing but excellent service and great work on my cars..They looked out for me not the insurance company. I really appreciate there attention to details on my vehicles. I would not go anywhere else.

H O R R I B L E ! ! ! is an understatement for what I encountered dealing with this unprofessional, blatantly rude and inconsiderate shop. They had my car for ten and half weeks when they said two weeks. Through out each week after the third week, they repeatedly told me my car would be finish the following Friday or Monday. Heard the same thing for 6/7 weeks. They didn t keep me posted on any updates or changes. They didn t return my phone calls. They even stop answering the phone for me bc I got mad for them clearly lying telling me the owner didn t have time to call me when I had request three consecutive weeks for him to do so. Even had my insurance call for me. Said they wld. They DIDN T. So after the 10 weeks I just had MORE than enough, so I went to get my car and after two days of going thru hell to get it, they finally released it. I had to pay them 6100, the cops was called, I was banned... the car wasn t finished, and on top of that they messed up my door handle, over spray on my grill, fog lights, and vinyl near my windshield. Hood not on right... and a few other other things. Now I have to take them to court and fight them for all my losts... more time... SMH! In my wildest dream, I couldn t have fathom something more worst. This was the EPITOME OF BAD SERVICE and then some.... Never in my LIFE have I encountered service even half as bad.. They deserve to be out of business. REALLY!

I was absolutely amazed at the work that was done on my bumper!! My car feels brand new all over again!!! I just want to say a huge thank you to Mr Jude and Zon for being amazing people and keeping me posted, to top things off my car came back so clean!!

They did a great job on my truck and went above and beyond to keeping me updated and making sure every detail was just right. 10/10 would use for any future body work.

Friendly atmosphere with a great knowledge of helping me get my repairs done for my vehicle. The experience this shop has to communicate with my car insurance and repair everything really made my experience stress free.

I went in for an estimate. Its was twice as much as two other places I went, and the way she sold herself to me was to bash the other places I went to. That's how you do business?? That's why they wont get my business. I guess she thought putting fear in me would work. Nope.
