I recently brought a 2023 Ford truck Escape at Hub City Ford in Lafayette its not too small and not too big it's the perfect size. I love all features that came with the truck. I also love the color of it. The head room and and leg room is very spacious and the truck of vehicle as well. My salesman was Taylor at Hub City Ford in Lafayette he was very kind. Taylor went straight to work to find great financing and finished in a timely manner. Taylor was very knowledgeable as well.

I definitely will be back for my next purchase..They make sure you don't have that "Sign Paper" day feeling You leave with "your personal "satisfaction of making the right choice and not being forced into something outside your means.

Don t buy a used vehicle from Hub City Ford! I made that mistake. My vehicle had no spare tire/wheel, had an oil leak due to a missing oil pan gasket; the air filter and cabin filter were beyond filthy completely clogged. Obviously they didn t service this vehicle before selling it. I reached out to several people to rectify this and no one responded. They didn t care. It cost me several hundred dollars to fix what they neglected to do.

My wife and I can not thank Hub City Ford enough for the amazing job they did on our new Expedition! It was hard to even look at our vehicle, that only had 9,000 miles on it, after an accident with a deer. We were afraid it would never be the same. After reading great things about Hub City Ford, we decided to have it towed there and that was the best thing we could have done. Amanda was my initial contact when I had no clue what to do and was very helpful. Kaysha was great. She was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and helped us understand the process and was reassuring throughout. Their customer service is top notch!I would recommend Hub City Ford Body Shop to anyone looking for a great place to get there vehicle repaired!THANK YOU to everyone who had anything to do with repairing our Expedition. We are extremely grateful!

I was extremely disappointer with a previous service, specifically by PepBoys manager. I thought the issue of an engine light being on was a simple matter of computer analysis to determine the trouble. I subsequently realize I needed to visit Hub City to resolve the issue/issues. Hub City not only diagnosed the mistake(s) PepBoys made, but resolved my truck's issues. Not only was I pleased with the service and friendly assistance of the personnel, but I had assumed the total bill would have been about three times higher than it actually was.

Service is extremely hard to schedule. I needed a brake light switch replaced and was told the first available time was 3 weeks. I called Ross Tire, they changed it the next day. This is the 3rd time I have been told 2 to 3 weeks wait. I bought my Expedition from them, but will be going elsewhere for my purchase next year.

I spent over $3000 in October fixing my for explore. When I picked up my vehicle it was fine started it after 2 days and it was making a loud noise. Called and was told it may make a noise but shouldn t hear it. Keep in mine when I brought the vehicle in for service it NEVER MADE A SOUND! I called again because I could smell burned plastic and the noise was louder was told give it 3 months and it will be checked again. Brought my truck in for a oil change claimed they never heard the noise. My truck got backed into so i brought it there to check and it needed body work. Got everything fixed radiator and front plastic piece. Truck still making noise and now moving slow no power. Bring it back there to get it checked (had to wait a month before they could get me in) only for them to tell me I need another motor. Keep in mind they went in my motor last October. After many attempts to get in contact with someone.. anyone and even going up there they are refusing to talk or answer a phone call. I will Never again go to Hub City Ford for anything. I also had a warranty. Shop elsewhere!!

It took nearly three weeks to fix a door handle and a still undetermined cause for the vehicle not starting. When i purchased the expensive warranty from Hub City, I was told that for any issues I could drop off the vehicle at Hub City and they would take it to Service Chevrolet for repairs. Rather than send it to a dealer, it was sent to a much smaller shop without my knowledge or consent to perform the warranty work. No one ever provided a direct answer as to the starting issue as the battery and charging system passed testing. I was essentially told it had to be a dead cell in the battery but no one was really sure. Without being sure it would correct the problem and not leave my wife stranded somewhere, I opted to replace the battery and buy a portable jump starter. This was the best option to a non-diagnosis of the problem. As for the delays, the unlock button on the driver's door handle didn t work. A new handle was ordered at some point. No clue when since the shop didn t keep my maintenance advisor at Hub City informed so he therefore did not keep me informed. Here s the kicker that really gets me: the shop they sent my vehicle to did not have the ability to spray paint the door handle. They therefore had to send the handle to yet another unknown location that apparently did have a downdraft paint booth and could/actually did properly paint the handle. This seems like something, I don t know, like a dealership could handle (no pun intended). Service Chevrolet would have been a one stop shop for the repair. Hub City could have even painted the door handle but instead just waited to hear from the shop. The only reason my service experience gets two stars is because my sales professional was able to secure a loaner vehicle for the entire time we needed while we waited for our car to be fixed. Also, had the shop they sent it to not had good reviews for many years, I would be filing complaints instead of writing a generous 2 star review. Interestingly enough, I didn t receive an email to leave feedback for the $7500 in repairs they found were needed on my truck last year - a service 4x4 light came on and my a/c squeaked. It turned out I needed a new differential and blower for the a/c. Picked it up after a few weeks and the a/c no longer blew cold. Brought it back and was told I now had a leak in my a/c coils that was in no way related to the work they just did on the a/c. That tacked on another $3k making the total about $7500. This took place while I was purchasing the Traverse. Would have bought another truck instead of paying that much for repairs had I known they would keep finding things. Not the first time but will be the last time unless something changes for the better over there.

Purchased my vehicle from Hub City Ford and called to see if I could bring it in for them to look at. The transmission was making a horrible noise. They told me the earliest they could schedule me was November 6. Six weeks away. What type of customer service is that. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from Hub City.

I have bought my last 4 trucks from here. They know how to treat people and have never left me to find my own ride. I have always had a truck to drive if there was service that needed to be done to mine.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle at Hub City Ford and it was also possibly one of the best experiences I've ever had. My salesman was a no nonsense type that gave me all the info that I needed to make a decision. They were generous with my trade in and didn't try to drag out my experience. I can honestly say that I will purchase from them in the future.

This is still a nice family run dealership. Not many of those left anymore. I always get treated with the utmost respect and care at Hub City Ford. I feel like I'm with family when I'm at the Dealership. Also they have the best Ford service department in the entire state. They have some of the most experienced service technicians around.

It was the most stress free process ever. Mrs. Theresa took care of me from start to finish. She was so helpful and just an all around sweet lady. I didn't feel like I was purchasing a vehicle but more so building a connection with someone who was more interested in me and what I wanted than making a sale. And the on-site AllState agents were awesome. They worked with me to get me quoted with a cheaper insurance than all the surrounding areas.

This was my first car buying experience and Nicole made it so effortless. I called at 3pm to check if they had any bronco sports in stock and the keys were in my hand by 6pm. They got me a great interest rate on a new car in a terrible economy needless to say, I ll always buy my vehicles from hub city ford! Thank you Nicole!!

Straight forward. We saw the van online. Called and asked about it. They held it for us to come look at. Everything they told us on the phone checked out in person. I ask for their best deal and I believe they gave it to me. We bought the van and was able to purchase a warranty. Well worth the drive.

Buying a new vehicle from Hub City Ford was a truly great experience. Well worth the drive to get there. The people were wonderful to work with and we bought exactly what we wanted. Definitely would recommend them.

I took my truck in for a simple front brake change. I was not having in problems with my truck other than that. I pick up the truck after they changed brake pads, rotors, and calibers. I drove my truck and the front driver's side started smoking. I called service and I brought it back in. They determined caliber was sticking. They changed and road tested and the opposite caliber stuck. This is the only vehicle I have and now I'm told it would be at least 2 or 3 days before they can determine what could be wrong. They said because it got hot they couldn't check it out and that was 1 day ago. I know that it cooled off yesterday. I told them that the ABS light came on occasionally and I was told that could be the problem and it would take a few days to run the test. This is absurd. I'm sure they did not expect this to happen but neither did I. The service at Hub City was way better then that in the past. Not happy.

Service department doesn t know what they re doing. My Ford fusion stays in the shop with a wrench showing up. In December, I was guaranteed the issue was resolved after several other visits prior. Guess what, the wrench is back!! Not 2 months even!! Service manager Tommy and Todd Citron guaranteed EVERYTHING was fixed. Apparently, same old, same old! Car need s service again. Don t trust!!

Garrett Richard took great care of me. From the time I first walked into the dealership up until the time I left, I was treated like a member of his family. I never felt pressured into buying anything. He and all of the other employees are all very nice and make the whole car buying process easy.

Body shop took a very long time for a minor project ! When Job was complete , i lifted bed cover and lots of trash was left from job. Also Lots of leafs from the trees were in the bed of truck do to the bed cover left open in the weather . The reason for a bed cover is to prohibit such issues from happening .When you drop off a personal truck to get fixed they should treat it as their own ! Even thou it is a Toyota .....

I have had car body work and repairs done at Hub City Ford two times and find the work of good quality and the service and attention very good. My car is not a Ford. No matter

Following a front end collision, my Expedition was in the Hub City Ford body shop for several weeks for repair. Due to supply chain problems, there were some parts that were not immediately available, so the process took a bit longer than it might have normally. The folks in the collision center kept me informed on a regular basis so I'd know how the repairs were progressing. I dealt with three or four body shop employees and they were all very friendly and competent.I've been back in the Expedition for just over a week and it seems to be fully returned to the mechanical condition it was in prior to the accident which is nearly new since it had only been driven 14,000. It handles perfectly.Cosmetically, I can't find a flaw. The alignment of the hood, doors, fenders, etc. and the paint work is easily on a par with a brand new car.Even inside the engine compartment, you don't see signs of the repairs.Hub City clearly has very experienced professionals that take pride in their work.I was worried my nearly new Expedition would never be the same, but I'm afraid Hub City will have to wait a little longer to get this one in on a trade. ;-)

Taylor Y helped me all the through to get my first car (great Escape!)! As an international student at UL it is not that easy to get a car plus insurance without history, but Taylor stuck with me til the end and made everything possible. Thank you for getting me through this, apart from selling me a fantastic car. There is no question, where I will buy my next car, if a have to. Great company and great support, which they would not have had to provide

Incredible experience! Nicole was very kind, helpful, and not pushy. She made us feel very comfortable in the buying process. She even stayed late with her boss to make sure we had all the information we needed.

No problem with my oil change. I was in and out in 45 minutes. My problem is with the service manager. I scheduled some repairs to be done on February 21st. Parts had to be ordered, so I checked in with him on the 17th.I live about an hour and 15 minutes from Hub City Ford, so I wanted to make sure the work would be done Monday. When I arrived at Hub City Monday, the service manager told me to have a seat and he would let me know how long the repairs would take. Well, instead of letting me know when my Escape would be ready, he informed me that the parts were not in. He never bothered to call me even though he knew I lived over an hour away.We are loyal Hub City Ford customers, but this was inexcusable.
