Had a bedliner done at Faulk s last week. Work and product was top notch and Kenny was great to deal with.

I purchased ceramic window tint from R&R (who operates out of Faulk's) on August 18, 2023 for my 2022 Cadillac which I had, at that point, owned for less than two months.It took R&R/Faulk's three further visits to install the tint correctly because they would fail to clean all the dust off of the windows before applying tint, leaving dozens of little air bubbles showing up after curing time completed (1 week). The dust comes from the low-budget gravel parking lot surrounding the tint shop.During the second attempt to get the tint installed correctly someone from Faulk's backed into and severely damaged my car ($3000+ damage including the hood, grille, and front bumper needed to be replaced, plus creating a damage history on my vehicle's record).It's almost two months later and I am still fighting to be made whole from that incident. And after all that I still have dust-particle air bubbles showing up in my tint. Even though I have a warranty with R&R to get things like that fixed, I no longer see it as worth the risk to bring my car back to R&R/Faulk's. I'd rather pay another shop to just start over at this point.

One year ago today I had a bed cover added to my 10-year-old Ford F150. The make and model is a BAKflip MX4. Installed, with tax it was $1301.39 At this point I have one question... WHY DIDN'T I DO THIS 10 YEARS AGO?The work done by Faulk's was professional. The bed cover has held up very well. I have been able to put luggage and other items in my bed with no fear of them getting wet, and we have been stuck in some torrential downpours.Thank you Faulk's for a job well done!

They installed 2 side boxes in an hour and 45 minutes. Satisfied with the service and price.Minor complaint is that the boxes aren't keyed the same. I'm going to have to change the lock on one box myself, which isn't that big of a deal. Some people may even prefer that, idk.

I had a good experience at Faulks. Travis was very courteous and professional. Good equipment at a fair price.. Install took less time than expected. I will be back thank you.

Big thanks to Kenny! He was very nice and was very helpful! We added window visors, bed cover and a spray-in bedliner. We were not sure which bed cover to go with, Kenny took his time and explained the pros and cons of each one we looked at. When we went back to pick up our truck, he came outside to show us how to the Bed cover worked and answered all of our questions! Prices were great too!

Fast knowledgeable service. Had been thinking about a bed cover for a while- I called they had one I liked nearly the same price as listed online. I went over and drove home with it installed an hour later.

Had what I needed the very next day. The bugshield was wrong and the right one arrived the very next day at precisely 9:26 as was told to my salesman. Impressed both of us. I highly recommend Faulk's for truck accessories.

Went an had a some upgrades done to the factory sound system an Mr. Dean did an amazing job. He was very informative an extremely down to earth. Overall I'd say the work an finished product was on point. Thanks again Dean

I needed emergency help with my tire before getting on the road! Kenny was so nice and honest - he made me feel like I was his own daughter. He even pulled a few strings to get me in and out of there wayyy faster than the expected wait time. Faulk s is quick, easy & dependable! Kenny, I ll be back

Not sure about the rest of the departments at Faulks but for custom sound and quality Dean comes highly recommended!! Very professional with every job he does and never disappoints. I speak from experience past and present. Awesome job brother thanks alot!

Been to Faulks several times for service and work to my trucks.The guy that manages the car/truck stereo installations is a wizard as well as he treats your vehicle as if it was his own paying close attention to quality and appearance.If your in the audio market,you can t go wrong by going to him.

It's a great place to go and they work fast with and without an appointment. I put rain guards on one of my cars and tinted on my other car. They was the cheapest place when you already have tint on an you going to put tint back on cause your tint was old on your car. They take off and putting back on are cheaper. That's the place to go cause I will be going back for something cause they're great

I use Faulk's for all my auto accessory needs. Dean is very knowledgeable and his work is excellent when it comes to audio installs. The guys in the front are all friendly and they know the products they sell. The work is quick and very professional. As a matter of fact, I am getting Faulk's to install a spray in bed liner and step rails for my GMC I just bought. Prices are good, they are honest and the quality is there. Can't ask for more than that.

I was in the market for a $1,000 or better undercover bed cover for my new 2013 Ford F-150. I drove to Lafayette which is about an hour from where I live. It was a Saturday around 11:50. I call Faulk's to make sure that they had one in stock and the person I talked to said "Sure we have them in stock". I told this person that I was about 5 miles from the store and by this time it was 11:55. He says "Well unless you can get here before 12 I can't help you." "We close at 12 on Saturday."I pleaded with the guy to hold the store open but he acted like he didn't want my money and said his boss has a strict policy on not doing that. If that's true I understand but his attitude was what got me.So I find another place Alty Camper Tops & Truck Accessories. I make it there right at 12. I walk in and the lights were down and the guy working there was walking my way apparently on his way out. I asked if he was closing and he said "Yes, but don't worry about that what can I help you with?"He didn't have what I wanted in stock but I didn't care I bought from him because of his customer service driven attitude.

Went to Faulk's to get a Retrax Pro retractable cover for my 2018 Toyota Tundra, and they not only had it in stock, but they installed it in less than an hour. I'm super happy with it! Great place, great service!

I ve been providing this place for business for about 25 years and I went there today to buy something but I was so rudely treated with multiple accusations from an employee there I just walked out and called the manager and was told that someone would call me back and no one has. I will personally not be doing or sending anymore business there. The guy was so rude that I can and might press charges against them. Time will tell if I get that promised phone call from the owner.
