The workers there know absolutely nothing. I really don't know how some of these people work there. I went in to buy a cv axle for my truck. And was given the wrong part 3 times. Which I had to drive back and forth across town to my mechanic which was not close by any means. This happens almost every time I go to auto zone. The workers have no knowledge about the job they do. It's unbelievable really.

Tyler and Michael did a fantastic job replacing our battery in a very tough location. When we came in needing a new battery Michael tested to confirm it need replacing and saw old battery was still under warranty, he saves us hard earned money. He was friendly and a dedicated to serving us. Great job to !!!!

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Caiden for your patience tonight. You did an amazing job in customer service and was able to assist me after a long day under the hood of my car. I will be back and hope to see you there see in case I have a few more questions.

This is my second visit to my Auto Zone here in Lafayette, Louisiana. Both times they have been helpful and knowledgeable. Tyler, Kim and Betty were patient and polite even though I m not knowledgeable about automobiles.

One of the few stores in the Auto parts world that actually cares for your needs. From Tyler, Raymond, Hope and Kim, I have always received the best services . They seem to care and go the extra mile to assist you with your parts. IF they don't have the part, they are always trying to assist you in finding an alternative. Their Professionalism and leadership is above any expectations. They deserve a huge raise. Autozone should be very proud to have such professionals in the Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette La store.

I came to Auto Zone with battery issues after Walmart refused to change my battery. Caden sold the battery to me. Then Joshua and Caden changed the battery for me. I am so thankful for their kindness and their willingness to help!!!! Thank you for brightening my day! - Rebecca

I had good customer service as soon as I walked in. They answered my question and walked w/me get the correct product off shelf even tho I told him I knew what I needed. Plus he changed out the burnt battery I also bought for the fresh one on my SUV keyless remote. All while smiling and being pleasant.

I ve been here several times. I have purchased for 4 different vehicle types total. I have never had a poor experience; consistently good service. The staff does care and are helpful. I wish I could remember the manager guy s name because he is the best. However, regardless of whether you deal with the manager, the staff is great. My hesitancy with Auto part stores is that it feels that at times the employees don t really care to help and are just there to collect and occupy space - not here though. Thanks.

Went to auto zone for a battery. Asked them if they could change it, she said not right now. She had to go take her lunch. She was actually supposed to be on lunch already when i really needed a battery. I have no family in the lafayette area to change it. That was very disappointing and rude. I will never go back.

I had fantastic customer service. They did a courtesy battery check which was found to be bad, and then installed the new one. Thumbs up.

I've been here twice, once for an emergency and once for check-engine light readout. Both times i was immediately approached by a staff member and they did their best to help me understand the issue and the solutions, even if it wasn't one that made them money. They didn't just hand me a product, they also told me why it mattered.

Very polite and helpful. Needed my battery checked. I purchased a 3 year warranty battery 800watt start up. $170... a single girl can't afford this anymore.

Friendly staff. The battery died on her car at the hospital down the street just before closing time in December 2018 when raining. Got a jump and made it to this Autozone. They had the battery in stock and helped her change it. Thanks a million.

I needed an auto zone and I found this one on ambassador, easy to get too and plenty of parking, easy to get out. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I want to give a shout out to MS. Betty and to Chad. Thanks for the courteous service.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I (somewhat, as a female) know about cars. I usually hate going into car parts stores; because they try and sell me everything I DO NOT need.But the guy who sold me my new battery was fair and honest. He did try to sell me some display items; and I know that is part of his job. I will definitely be back at this AutoZone; but ONLY at store #4287; sure wish associate s name was on the receipt; he told me his name of course, but I don t remember. Great Job!!

I personaly dont know how this place got in my time line, but my opinion is still wanted suppose so I take this opportunity to say I never shop at auto zone they always get the parts wrong, very aggravating to have to make a secon trip to get it right! I prefer O'Reilly Auto parts! Sorry auto zone, something to be said for honesty

Manager helped but took a while to put my battery on. Also my battery went "kaput" after 4 months. Costco has cheaper batteries
