I bought a vehicle there yesterday and the staff were absolutely amazing. They really made sure I was comfortable the whole process, even though I was anxious as it was my first time buying a vehicle without someone there giving me advice. My salesman, Chandler, was very understanding and assured me that he would help me get what I needed within my budget. The dealership had a great vibe and I am extremely happy with my purchase. They take care of everything for you with title and registration, which was one less stop I had to make at the DMV. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but great experiences every time I go to Audi Lafayette. I highly recommend that you ask for Byron to assist you if find yourself shopping there. He provides superior customer service in how he s patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all that Audi has to offer. If what you re looking for isn t available when you go, Byron will go out of his way to find it and bring it to the Lafayette dealership for you. Trust me when I say Byron is the Audi Brand Specialist you want to work with!

Saturday morning I decided to go car shopping. I stopped by Audi in lafayette first and had a great first impression as i walked up to the front of the building. Mr. Andrew Broussard (Audi Brand Specialist) quickly opened the door for my mom and I and greeted us asking how he could help us. I showed him a list i created on my phone of my biggest wants/desires in my dream car. He told my mom and I to help ourselves to the coffee bar and snacks while he grabbed a car out of inventory (which was pretty quick).I literally fell in love the second i looked inside the car. I wanted caramel brown leather seats (which are aparently extremely hard to find) and this car had them! Mr Andrew allowed me to hop in the drivers seat and educated me as we were parked. He then allowed me to test drive it while continuing to educate me throughout the whole experience (which i admired the most).I didn t want to be hasty by purchasing the first car I saw so i went to 2 other dealerships close by. I was extremely disappointed in the other dealerships (volkswagens 2 cars i wanted to test drive were out of gas and Volos 1 car i wanted to test drive was extremely dirty. Both of the other experiences weren t informative either.)I quickly called Andrew to reserve my appointment because i wanted the car he showed me. Mr. Andrew didn t wait for me to ask questions. He was assertive and displayed his expertise so incredibly well!Once I was ready to purchase the Audi Q5, we realized there were many customers before me. Mr Andrew personally offered to take care of us by giving me an Audi sweatshirt and baseball cap. He also stayed very late after work this night to ensure I had every question answered and every picture taken with my new car. The owner also stopped by to talk to congratulate me and to tell us if we needed anything, to call.Mr Andrew also has arranged for him to swap cars with me (mine for an Audi loaner) if I ever need any maintenance done while I m at work in the event I can t leave work but still need the routine maintenance done. This is incredibly helpful as it s almost impossible for me to leave work most days working in the health field.Lastly, I was extremely anxious about the car buying process. This was my first big purchase and I couldn t have been taken care of in any better way. I seriously want to tell Audi how much I appreciate their customer service they ve provided me (Especially Mr. Andrew!) I would have bought this car a long time ago if I would have known it would have been this easy Here s your sign, get the Audi! (And if you can, let Mr. Andrew Broussard accommodate your every need!)

I can t say enough good about my experience at Audi Lafayette. Trey Breaux is an exceptional salesperson - knowledgable, patient, personable, accommodating and fun. Brennan Dupuis expertly guided me through the final stages of my purchase. It had been 16 years since I set foot in a dealership with the intent to buy, and I don t regret a minute of the time I spent at Audi Lafayette. I m in love with my Audi Q5! We had great experience with this dealership.After hours & multiple calls to different dealerships that showed a vehicle we were looking for, we found this gem. Our sales person, Solomon was very professional, not pushy, and extremely helpful. Communication is very important to us and he was right on point. We are out of state customers but the dealership made our transaction as easy as possible. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Solomon!! He always made sure to give us answers to our questions and when he says I ll get back with you on that, let me ask my manger , he means he s getting back with you really quickly. Drove from Houston to Lafayette to pick up an amazing 20 SQ5 from here. Absolutely painless car deal, very good communication and stress free experience. Car was exactly as advertised, and Ryan took the time to answer any of my goofy or wild questions and requests. This was possibly the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I am impressed with the customer service provided by Audi Lafayette. All of my questions were answered promptly, the dealership paid off the remaining 5 months of my A6 lease, and I purchased a previously owned 2023 S3 for an extremely reasonable price. Financing was quick and easy. I highly recommend Audi Lafayette.

I bought a used 2017 GMC Denali from this Dealer. I was out of state and could not see or drive the vehicle and relied on the salesman to give me detailed pics/videos of the Denali before I would drive to Louisiana to buy it. After agreeing to a price over the phone, I rented a car and made hotel reservations and drove 7hrs from Ft.Worth,Tx to Lafayette,La with my wife and two young daughters.When we got there we were shocked at how poor the shape of the Denali was in, broken tail light-oil leaking from front shocks-etched water spots on the hood and roof-air leaking from the rear shocks-oil service light on-rear air compressor constantly running and the Denali was filthy like it had not been cleaned inside or outside in weeks! The sales mgr Aaron asked if we wanted the dealership to fix the problems and ship the vehicle to us or, if we wanted to take the car is and they would make good on all of the problems after we got the vehicle home. Since we have had the vehicle, they have paid for the taillight repair and nothing else. I ve even offered to pay for half of the cost to remove the etching in the paint. Unfortunately, neither Aaron nor Audi Lafayette are not making good on the promises they made.I bought a used vehicle from a reputable dealership that promised quality and customer service. What I got were empty promises and a multitude of problems that I am now forced to deal with and pay for.

Make sure to ask for Alex Farley. He was an excellent salesman that knew all about the Audi brand. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the vehicles I was looking at while emphasizing the differences between each model. I do not usually spend the time to submit reviews about vehicle purchases. It is not my favorite thing to do and in all honesty, I can be a little rough on salesman in general. However, I have to say, my experience at the Audi dealership in Lafayette exceeded all expectations. All personnel were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Without a doubt the best car buying experience I have had. My salesman (Soloman) was not pushy, he was extremely honest and genuinely focused on ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my Q8 Prestige. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I have no doubt, I will be heading back should I be looking for another car. Mic

Ive been trying to get service to fix the problem they caused to my brand new 2021 vehicle since September 2023 . Ive been calling, but they are ignoring me. I spent $3k on service, my car was driving perfectly fine before they performed an alignment and replaced the tires . I returned the vehicle a couple of times and they keep telling me nothing is wrong.The steering wheel is clearly not straight and is turned to the left while the car drives straight and my vehicle pulls to the right.I went to Dallas Tx this past weekend and it was the worst driving experience i ever had.I dont get it, yall performed an alignment before and I never had this issue.ALL I WANT IS FOR YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT!I work in customer service and your employees knows nothing about providing exceptional service.MERCEDES BENZ WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ! I purchased a Toyota Avalon a month ago, with the assurance that all necessary maintenance had been handled. The sales associate, Solomon, assured me there were no issues with the car. However, just two days after my purchase, a warning message appeared on the dashboard. When I discussed with Solomon, as we bought the car after two test drive and did not find the issues then. He is not responsible for it.When I took the car to Hampton Toyota for inspection, they informed me that the oil needed an immediate change, the tires required replacement, wheel alignment needs to be fixed and the wiper blade needed to be swapped out.Upon discussing this with Solomon, he surprisingly claimed that they were not a Toyota dealership and only performed inspections. This response revealed a different side of his professionalism. While the Audi itself may be of good quality, I cannot say the same for Solomon's service.He kept ignoring my email and message. He also told me that he will give me service for a couple of weeks after getting the car. After purchasing a car, he completely denied it. So don't buy a car from him. Now I have already changed oil, need to change tires ,fix wheel alignment, wiper blade and so on. This costs extra money from pocket. I wish I never bought a car from audi lafayette, or at least Solomon.
