Rachel was amazing and really gave us a pain free experience. She worked with us to get us into the truck we wanted too. All of the staff is very polite and their selection of vehicles was impressive at affordable prices. I would recommend Alpha Automobile Sales on Johnston St to my friends :)

The staff is very personable and accommodating. They constantly offered water and coffee and had friendly attitudes. The finance manager is excellent and extremely thorough. He made sure to explain everything in detail and answered any questions we had. They have a great selection of used vehicles. Highly recommend!

I walked in and my daughter was disappointed from another dealer ship . Tarya helped me find a car and also changed my daughter s whole attitude. The staff overall were completely helpful, professional , patient and efficient. They had amazing attitudes the whole time and we definitely left satisfied . I would definitely recommend alpha automobile sales!!

Went to Alpha auto sales, wasn t sure if I wanted a car. When I was greeted by staff, I was surprised at how professional they were, which made my car buying decision easier than other cars dealers. I also received knowledge on how to improve my credit. They are the truth.

After going to 5 different car dealerships with nothing but rejections I ended up at Alpha Automotive. And I wish I would have just went there first! Nick the salesman listened to me and was determined to get me in a vehicle. And he and the other staff members made it happen! I will most definitely recommend them to everyone!

Amazing! I called multiple dealers and didn t like what i was hearing so I came across Alpha Automobile Sales. They are Very quick and have amazing service. Went in looking for a car and came out with my vehicle and awesome knowledge. Nick was understanding and helpful as-well as Mr Wilson. Will be using them again in the future!

The salesman, Nick, was really helpful. He did not stop until he found a vehicle suitable for my kids and myself. Mr. Wilson was also very helpful. He was very informative on information I did not even think to ask any other dealership for. They made sure everything was understandable. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

Great salesman they help us get into another vehicle with no problems. Very friendly and answer all the questions we had. Nice vehicles to choose from. Finance manager did an awesome job explaining everything in depth I would recommend alpha motors to anyone

Hi, I saw a car listed on Carfax, that seemed to be a great fit for myself and family. The salesman Mr. Nick was not personable at all, mind you I can literally make a friend out of anyone! I asked multiple questions about the vehicle and most of the answers I got were I don't know. When I opened the door where it creases it rubs together and makes a loud pop sound, he turned on the A/C and that started making a noise. He began to bang on the inside of the car to get the noise to stop. It did eventually. I did a short test drive and vehicle drove ok. We proceeded back inside. I asked for a buyer s order before leaving because I am financing with my own bank. He got that together and just placed it on the table and said sign here. I did not sign and he seemed to be frustrated telling me I have to sign it in order for my bank to review it. I let him know I wasn't signing and he said well here's your copy and have a good night. They were not very friendly. My advice to anyone man or woman don't just buy a car and feel like you have to get it just because you test drive it. Make sure it's what you want and need for yourself or family.

This place has very genuine salesmen that helped me to figure out everything I needed and also showed me patience and kindness. Anything that I didn t know, they knew. I d recommend this car lot to anyone who is looking for a place that will not look at you as just a walking dollar sign.

ms.rachel is an absolute angel we had a long wait time while buying a car and she made us as comfortable as possible. The ambiance of the gospel music inside made me comfortable as well but the wait was very long. clean inside & good candy. would recommend.

I came into today not really sure what to expect, but boy let me tell, I was met with quite exceptional customer service and warm smiles as they walked my wife and I through our first time purchasing our own automobile! Couldn't be happier :)
