Mrs. Jady, Mr. Matthew, and Mr. Desmond were so nice and kept me informed about the process of repairs. My car drives better than it has ever driven before. I've finally found a service center that I'll continue to go too. They are honest and very nice. Thank you all so much!

Everything was done in a timely fashion. Mrs. Jady is the absolute best! She stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. My car was literally ready in 2 days! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank youu!!!

My husband was completely satisfied with the repair. Sorry I completed the survey incorrectly. I completed it in error thinking it was for the place that changed my oil so you guys can disregard it.

Insurance claim went through this company. While using them for the body work it was done at a fast manner. Informed them about noise from my vehicle. They stated it was most likely from wear and tear. I informed them it has to be accident related due to me not having the noise present until after the accident. They refused to check it for two weeks and tried to say it was because of me . Finally got the insurance to speak with them about it and if it was from wear and tear it was my fault. I told them the damage occurred on the right side of mtg vehicle so that s where the most damage would be. They stated that the damage on the vehicle for even on both sides and I would have to pay the diagnostic of my vehicle thAt was charged $140. After check out I had to ask for documents to see what was the diagnostic and I paid in cash. Mrs. Jody made a face at me and stated she would need to have someone else confirm the cash payment presenting as if the money was counterfeit and counted it numerous times. Once I proceeded to leave contacted State Farm and they stated that they were called by phone only stating it was wear and tear and not provided documentation to show the right side was actually more damaged than the left! Do not bring your vehicle here if it is a insurance claim because you will most likely have to pay out of pocket if it isn t bodily damage .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Manager Jady is BEYOND rude, snappy, sarcastic, treats you like you re an annoyance on the very first encounter. She s very aware of her bad temper, because she kept apologizing saying I m sorry about being a butt! 4-5 times after ending a conversation about a simple paint job. She hasn t returned not one of my many calls/left messages for months, she never filed the paperwork I gave directly to her, and nonchalantly shrugged admitting she forgot about me when I showed up in person, kept rudely cutting me off when asking simple questions. I took my insurance claim to another business in Breaux Bridge and had zero issues, and have recommended others to do the same. A worker doesn t necessarily have to be friendly right, but her attitude is so bad it clearly drives away business, and did exactly that. The collision center has gone down after the last manager left. Sadly, based on the previous reviews, I m not the only customer who Jady has treated so carelessly AND disrespectfully. The rest of the staff is surprisingly helpful and kind, so who s responsible for hiring Jady and why is she still there?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was well received. They looked at my truck, wrote down their observations and approved the repairs my vehicle needed. The job is still pending as they were very busy with other vehicles.
