Dropped my key off in the box mad because it was in front of a garbage can been a customer for 7 plus years spend thousands in repairs and don't feel appreciatived as a customer. There was a better way to handle that rick now you lost my business. I am so thankful for these people. After learning of our situation (my son and daughter in law had brake problems while they were on their way to Baton Rouge from Florida to bring me that car so that I would no longer have to walk to work and back at night in the cold and rain, on a Saturday afternoon after the shop had already closed. They had no choice but to leave it and hope for the best not knowing the reputation of the shop or the people who ran the shop.) They immediately began looking into the problem despite already being overloaded with work before we got there. The problem continue to get more and more expensive and more and more issues were found. However, they never stop trying to get it back in our hands. I am so grateful for the speed in which they work and the diligence with which they performed their job thank you so much Happy Thanksgiving

They fixed my truck and I got it back running much better than before. They actually had it done a day earlier than I expected. I always bring my truck to them and I have always been satisfied with the quality and price.

Beware! I brought Rick my car to fix everything before I went on a 10 hour long Tennessee trip, & I still broke down on the way to TN even after paying Rick over $3600 in repairs ($1000 over what I was quoted). Had to have my car towed to a local auto shop 2.5 hrs away in MS, rent a car for 5 days as this happened on a Friday & my car wasn t ready till late Tuesday. Still wasn t totally repaired with oil pump issues Rick was supposed to fix & oil over my entire engine may have messed up a lot more in my motor. Just got back from a local auto shop, things Rick fixed had to be fixed again in MS & here at home. I have paid over $5k in the last month in repairs and expenses. This place is a RIP OFF.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The whole experience at R & D is great beginning with Pam and ending with a smile on your face for the wonderful job they do. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable these professionals are especially with Rick at the helm. Thanks so much for always a job well done.

Got a new starter and battery, car was ready when promised, and haven't had a bit of trouble since. They seem like fine folks. I would recommend them, and I would definitely go to them again if need be.

I can't compliment these guys enough. Five starts doesn't cut it. They replaced my RV transmission on time and on budget. They're helpful, knowledgeable,, honest and reasonably priced. A rare combination!

Called and spoke with someone who seem a bit taken back by my call. I explained what work I needed. She said the mechanics were busy but she would talk to them and call me back. Never received a call.

My truck is under warranty. After taking my truck to another place 4 times to get the same ac repair done. I brought it to R&D and they fixed it right. Now I can ride around in the ac. 100% recommendation!

These guys are the only ones to work on my vehicles. Fixed right the first time. The only downfall is they are really busy, because they are really good.

Had a minor auto problem 385 miles from home. R&D took expert care, fixed the issue and back on the road again. Experts in auto repair.

Had a flat tire, couldn't get lugs off. Asked for help and they refused. Great customer service? Not here!!
