I sent my truck here to be repaired (bumper and paint work.) Got it back in a very timely manner, and it looked great. They washed and cleaned it exceptionally well. Looked like I got a brand new truck back. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and helpful as well. Found a few broken parts that was not broken when I brought it. Didn't fix my truck correctly and when they told me it was ready it wasn't. I took off work to go to find out they didn't even paint my bumper and my truck was super dirty. Never bringing my truck or any vehicle to this place again.

They repaired my 2021 tundra damaged on driver side and when i got it back it looks like when i first got it brand new! I highly recommend Gerber i am happy with my truck now thanks to everyone that worked on it

I have been using Gerber Collision for my vehicles for years. They have always done an amazing job no matter what the job may be. They go above and beyond expectations. When they return your car it is in prime condition and they even clean out the interior as well as exterior of your car before giving it back to you no extra cost. Had my car in for minor cosmetic repairs. The estimate was to the penny and the turn around time 2.5 days. I am pleased with the work and my car looks great! I dropped it off full of pollen and not too clean inside, and I got it back shiny and vacuumed. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Thank you for your great service!

Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond for me when my insurance company let me down. Christiane is so genuine and caring, and I can't thank her enough for the tremendous amount of work and phone calls she made on my behalf!! I will never take my car to another facility for repairs. You have my business for life!

I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Kenner for car service. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Larry took care of me right away and was able to fix my problem the same day.

My mustang was sent to Champ's from Lamarque Ford to repaint a fender. I asked them to also do the hood where I had a few scratches. These guys are pretty friendly and helpful. When I saw the result I noticed some spots with imperfections that I showed the manager. They took it back and managed to remove some of them.I then noticed a several rough areas along the edge of the hood. I again took the car it back and they the manager again said they would fix it without any protest. When I got it back it looked better, although still not perfect. This time the manager was not as friendly anymore, and said that the result was better than factory paint, which is BS.I'm not super happy with the finish, but I think the result is acceptable. It's definitely not like factory paint though, and in some lighting conditions I can also see a slight mismatch in the shade. I think it was very good that they tried to fix the imperfections that I pointed out, but I don't really think it should be necessary to come back two times to get an acceptable result. Another good thing is that they always returned the car cleaned. Next time I would try a different shop though.

Yessica walked me through the process when I got into an accident and was very patient and helpful. She also took care of arranging for a tow and getting everything set up so I didn t have to miss any more work than necessary. At the outset, she said they couldn t look at my car until Wednesday (my accident was on a Monday.). They actually got to it a day early and then said my car would be ready by the following Friday, which I thought was fast given the extensive damage. Then they called me Monday afternoon and said it would be ready for pick up first thing Tuesday morning (four days EARLY). When I picked up my car on Tuesday, David let me know that they also checked out some extra warning lights that had gone off just to be sure it wasn t related to the accident. Everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish and my car looks AMAZING. Thanks guys!!!!

Had minor work done to the body of my car and I am pleased with the repair job, but very displeased with the reassembly of my car emblems. They are damaged and put on very poorly. They are falling off and uneven and they will only fix it if I pay for new emblem.

First time ever using Gergen and last time!! I was referred by Allstate to take my car to this body shop.Upon picking my car up, tire flat and engine light on.Ended up spending a hour and a half to wait for them to take my vehicle back to their working area. Finally, they returned after waiting. Engine light off and tire fix.After driving the most of the day, my service air bag light came on and continues to stay on. In addition to that my passenger door is not opening from th me outside.So I called Gerber, and spoke to David which he explained that he and his technician noticed the door was jammed at the time of intake of my vehicle. Which can t be true. He continues to dispute the issues that they caused. Telling me that he feels that the door was like that prior to the accident. Gerber removed the door panel in the same door that is having the issue. Never again!

I have not used them for repair. I had a damage estimate there with an insurance adjuster this morning and there is a sign on the door saying everyone has to wear a mask at all times while inside but NO ONE had a masks except the adjuster who does not work for Gerber. Why have the sign? I m not going back because we are in a pandemic and I m a nurse and I m not happy about people that are causing this thing g to spread out of control by doing whatever they want to do.

I suggested Champs Collision to the insurance company handling my accident. They had been bought by Gerber. The agent contacted them in mid April to repair the bumper section of my truck. The insurance agent faxed the paperwork (estimate), and they left my paperwork in a stack on the receptionist's desk. When I called, she (lady working front desk) blamed the insurance company: Later, the insurance agent called with me on 3-way. She didn't realize the agent had me on 3-way. BUSTED!!! Immediately, she found an opening for my truck..bla....bla...bla....DO TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T CARE!!!! I went to Unitech....They're much faster!!!

This busy is so awesome trenelle the customer service representative at this location is so customer friendly and Larry I m just speechless at the treatment I received the communication was excellent and when I went to receive my items from my vehicle cam and Emile added more greatness to my experience but Trenelle and Larry I must say if I were your boss I would give y all employees of the month for December January and February I have been dealing with them about my vehicle since December 4 2020Services: Painting, Body & Trim
