On my way to get a pizza when my serpentine belt broke on my truck. Luckily there was an o Reillys couple miles away . Literally rolled in the parking lot. They had the part I needed. Unbelievable price of 24. 99 . They even loaned me the tool. 10 minutes I was back on the road. Pizza was still hot when I made it home.

Everybody I have met down here has been extremely nice. The overweight guy we talked to was extremely rude, like should've had a fist in his face rude. We are out of town trying to help with tree cleanup, and needed to exchange a clutch that went out, that is under warranty. There was a younger guy that tried to help us out, but the rudeness of the middle aged overweight guy overshadows that. He needs a chill pill, and some slim fast and exercise in his life, and better people skills.

This shop is stocked with oil, filters, and lubes for motorcycles. Most places in town are missing the correct oil or the correct filter, but I was able to get everything I needed with one stop here. Prices were right as well.

Honestly and truly the best auto parts store. Just recently I had to change our an alternator on their lot. Mr. Ruben, one of the workers was very helpful in ensuring I had the tools needed to do the job. After 3 hours of struggle and Mr. Ruben's shift was over, he came out and helped me finish up which turned into such a blessing. On my second trip back, I needed a 40$ part. Once again spoke to Mr. Ruben and a mechanic that works in there. And was promptly informed I didn't need the 40$ part and fixed my issue without having to pay a dime. Not only do they get my continued service and loyalty. But they get my respect.

I asked the manager Tony if they match price. He replied yes, and I have 6 quarts of mobile full synthetic high mileage over 75k miles and a Wix oil filter for 43.71! Great manager and workers.

Most helpful staff for a parts store around... I never think of going anywhere else first... If they don't have what I need, they always guide me in the right direction... Also to mention they make you feel comfortable on asking questions and never make you feel like you have to rush like other places...

Had a very bad experience at another auto parts dealer, I looked at ratings of this O'Reillys store saw that a friend, Frank Nixon, recommended them and BAM!!! One of my worst day turned WONDERFUL!!!
