I did a delivery order and was very impressed with the employees at this location. Brandon was very helpful and an asset to this company and he s also bilingual which was helping many customers I observed while there.

A exspensive way to get car parts for sum reason they always gotta order the part and has to paid in advance and throttle body was a waste did not work like it was post to. Its just a exspensive way to get a cheap part.

It's 46 degrees at night and a young man comes outside to change my tyrn signal light bulb. That type of service deserves 10+ stars!

Part was a day late! Called the store and no answered so I had to drive up to the store to be told my part was not there but would be in that night. Well it did not make it till the next day! Took a day job to a three day job to wait for a part from 45 miles away!

Friendly enviroment, only downside is there's always new faces behind the counter. Other than a few managers, there normally new hires helping you so a lot of the time it's a longer than necessary wait and I've gotten several of the wrong parts sold to me. Still a great Auto Zone everyone has to learn new things from time to time!

Well it was right when they had just opened so the weekend warrior's were not out yetI got the prompt service as l have growned to expect, for a young person he was very helpful to give me the best way to approach my project...it never hurts to listen!!!

I bought a motorcycle battery there in January and it already has a dead cell in it but without any questions asked the battery was swapped out for a new one without any cash out of my pocket!! Where else can you do that?? These guys and gals are excellent!! This is why I don't go anywhere else to shop my automotive needs! I recommend that everyone should give them a try at least once and see if they give you that same great experience that I always feel like I have.

Terrible scanned my car gave be the wrong me the wrong part all of which their fault since they scanned my car gave me the wrong part when they knew exactly what was wrong with it. Then told me I'd have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money back and charged me again to get the right part. No one should have to wait for their money for your screw up.This Autozone is a 0 rating in my opinion

My headlight was out and i did not know until an employee pointed it out. Mr jaun offered me all sorts of variaties and explained clearly and even changed it for me! All the other employees greeted me at the door and helped me with all my needs. Highly recommend

They didnt have the socket i needed but they did have my oil filter housing tool. The employee was very helpful too

Horrible horrible horrible.....I should have know and checked, but I've had my radiator flushed three time in a little over a month.. That being the point, is because there employees will sell you anything you grab in that store no matter if it isn't compatible with you vehicle or a 92 Honda civic.... The green was bought on accident when PINK was what it was called for...ran it for a while thinking the truck will be ok on that tank of gas... Wrong, then the friend doing it said he absolutely had to be flushed...Ok, so I put in the pink...after more research it calls for 12.4=3gallons....got it flushed again and the guy doing it for got to drain th bottom hose...so my friend takes the blame for the hose ,BUT these world have all been avoiding by the sales reps, who the older guys are ok but the guy in there late teens or 20 I can honestly say I doubt they will become mechanics... Anyways ladies and gents sac your time and money and go to advanced!

I had to go to two different auto zones to purchase a bulb from each to fix my vehicle. But @ least it was in stock. No other auto parts store even had my part. It had to be ordered. Thanks autozone.

They are so slow asked someone to get me a part had the part number for it and everything and they still took 20 minutes to get it. Don't waste your time here.

AutoZone has gone down hill half the people who work there dont know a air filter from an oil filter so my advice is to go next door to advance auto they know their car parts

Awesome service!I drove from Raceland because manger at Raceland AutoZone would not help me and was rude.
