We went in to make a reservation. It took less than 5 minutes. They took really good care of us in finding the best deal for us. We needed a large truck for the weekend. The return was very easy, I would definitely come here again.

The manager at this facility, Jordan, was so patient & so nice. He took time to talk with me on his day off. Genuine and pleasant, makes u know that he does his very best to help you and not make you feel like a burden. Thank you again Jordan!!

Terrible customer service . The general manager Don at this location is terrible with word choice and horrible with helping a customer . Never received customer service this bad and also told me i did something that absolutely i did not do. This location definitely needs Jordan back.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. Everything doesn't always go according to plan and unfortunately, this site doesn't accept responsibility for error. I could not be at my residence when the U-box was delivered, and I was unaware that my contractor placed a trailer in the spot that the ubox was to be placed. The person that delivered the box did not mention the trailer, so the ubox was placed on the curb. It is now in an unsafe position. The reservation manager nor her supervisor were willing to assist in any way. The drive was only 5 minutes from my residence.Horrible. I was told that I would have to payanadditional 80.00 to have the container moved ne

Their after hours equipment pick up system is the worst thing ever. We had a 8 PM pick-up of a box truck, got there early started the pick up process at 8:00 PM didn't get the keys from the lock box till 10:54 PM and the appliance dolly I reserved was not in the back. We tried calling the 1800 # thru out the process and kept getting a hour wait time, then when they didn't just transfer me they hung up on me and I had to start the process again. The next day tried calling the store at 7:10 AM got the same hour wait time message and requested a call back, of course they never called me back.

Uhaul is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They mess up your orders, never properly communicate, and almost blame you or someone else for the issue. The employees don't seem to care and it's just sad.

There should atleast be a couple of chairs for sitting when waiting to get something installed. My son sat on the dirty floor and I just stood on one leg, since my other leg has a heel problem. Thank God it took only an hour..if I lived in the area and/or had someone to drop off the vehicle, I would have done that.

An absolutely epic example of poor customer service. As I waited for close to an hour at the location for my rental to arrive, I witnessed employee answer phone calls, place them on hold and purposefully forget about the call numerous times. The same employee who would tell walk in customers that they were sold out and then walk to the back room laughing as the customers walked out disappointed. THE SAME employee who demanded he had to use his personal phone to photo graph my state issued ID for the rental. When I told him he was not going to use his own phone to photograph my ID, he became mad and demanded the manager who then used a UHAUL device to photograph the ID. Absolutely unbelievable, almost and almost amazing how terrible this location was. Manager OK - employee close to the worst example of customer service and work ethic I have ever witnessed in my life so far.

WARNING: (LONG REVIEW) DETAILED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO CAUTION OTHERS...If my experience was soley based off of my initial visit during the rental purchase of the uhaul truck... I'd give 5 stars! But, unfortunately that's only applicable at the start. The guy who gave me a quote over the phone was the same one I dealt with when I came in, just a bit little later, to rent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. (I didn't get his name... He was a young-ish black guy, working Sunday 6/21 @3:30. Thank you sir, for your great customer service!) Upon renting the 15' enclosed truck, he and another very friendly employee were going thru the check points with me. They read off the contract with you before you even inspect tbe truck, therefore, you aren't able to validate the information. They read the fuel amount as being at 1/2 tank. Then, strongly advised me to take a picture with my phone before leaving the property, to prove beginning amount. Stating that it possibly could be off and wherever it was, just make sure to leave it there when we dropped it off. The pics I've provided were all the pictures of the additional damages to the vehicle that WERE NOT LISTED ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT! This was a big issue for me, bc if I'd NOT noticed or reported them in the inspection, I would've been responsible for them, had they so desired. So, off we went & all was well. We had no problems out of the truck. (minus the fact: I thought for $70 the key for the pad lock, welded on the roll down door, would've been included? Uh, NO, I guess that's extra too?!!!) We ended up keeping the truck an extra day. I couldn't get free to return it, so my man went to drop it off for us. (Now, keep in mind I was alone for the rental.) He was waited on by someone other than the polite man who helped me. This young man (working on 6/21 @ 3:30- a younger white guy) had an extremely nasty attitude, horrible manners, no respect & no integrity, at all. We returned the truck with the same amount of fuel, picture proven. Yet, he INSISTED we didn't! Saying that it was @ 3/4 of tank, not 1/2! ($38 difference if they refilled it!!) So instead, my man left on the truck and filled it to 3/4! Only to shut the guy up, so he wouldn't charge our card, like he was threatening to do with ANOTHER $38- on top of the $70 we've already paid for the extra day! Had I been there upon the return, things would've went entirely different! I just wanted you all to know what and who to look for and be weary of when renting from here. Like I said, the initial experience was great! It was the return that was a horrible headache! My advice, make sure you check everything out on that phone checklist they send you, take pictures of any and all damages to the rental BEFORE you even unlock it, go over the contract AFTER you inspect the rental. Our mileage was off, but by only 1 mile. Our gas, off by only a couole ticks. But, the damage, proven by the pics posted here, was quite extensive and would've been thousands to fix- had they so desired to seek restitution. Hopefully, management will read this and recognize the men who were so great, and punish accordingly the other.FINALLY...The END!!!

Had an overall great experience. I rented a 10' Uhaul. I did the mobile pickup. Had an issue with it at first because the gps on the phone did not register that I was at the location. I went inside and the store representative was courtesy and professional. The process was pretty fast. He pulled the Uhaul around the front. The total process of me going in and him pulling the Uhaul around took about 10 mins. When I returned the Uhaul about 2 hrs later the return process was just as fast. I was in and out with no problems. I highly recommend this place for Uhaul rentals.

Jordan was absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with... he kept changing the price and going higher everytime we asked for a total.. then proceeded to hang up on us when we questioned him and asked for a supervisor. Ended up having to call the 1800 uhaul number to get our reservation.

I've had the worst interaction with Uhaul in general. First they sold me on a unit that was was too small for what I told them I wanted. Then they're costumer service did nothing to help me out. After close to 2 hours on the phone getting bounced around from call to call, I finally got a unit that worked for me. When I show up to the unit, it is completely wrong. Also, I am paying for movers to sit idly by while they "fix" their mistake. Next they give me a unit that is owned by someone else. Finally on the third time and wasting close to 200 dollars on movers sitting around, they get me a storage unit. As a token, they give me 2 locks. Woohoo. In addition, they didn't not offer me 24 hour service or anything, so I had to call after hours and add on yet another 10 dollars to my bill. Entirely unprofessional. They location and the entire day organization.

I had a serious problem with my reservation and Jordan Hayes saved the day. Incredible to find such five star customer service these days. Uhaul is the best!

The two front counter ladies where very friendly and professional. But David the older gentleman in service was unprofessional and rude. Arrows point direction to drive, on pavement so I follow the arrows so U-Haul could hook up the tow dolly I back up to tow dolly David comes in the store very rudely can you turn the truck around the other way so I can hook up tow dolly. And after he hooks up to Uhaul he offers no assistance to hook up car which I paid for tow assistance so I hook up my car to tow dolly as I'm still hooking up my car David comes around in a U-Haul and blows his horn ask me to move my car before I even finish hooking it up U-Haul needs to talk to David about proper customer service.

Horrible. Had an appointment for 7am was here 6:50am and I'm still here 7:10 still no lights on and doors locked so I called and no one can get in touch with the general manager or anything this is ridiculous!Update: 7:30 guy works here came and couldnt open the door he said the manager has to be here at 7am so the guy left.

Great location with friendly knowledgeable staff there. The store is clean well lit with lots of supplies at great prices. The trucks are well maintained also.
