This is the second time I have purchased tires from Tire Choice. Both times were reasonably fast and prices were competitive. They are very professional and this will most probably be where I purchase my next set of tires.

Shane Jimenez was very professional. He was working the front by himself but still took the time to come see my car to try to help on price. It was refreshing to see someone in the automotive industry being honest and ethical. I would certainly recommend Tirechoice as long as he is manager!

Tire Choice on Manhattan rocks! The whole crew is stellar, but Mr. William, in particular, is a gem. That dude opened 5 minutes early just to help me out this morning! As a local Uber driver, the place has become invaluable to me. The staff in general is never rude, always honest. Most importantly, they won't tell you that you need something done if you don't, even if you suggest it. Mr. Shane is a good manager, and it shows! Thanks, y'all!

I will never be back to this place again after today. My name is Ericka Rubio, y'all can look me up- I've had several services done with you in the past.I came in with my boss' car and the heavy set white man at the front desk refused to look up whether or not they had her tires in stock. I just wanted to make sure before having any work done because I would have to go to another place if I needed a tire and they did not have it. There would have been no point in having them see it in the first place. He walked away from me in the middle of me trying to explain this to him, after going back and forth with me a few times about how "I'll have to wait at another place anyway." Waiting was not the issue, the issue would be waiting and then not having my tire, which could've been easily verified (my car was still in the parking lot at this point.) I don't understand why he wouldn't look it up, is this not a reasonable question? I suspect he just wanted to squeeze whatever money he could get out of me for "checking the tire" without even confirming if they'd be able to replace it. When he walked out in the middle of me speaking, I asked for my keys back and left. The other guys up there were so nice, though, and they apologized, I've dealt with them before and those are the ones that made me want to go back. I don't know what was up with that one guy at the front, maybe just typical Napoleon complex where everything turns into a power trip for some reason.Not only will I never spend another penny at this place, this also makes me question whether or not I was unnecessarily charged for my past services. Save your money and go somewhere that won't have an issue with you asking questions that will affect your time and money.

Excellent customer service! Definitely recommended for commercial tires. Took my 2020 coachmen marada motor home here for 6 new tires! They were knowledgeable and didn t mind explaining the details about the different types of tires. It was a smooth and stress free transaction. Thank you everyone at Tire Choice!

**A tire patch and new stem at Twin Tire & Auto Care cost $24.94. Fantastic price. Maybe a little too good to be true. You get what you pay for and in my case I drove away incorrectly calibrated and cosmetically damaged**On September 11th I went to Twin Tire to pick up a Lincoln and drop off a Beetle that needed a new tire stem and a patch.When I walked in Richie stated that the vehicle parked next to my Lincoln was just stolen out of Twin Tire & Auto Care parking lot earlier.Richie stated the Beetle would be ready in 30 minutes.Inside the Lincoln, items thrown a muck, consoles and glove compartment left ajar, all of the change cleared out with the empty containers thrown on the passenger seat. I informed Richie that the Lincoln was a victim of a crime as well. Richie shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I understand there is nothing that could Richie could have done at that point. It just feels irresponsible to leave customers vehicles unlocked and vulnerable unattended.About an hour later I returned to pick up the Beetle. It was still in the same parking spot that I left it in. Richie was no longer there. The man at the other desk stated that they haven t started working my Beetle. I told him that was a bummer because I have things to do. I didn t get the impression the deskman cared about the work plans I made around the timeline they provided me. About 30 minutes later a technician, referenced as Lee Roy on the paperwork, drove my Beetle into the shop. The Beetle was front row center behind a large plexiglass window facing the fight side of the vehicle. It took this technician an hour to replace the stem and patch a hole. The technician ate Cheetos and was extremely distracted by other coworkers the entire time he worked on my car. The technician started to take off the hubcaps on the wrong (front) tires. I interrupted the man working at the desk to inform him that the technician was working on the wrong tires and I am now running very behind schedule. Without even turning around to look at the situation taking place right behind him, the man at the desk informed me that the technician was just checking the tire pressure. I informed desk man that the tire pressure can be easily checked with the hubcap in place. He couldn t be bothered to assist the only customer in the shop. I was obviously uncomfortable with the situation. The situation of this technician not paying attention to my car as he worked on it. By the time he finally finished the job it was storming outside and I couldn t check the craftsmanship.The next day, September 12, I dropped my Beetle off at the Volkswagen dealership to have a speed sensor and the ignition button replaced. Parts had to be ordered. I picked my car up from the VW dealership on Tuesday, September 18.On Monday, September 23rd, A caution light illuminates on my Beatles dashboard, there is a tire problem. I don t put many miles on my Beetle, I m not surprised it took a couple days to register there was a problem.While it states on the Twin Tire & Auto Care invoice ((SET AIR in all TIRES to DOOR SPEC S)) , they in fact didn t do that at all. The Twin Tire & Auto Care technician put 55 pounds of pressure in low profile Beetle when the door specs obviously state 29 PSI. Only the rear tires had incorrect PSI, the only tires Twin & Tire Auto Care worked on. Then I saw the damage. Cheeto monster tire technician had carelessly attacked the chrome VW emblems on my hub! My heart sunk! I love this car and I take great care of it. I got nervous when I saw the flathead screwdriver in the technicians hand. But surely this trained tire technician knows to remove this hubcap you need a 90 degree pick tool .. There are two very noticeable flathead screwdriver wedge marks in the chrome on the center of my Beetle s back left wheel.Richie claimed he ordered replacement caps on October 8th and he would call me when they were in.Its January 1, 2019. I never got that call.Twin Tire & Auto Care is not to be trusted!

I had a wonderful experience at the Tire Choice Auto Service center on Manhattan Blvd. The staff was attentive + friendly. They were well staffed and quick to finish my service. In addition, as a woman (without my husband there), I felt safe & like I could trust them. They gained a customer for life!

All personnel from the Manager to the Service person behind the desk and the Technician performing the work was very informative about what was taking place. They basically made sure I was informed on every step throughout the process. They were very friendly yet professional in the task at hand. I would recommend using this location to all my friends and co workers.

Wonderful customer service, quick and efficient. I brought my car here after driving across country (from NJ) and noticing an issue with my car. Came in one day before work and was quickly assisted. They even offered a military discount. Very satisfied with the service.

Shane Jimenez, Luigi, and his crew are the BEST! This location provides GREAT service and I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking for honest and friendly service. They gave my vehicle a thorough inspection then explained and showed me all the issues I had. They recommended the items that needed immediate attention and showed me the items that may have a bit more time before needing repair or replacement. They were very professional and courteous. It is refreshing to see that there are still very reputable car service companies in my area. Go see them!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! They treated us with such kindness, truly cared about helping us in our situation (it was quite complicated) but at the end of the day, they were kind, quick, professional, helpful, & caring and I would 100% recommend for quality work!!

Came here for the first time to get me and my wife car service. The manager at the front desk Luigi welcome me and my wife and was real nice. They was on point with the question I ask and was very knowledgeable about what was the best choice I should make with my purchase. This may have been my first time coming but I can tell you now it want be my last time. Every mechanic I talk to was real nice and had a good attitude. Great shop with great service and it didn t take long as I thought it would fast turnaround. Keep up the good work guys!

The staff here actually made me feel better about a horrible experience I ve had with my insurance company and the tow truck driver who brought my car to this business. The tow truck sped away with my house keys and I didn t realize it until I had gotten a taxi home. Bless these guys hearts, they saw I was less than 10 minutes drive from their shop, so one of the guys brought me my keys so I could wait in the comfort of my own home until they called me. They got my new tires on very quickly, and the process to pick up my car and pay them was under three minutes. A good minute of that was them chatting and making me laugh.I would definitely go to them for any reason simply because of the customer service which is very rare to find nowadays.

Spoke to Mr Luigi Malta on getting 4 new tires for my vehicle. I was given a very good price. He and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Job was done in a timely manner. Will definitely go back to have my oil changes done there as well. Highly recommend them!!

Best tire shop in New Orleans area. Efficient, well-trained technicians and mechanics. I highly recommend going here if you need any car maintenance that does not include internal engine work.

The service and friendliness of the two gentlemen was refreshing. I called at 1 pm to get a quote and Shane was incredibly helpful over the phone. He was able to get the tires for my car brought over from their tire dealer and I showed up around 3pm and before 4 pm I was back on the road. Shane and Luigi were just delightful to do business with and I definitely recommend their business.Carmella Poole

My service was excellent, from the minute I walked in the store, Mr. Shane greeted me with a smile and handshake, and was fully concerned about my visit , he took my car in and gave me the exact service I was looking for, explaining to me everything they were doing to my car as his top notch technicians, worked on the full service oil change and trans flush It was time for. The technicians were quick and thorough, as were the prices very impressive. I would recommend anyone to try Tire Choice in Harvey.

As usual the guys were great. So great, polite, professional, courteous l random my bought three of them hot lunches. I hope they enjoyed. Will be back again. Seven years plus. My mom was is really the one that getting the car serviced and she also bought the lunches. They are so good to her. Thanks for the little extra care.

Luigi and Shane were simply the best! Called an hour before showing up and was able to get what I needed done the moment I walked into the doors. The mechanics who worked on my car went above and beyond to make sure that I was updated on the condition of my tire and wheel.

These people are a godsend, Luigi is one of the nicest people I've come across who owns a business like this. Usually auto places will try to jip you if you're female, but he treated me with such respect and gave me an amazing price. Great customer service and concern for safety. I live in Michigan, but had a damaged tire on the way to New Orleans. Once I arrived, I found the closest tire store to my hotel Twin Tire. You never know what you're going to get went out of town, but it was clear from the moment I spoke with Richie over the phone that they were an organization dedicated to CustomerService. Great experience, quick and thorough. Thank you!

Came in to get oil change, tires and brakes. Shane was an awesome rep worked out a great price including discount with my coupons. Overall great experience and service. Recommend them anytime
