Our experience with the sales person, Tory was probably the most professional and relaxing time ever with a sales person. He and my husband spoke numerous times concerning what I was looking for and he would start looking. Tory is excellent!With that being said, my first service on my vehicle not as good. When they rotated my tires the did not "fix the alert" for low tire. It told me my right front was low when in actuality it was one of the rear. That was mentioned to them on the 2nd service. So hopefully it was fixed.

Car was acting up and I tried to fix it myself. Changed the spark plugs, got new ignition coils, everything I could think of..but anything more I left to the professionals. Ray Brandt did a great job and completed it in one day. Car works great now!

One of the most incompetent and unprofessional teams I have ever worked with. They intentionally ignore your calls to avoid dealing with you, then they lose track of your items. Worst of all they lied to my face and didn t even look at the part of the car I explicitly asked them to before saying my service was complete. Finally there s the attempted $200 up charge for a part you can buy on Amazon for $15. If you like wasting your time, money and energy then this is the place to go. I will never go back there.

I will recommend Ray Brandt Hyundai in Harvey Louisiana. The staff, still remembers who you are, even if it's been a long time seeing you again. They're very welcoming. I love seeing people who sale you something that's important to you, can still remember you, and greet's you with a big smile and welcoming arms, this a place worth buying from.

I apologize for giving a one star, because I received excellent customer service from the guy who handled my service. He was very professional and kept me informed about everything going on. My car was towed to Ray Brant and I was not able to take items out as I would like- upon expecting some very expensive sunglasses as well two very expensive pairs of shoes were taken. I probably will never take my car here even again. Truly disappointed and frustrated.I know customers are responsible for items in their car but I m sure they don t expect their sunglasses which are often kept in the car to be stolen upon picking up their vehicle. This place is HORRIBLE 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.. brought my car in for regular maintenance, a tire warranty claim, and a HIGHLY DOCUMENTED issue with the year make model of this car .. first a salesman posed as a service associate and tried to tell me that I had to pay around $4000-$5000 for all of this work excuse me WHAT ?!? then a mechanic says that s what happens when salesman come to work in service .. he corrected him and says that is incorrect and then they did everything they could to prevent warranty from being claimed.

Got me in the same day. Enjoyed the coffee and water while in the waiting room. Only bad thing I can say is I had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change. People there were really nice.

Outstanding service,Mr Casey gives Ray Brandt a lot of credibility, the man is a true professional, the prod that he should, stand out front and center, he makes that stop that no one wants, like a stop in with a friend. Ray Brandt is very fortunate to have him.

Had a 10:30 a.m. appt. for an oil change for my 2019 Genesis, had to constantly ask how long before I was serviced. It wasn't until nearly 12:30 p.m. that my car was brought in to be serviced. Was disappointed with the service. Hopefully I don't have to find another entity to service my Genesis.

Service advisor was polite and professional. Scheduled service could not be completed entirely due to equipment out of service. My biggest disappointment was it took 4 months to get the service scheduled, then could not all be completed in the visit.

Salesman Waddy was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. He helped me make my decision about buying a Genesis G70. It was a great experience dealing with Ray Brandt. What they promised they would do, they carried through.

The staff in the Service Department was very friendly and helpful! I took it in for a security update recall and also had some questions about warning lights that kept showing on the dashboard and a mechanic even came up and talked to me about it and what they meant and what to do to get better gas mileage and do my own tune up! They also went in and cleared the old codes that were causing they lights to show as warning lights on the dashboard!!! Will definitely recommend them to others for their car repair needs!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

My visit was the worse visit I have had at this location!! I really miss the old staff. I had to call and schedule an appointment for my vehicle after waiting for weeks for someone to call me to schedule. Kyler was awesome and got me in. The advisor Joe was a total different story. His customer service needs work. Was not really knowledgeable about the powertrain warranty. I was not about to pay for a service my warranty should cover when I m the original owner. My initial complaint was my car has been leaking oil. After 2 appointments, I still have the same problem and now my belt makes a squeaky noise which it has never done before. I had to use the dealership to repair my rear window and dashboard after my car was stolen. Went two weeks without hearing anything and no one would answer the phone so I went in person. They didn't have anything showing that my car was on the property and tried to convince me it wasn't there. After insisting they look for my car, it was found on the property. Fast forward another two weeks with no communication. My insurance is claiming that I gave them false information because no one will answer their calls or call them back, so I explain how they don't know how to operate a phone. I finally get a hold of someone and they said my window should be fixed the next day by 1pm; he told me that he would personally call me at 1pm. I ask about the dashboard and they had no idea my dashboard was damaged. No phone call at 1pm, so I go the next morning. My car is ready, but is now 700 over the estimate I received longer than two weeks prior. I don't complain, I just pay my bill. Get my new keys only to find out they lost the key to my steering wheel club. Guy blames it on the towing company until I remind him that I physically drove my car to the dealership and handed him my keys. I want to apply to work there, so I can do nothing behind a desk all day and get paid, too. Shout out to the people that actually do work there: the techs fixed my window and left an "anti theft" sticker on my window to deter anyone from taking my car, again.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto glass repair
